I am one of those but I can assure you, I didn’t feel any pain from the injection or during my procedure due to his technique. He certainly takes away the fear of going to a Dentist. I was very pleased with the result of my procedure! Also, notably his office is impeccable and his office staff is very pleasant and courteous. He was very thorough in his review of my teeth and gave me suggestions on how to improve my oral care. He also did my cleaning himself which is unheard of. I highly recommend this office.

Positive experience: I’ve been coming here for a few years and keep giving them another chance. The teeth cleaning is good and it’s a clean facility, but every other visit they hit me with some random charge I have not seen at any other dentist. These aren’t normal co-pays - they’re weird extra fees that feel like they’re just trying to squeeze more money out of you. The place gets 3 stars because the cleaning is good, but I won’t be back because of these surprise charges. Heads up if you’re thinking about going here.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

His front office staff is efficient and I have never had to wait longer than 5 mintues. Throw in the background jazz music and it's a 5 Star visit!

Negative experience: The dentist (Martin) has an EXTREMELY poor communication skill. Very condescending demeanor which gives off signs of someone with low self-esteem. NEVER going back to this establishment again. Absolutely not!

Negative experience: I felt very uncomfortable because when I first arrived, I was told that I needed to do three different types of x-rays. On several occasions, I asked why I needed so many. I was told that all new patients have to do the x-rays before the dentist would see them. I told the office that I was having problems with one tooth when I made the appointment. When the doctor came into the room, his bedside manner was pretty bad. He pulled up only one x-ray. Don't ask me what he did with the other x-rays. He never physically looked at the tooth I was having problems with, remarking that I needed to see an endodontist. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to let go of the past because I answered the questions on his questionnaire. Some nerve, I am a LCSW-C and did not know that dentist also give mental health advice, but he never even asked if I was having tooth pain. Instead, he tried to sell me on deep teeth cleaning. I asked him about the health of my teeth and was told that he did not want to talk about my teeth. Doctor. What do you think I came to see you for? I gave 2 stars because they ask you to wash your hands before they see you.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Quality Dental. I DO NOT LIKE dentist for the simply fact that I have never had a good experience. Dr. Martin talked with me in great details about my condition and had me perform how I brush my teeth. Sixty-eight years later I have been doing it wrong . So this day forward I will follow his advise, I didn't want to lose any teeth. Thanks Dr. Martin! And thanks to his wife Cindi for the referral!!!

Positive experience: I felt so much better- Dr. Martin explained everything as he worked on my teeth and his staff were extremely helpful. Be certain that your medical insurance covers all of the x rays that Dr. Martin performs as I wound up with a teeth cleaning bill of over $300.00 dollars! You would think Dr. Martins office would know what’s covered before they stick you with an unwanted bill for a simple procedure. Not to worry, Dr.Martins office will call you the second they find out that your insurance won’t cover all of the x rays.

Negative experience: Went in for a emergency Abscess tooth. Instead of treating that the dentist said come back next week and I will clean your teeth and did not touch the abscess tooth. No antibiotics nothing .Stay away from this place. Quality dental is a joke.

Fantastic experience: I recently changed insurance and looked for dentists within the area. My husband and I are happy that we found Dr. Martin! I was called in shortly after checking in to get x-rays. The office has really advanced technology, including a 3D rendering of your teeth. Dr. Martin is very attentive and kind. I don't think I have ever visited a dentist's office where the dentist did their own cleanings. And honestly, that was the most gentle cleaning I have ever received! I also appreciated Dr. Martin going over my x-rays and 3D rendering, what he is looking at/for, etc. Definitely will be coming back!
