Fantastic experience: The dentist performed the cleaning meticulously by himself. This was my first experience witnessing the dentist starting the cleaning. Normally, the dental hygienist or dental assistant will perform the cleaning and then the dentist will assess and complete the care. It was an amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: Very professional went in cause I needed a root canal and they took care of it right away thinking my tooth was going to bother me the next day my toothache is completely gone. The staff is really friendly and they make sure your comfortable if you have any anxiety with dental. Definitely recommend this place for dental office or even just for emergency situations with your teeth :)

Fantastic experience: As always the receptionist was kind and courteous. Don't know the name of the dentist that did my cleaning but he did a good job although he was a bit in a hurry.doing the procedure. The lady at the end was knowledgeable with some of the questions I was concerned about.

Fantastic experience: Honestly I have to start with the staff because he staff is so sweet and kind. ESPECIALLY Makayla, she does so much that I’m actually not sure what her job is she’s very welcoming and kind. Then the lady at the front desk I forgot her name (the pregnant one) she’s is super sweet and friendly. All in all every single dental assistant is very kind I was just in too much pain too get everyone’s name but the one who helped with my procedure is literally the GOAT. I went in with a toothache and I was in bad need of a root canal. Makayla did my X-rays and during the process she noticed I was so nervous she turn down music on and did everything to make me forget where I was, before I knew it she was done. The next visit I was super nervous because I absolutely hate dental work. Now Dr O had So much patience with me even though he noticed I was not a happy camper he sang he joked he tried everything to make me feel better. NOW a root canal is no joke it hurts like hell after but I am soooo grateful that Dr O takes my horrible insurance . Dr Okro is so caring he wiped my tears and even gave me space to stop hyperventilating, I was in so much pain I had to go back the next day. I would recommend him and the dental hygienist to anyone!

All the dental assistant ladies are great people, very warm and professional. and Dr Okoro was great, caring and patient with my daughter's dental procedure. They were very informative explaining everything step by step. I appreciate never having to wait a long time to be called to the back. The restroom is clean and smell great everytime. Plenty of parking. I highly recommend

Positive experience: Tooth broke on Wednesday I called the office and was immediately scheduled for Thursday appointment. I choose extraction. They did a great job!!!

Negative experience: My experience with tooth extraction wasn’t good. I felt uncomfortable with the procedure . One dentist lead out the process could not extract the tooth I felt the pain. The head dentist took over and got the tooth extracted however it wasn’t pleasant. I probably will be seeking a new dentist office I can’t go through that ordeal again.

Fantastic experience: Experienced Hands at work! I was gripping into my pants before the implant procedure started. And as the procedure progressed, I began to loosen the grip. At the end of the procedure, no grip at all... just thankful for a easy-peasy implant. Experienced Hands make ALL the difference!

Fantastic experience: The Dental Hygienist was excellent. Ms. Jackson. 5 stars for Ms. Jackson so professional and kind and helpful. The receptionist both was not so friendly. No smiles. I did not feel welcome. Human relations skills mean so much in a business. They did their jobs, but dont know how to make customers feel welcome. They should speak when a customer enters the building, Good morning, how can I help you. Leaving how was your visit, have a nice day.

Negative experience: I walked in the door at 8:15. The receptionist was on the phone. She got off the phone at 8:16 asked me my name. I told her and she told me I was past my grace period I told us only 816 but I walked in here at 8:15 and she said it’s 820 now she had got back on the phone again in between me talking to her. I didn’t think that was right. They made me come back at 2:30. The Dennis hygienist was nice, but I didn’t like the way I was retreated at the reception area.

Fantastic experience: Dr B was very sweet, informative, patient and gentle with my child (with special needs) as this was his first dental appt.

Negative experience: They drilled in my mouth for about 5 hours to fill cavities and didnt do a good job cleaning , ive had pain for about 9 months since then and now finding out I need root canal for the tooth they were supoosed to treat/ fill correctly. The filling has felt uneven and Ive had scary head pressure on the side with the filling ever since. I do not recommend this practice , honestly very traumatic experience.

Negative experience: My experience at EZE Dental with Dr. Chibueze Okoro was absolutely terrible and a complete waste of time and money. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, yet the office wasn’t even open when I arrived. I had to sit in my car waiting, and when staff finally showed up, there was zero acknowledgment or apology for being late. That alone set the tone for the rest of the visit. After being handed a long stack of paperwork, I expected to at least be seen promptly since I was there first—but that didn’t happen. When I was finally called in, the experience only got worse. The nurse mentioned I had a receding gum, but when the doctor came in, he barely examined me and instead loudly questioned my dental hygiene in a way that felt unprofessional and embarrassing. Then I was told I needed a cleaning and was pushed to buy a $30 toothpaste—without any real explanation or treatment for my actual concern. The disorganization that followed was unbelievable. I was sent to one room, then redirected to the waiting area, where I sat for an entire hour while staff clearly saw me and said nothing. When I finally asked what I was waiting for, I was told I was already “done.” So I essentially spent hours there, got no real care, no clear answers, and was treated with a lack of respect from start to finish. This place is extremely unprofessional, poorly managed, and does not value patients’ time or dignity. I would not recommend EZE Dental to anyone.

Negative experience: This dental office used to be owned by Dr JaDonna Hayes and I loved coming here. I was a customer for over 30 years. The practice was sold during Covid and I haven't had the same experience since then. I love the dental hygienist but the dentist does not have a good personality at all. He barely speaks and he is also rough when inspecting your mouth. He doesn't make you feel comfortable so after many times with the same experience I am looking elsewhere for my dental needs.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend people coming here if you don't have a high paying job and a lot of money because how they treated me once they noticed that I had government funded insurance for low income. The staff was very nice at first when I was first greeted at the front desk, but that energy changed to the complete opposite. Their smiles and the how you do's went to blank stares, no smiles, and coldness. I was confused about why they changed up like that but I believe it was that they noticed I was poor though my insurance takes care of everything. I have cavities that needed to be filled and they completely ignored them and they went straight to my wisdom teeth. If I didn't know better I would have thought that was normal but it's not. I wasn't always poor. The dentist barely talked to me and made it very hard to talk to them and to ask them at the appointment, what about my cavities. I had to call them and say that my cavities were not taking care of and I'm still experiencing sensitivity and pain in my teeth which I told them about from the beginning when I was there. The doctor(I think he was the doctor, he didn't introduce himself to me) did an okay job cleaning my teeth. I'm sure they get a lot more money from the insurance company for extractions than filling teeth. So after I had to call them a couple days after the appointment, It was very awkward and strange that I had to do so and stand up for myself about something they should have taken care. They were not concerned about because they didn't say one word about my cavities. I called them and the receptionist sounded confused, put me on hold, came back on the line, and told me she was so sorry multiple times, like she was guilty of something. I didn't come at her with any disrespect or blaming, I was nice and respectful, and only called to see why they didn't take care of it while I was there. The receptionist booked me another appointment right away, they didn't tell me why they didn't take care of my cavities but I am hoping that they will do the right thing. I will update you to whomever wants to know how my appointment went after my next appointment. I became really disappointed, I support my black brothers and sisters that's why I went to them in the first place and they had some good reviews. I really had to stand up for myself to get the help I needed. my teeth would have been in really bad shape by the time they had booked another appointment for me 6month apart before I had to call them and bring awareness to my cavities which (I write again) they made no mention of at all. If I waited to see them 6months form now my teeth would probably need extractions on multiple teeth because of their neglect and whatever reason they had to why they didn't take care of it.

Negative experience: Went back cause my daughter is complaining about a missed filling on one of her teeth. She felt a loop on her tooth and seen and didn't do anything. She went out unsatisfied and the doctor didn't even go out to talk to me as parent and to hear an explanation. So I assume that they drill one of her teeth and Missed filling in the fill.

Fantastic experience: I love my dentist office they are very organized and efficient. Once I arrive my wait is usually no longer then 5 to 10 minutes max. Checking and out is short ans sweet with no long wait. I lovvvvve my hygienist: Arinitia. You want gentle hands in your mouth SHE is the one. She gives great conversation, great music in her section, excellent cleaning and great information about my teeth. This last time she was working to get this little spot off my tooth. I felt like my teeth was like an expensive car...she was determined to have me leave shiny and new. LOVE this dental office will recommend always.

Soon as I step in the back it was a lady dentist that calmed me down, she said a little prayer for me, then after that I was perfectly fine. I wish I can remember her name but I forgot. I appreciate the fact that they could re-schedule me when I had an unplanned conflict with my previously scheduled appointment. Overall the service is great; my family and I love it here.

Negative experience: My experience returning back to this practice was not pleasant at all! I went back and just needed a cleaning and a exam. They found a SMALL cavity, no issue. I come back in for the fill in for the cavity, the dentist did not numb me or even mention if it was an option. He does my fill in with no numbing!!! The same week my fill in came out for some reason, I go back the following week for them to fix it. The dentist comes to fix it AGAIN doesn't say anything about numbing my mouth, proceeds to go back in and then got a lil snappy because I was moving due to the pain. He then mentions do i want to be numbed but by this time he was still proceeding to fix my fill in. He fixes it, so I thought, my fill has AGAIN fallen out and I have just made the decision to find another dentist because at this point I don't think going back a 3rd time will do me any good!!!!!!!! Outside of all of that the staff is great!

She took great care and time to set the mood with my kind of music and professionally and thoroughly cleaned my teeth, with no pain. I have never had my teeth cleaned so thoroughly. I can say it was a very pleasant experience. I wish I could have tipped her. She was just that good. I'm excited about my next visit in 6 months. I highly recommend.

Though it was an unfortunate situation, Dr. Okoro and his staff made the entire process as smooth and comfortable as possible. While my insurance disappointingly did not cover the cost of the extraction—despite years of diligently paying into it—the kindness and humanity shown by the team at Eze Dental truly touched me. They understood my predicament and graciously provided a discount on the full amount, a gesture that I deeply appreciated. The level of care and professionalism I experienced has ensured that I will return to Eze Dental once my healing is complete. Also they don’t follow up with you if you were approved apparently I missed my appointment back in October which had now expired and I didn’t receive one email stating that I was approved for anything and etc been six months and they didn’t clean my teeth when I came. They need help ,!
