Fantastic experience: Great and gentle!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time there, the staff they were very nice and pleasant, and I would recommend my friends and other family members there! The only thing they don't see adults, but that's alright! My children are getting the best care and that makes me happy, way to go smiles pediatric dental care.

Negative experience: Wait time is too much Waited one and a half hour but still she was not available

Positive experience: Got to the dental office and was told I needed to go to another location because of AC failure in the building. Would have appreciated more notice. Second location was on lunch when we arrived so we had to wait another 45 mins to be seen. Cleanings and services were fine, just need better organization in scheduling.

Fantastic experience: Talk in details what they are going to do at the next appointment and if there is any problems call and get in the next day or day after

Fantastic experience: The staff is always so kind, always smiling and gentle with my daughter. She loves going to the dentist because of them. They show you what needs to be fixed and they do a great job solving any problems and answering any questions you have. We love them!!!

Negative experience: I’ve now stopped using this office due to a significant scheduling error. I clearly communicated that my child needed an appointment urgently that same week. Initially, they found a slot. However, the front desk, more engaged in their own conversations than the task at hand, ended up scheduling me on a completely different date. This disregard for attention and accuracy is unacceptable, particularly in urgent situations.

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience at my daughter’s annual cleaning! The dental hygienist was absolutely amazing, so patient, kind, and engaging the entire time. She was singing songs, playing around, and really made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease in the chair. It made such a difference seeing my child actually enjoy the visit instead of feeling nervous. You can tell she truly cares about what she does. We’re so grateful for such a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this dental office. The service was fast and efficient, and they were able to take a thorough look at my son’s crown without any issues. Dr. Frank and her assistant, Amira, were both very kind and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. Ayana at the front desk was also very helpful and made the whole process smooth. I really appreciate the professionalism and care from the entire team!

Negative experience: Receptionist and staff are exceptionally kind, very attentive and highly helpful. Skilled in every way. There is just one lady who is very harsh and I’ve had several cleanings with her, last I went I was bleeding severely and had inflamed gums by the end of it. Very unhappy with that. She’d scraped her tool on the roof of my mouth and simply went “oops.” Felt her ripping through my gums. Other than that, I’ve always had great experiences

Negative experience: I wish the staff was more personable. Introduce yourself as an assistant, acknowledge the patient before starting to work in someone’s mouth. Customers service could be worked on.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been a patient for over 12 years since 2 years old. We love this facility and all its staff. I love when they refer to me as “Mommy” on calls and during visits. Feels friendly and welcoming. The orthodontist and her staff are top notch. I enjoy working with them. Only thing I’d want again is the treasurer chest they used to have for the kids after they finished their cleaning. My daughter looked forward to finding something new.

They go out of their way to make my son feel comfortable and safe. The team explains everything clearly, takes their time, and treats kids with so much kindness and respect. Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel & J’Nae went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was comfortable after ortho work done earlier in the week. She had a wire poking and they got her right in! Amazing customer service.

Positive experience: I just want to take a moment to highlight the amazing service I received from Julissa. I was so stressed out because my 7-year-old daughter needs a root canal, and as a parent, that’s really tough to process. When I called the office back with questions and concerns, Julissa was incredibly patient and kind. She took the time to really listen to me, didn’t rush me off the phone, and made sure we got another appointment scheduled with a dentist who could help. She helped me feel calm and reassured during a really overwhelming situation. Julissa is truly exceptional—her customer service is top-notch, she’s very attentive, caring, and just overall a wonderful person. People like her make such a big difference in healthcare settings. Thank you, Julissa, for going above and beyond!

Negative experience: Today they fixed my daughter’s appointment with Dr Jung and Dr Jung refused to provide service even though the appointment was already fixed by the clinic and they told me two hours before the appointment on the phone that Dr Jung is refusing to see my daughter and than the manager scheduled her appointment with another provider

Fantastic experience: Monika was awesome. Each year Hunter has been coming and no one has ever been able to get X-rays on him bc of his gag reflex but Ms. Monika took her time and did not give up and she did it. I live Monika!

Negative experience: I got there at 9:55am, appointment was at 10am. Checked in at the front desk and was told we had a $100 copay. I’ve had issues with being over charged for out of pocket fees at the Bowie location. So I said ok I’ll double check the copayment with my insurance. Not thinking that this would stop my kid from being called back on time! By 10:15 I confirm the fees with the insurance by 10:20 I confirm with the lady who checked us that the copayment is fine. 10:55 everyone else is being called back but us. By 11:00 I walk up to the desk the woman who checked us in hurry’s up and answers the phone so she wouldn’t have to confront me about the wait time. The other woman at the front tells me it’ll be an additional 40 minute wait because the dentist had back to back appointments! Mind you we were there on time and should’ve been checked in!! The customer service is trash at both locations they care more about money than the patients at both locations that look like they need to cleaned and remodeled. I wouldn’t recommend them and after Friday we will not be returning.

Negative experience: My experience was awful. The office manager was unpleasant, nasty and has no regards for clients. She also lied directly to my face. I will not go to a business that is so dismissive of clients. Your manager needs training on how to treat clients. I will be looking for another dentist for my kids.

Positive experience: Only giving it a 4 because the front desk are super sweet and the medical assistants make it a comfortable experience for the kids. However I was Not happy with certain comments made by Dr.Jung towards my daughter during a crown replacement and 3 extractions( she was put under laughing gas and had an expander on) 1st comment my daughter is a silent crier ( not someone who is kicking or screaming or not letting the provider do their job) she cried silently but still remained a well behaved patient she was scared and nervous of course she’s 8 like any kid would be. She told my daughter stop crying you are not a baby and laughed. I did not find that funny at all. Once again My kid is 8!!! 2nd comment my daughter felt the needle and raised her hand to say stop because obviously it’s painful and then the doctor goes” are you going to hit me huh? You going to hit me? And laughed Like what?? I replied my kid is not like that she is well behaved. Unnecessary comments and none were funny. Just be mindful what you say to kids.

Negative experience: We arrived at 1:55pm for my children's 2pm and 2:20pm appt. Front desk staff begins to say that they left me numerous messages regarding my primary insurance no longer being in network. No biggie. I have secondary insurance I provided and after verification, was acceptable. At 2:02pm, I was told that "Because they close at 2:30pm, my children would no longer be seen, even after I pressed "C" to confirm the appt days prior and subsequently received appt reminders at noon the same day as the appt. Annoyed, frustrated that I drove 25 minutes for an appt, I retrieved their dental records and will NEVER patronize one of these facilities. The front line staff - especially Yezenia is very unprofessional and their is absolutely no clear communication with patients. Finding a Dentist that respects you as a patient and not just a bill/claim is important.

We were a few minutes late this morning for our appointment, and they still serviced us quickly without a long wait, and we were out in less than an hour. GREAT pediatric dentistry!

Fantastic experience: From there front desk and the medical assistants in the back making you feel comfortable and confident in asking any questions regarding your child’s needs. I really enjoy our visits. Today my daughter has fillings and was a little anxious because she has never had fillings done. She was happy and relaxed the whole time the Doctor Garcia was amazing, talking to my daughter while the whole procedure was taking place. They are amazing outstandingly talented.
