Positive experience: Doctor Harmon and his dental assistant are excellent. However, I suggest that the administrative staff would be more conscientious with alerting customers when there is an expected wait time will exceed 15 minutes. Additionally, I recommend that the administrative staff develop system to assist them with keeping track of the order in patients, to ensure that clients are seen in the correct order. Finally, I recommend the expertise of this orthodontist office

Fantastic experience: Harmon Orthodontics is a family practice. Not that everyone is biologically family but that’s how you feel when you walk in the door. From the front desk team to the treatment team (not sure this is the correct terminology), this is the absolute best orthodontics practice. My son is the patient and the before pics to now is night and day. They have given my son his confidence back. He smiles without hesitation or covering his mouth. I love the results. Let me tell you what’s more important than the results is how they treat my son. The team has taken time to get to know him. They ask about school and his extracurricular activities. In addition, they ask how he is doing mentally (after suffering an unexpected death in the family). Bottom line is they care!! In 2023, if you find someone that cares you stick to them like a magnet. I love this practice.

Negative experience: It hurts me a lot to have to give it a bad review. because they are all very professional people but there is always someone very rude and it is the receptionist in front I don't know her name but she is the one with gray hair. She needs more training to deal with people. You can tell that she has no patience and the tone of her voice sounds like she is angry.
