Positive experience: Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. The rooms were clean. My only concern was when they were grinding my dentures, the dust was everywhere. I wish they had done the grinding in another room.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional service with appalling communication - do not register as a new patient here.

Positive experience: It wasn’t what my thought process would have been. The cleaning was excellent. The doctor told me what was wrong and needed. Greeted me as he enter & exit. No extra advice was offered. The hygienist did what she had to do, while talking with another next cubicle. Wasn’t even particularly….? But thankful to find a dentist not too far away. Receptionist was what I expected from not knowing how to answer questions when I called prior to making the appointment. They must be new. But, nice place, clean dentist did great work. Scheduling my next appointment soon.

These guys had me scheduled that week, handled the X-rays and explained what the best course action was, and took time to explain everything and made sure to answer any questions. They handled everything very quickly and professionally, and Im really glad I went. I will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning!

I and many others truly appreciate all the employees at the Multident center. Almost Every other place I've been to, was a scam, or they still made Me pay out of pocket, for some reason or another, Not Multident !!! Multident said my insurance covered what it actually covers, and they did the work, no creepy weird talk or paper work getting Me to pay an unaffordable cost, ... the dentists at Multident did a great job by the way.... I hope the fraudulent activities of some of these other dental offices and health organizations or providers are brought to light, and people like Me get our voices heard and our money back.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental practice for many years. I’ve seen several dentists over the years and thought that Dr. Alonzo Smith was great. Today, I saw Dr. Phi Nguyen and I cannot recommend him enough.. He explained my options thoroughly and referred me to an endodontist for a second opinion regarding a possible root canal or tooth extraction. I felt that he had my best interest at heart in saving the tooth if possible. He has funny jokes too! A++

Fantastic experience: I have been going to MULTIDENT for the past few years and never had a bad experience with anyone there. The dentist I usually get, the younger dude is great. He is gentle enough with the drilling and does a great job at explaining everything going on with my teeth. The dental hygienists that work there are always pleasant and friendly. The gentleman with the longer hair at the front desk Is extremely friendly and helpful and takes his time to answer my questions, Even the woman working behind him at the front desk, seemed like she was on top of everything and very efficient at her job. I see this place has some bad reviews, but I have never had any type of issue though 4/5 times I have been there so far.

Negative experience: I was a patient at Multident Center for approximately two years and was never disappointed until the past few months. I recently needed to have a crown put in; considering never having this done before, I thought the process went pretty smoothly. About five months later, I was eating and it happened to fall out. I immediately made an appointment and they re-cemented it. It never did really feel right; I thought I would eventually get used to it. Until, I was having dinner on Thanksgiving and the crown fell out again, right on to my plate. Of course, I made an appointment again to come in, they informed me it would be $150 which I agreed. When I arrived to the office, it was then made clear to me that it would cost $150 to re-cement the crown again. I did not understand why I would want that if I had done that once and it fell out within two months. They then said the other option is to have a new crown put in which would cost $1,200. I thought, the first crown they put in fell out approximately five months later, so I figured it would be a waste of either $150 or $1,200. I decided the best option in this situation is to get a second opinion. The first time they did the crown it fell out, when they tried to put it back it fell out again. I am not confident giving them money to put it back a third time just to have it possibly fall out again.

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome! Alonso Smith is awesome! From exams to root canals, they do it all. But most importantly they are great with giving needles!!! Which to me is the best part! I no longer fear the dentist. Not just Alonso Smith, his team is great. Although, Alonso is pretty funny. He does put you ease. Another big deal is they accept Healthy Smiles insurance. As anyone over 21yrs. old, knows this hard to find.

However, the staff was friendly and the dentist was engaging to make you feel welcomed. I had X-rays, fillings and teeth cleaning and I was very comfortable and relaxed. The environment is clean, modernized and inviting. I have already shared my experience with my acquaintances and am happy to share it again here.

Positive experience: The experience with my cleaning was excellent!! A previous talk about upper partials, I was told last year that the office does partial. So excited I upped my dental coverage , I called a week after the cleaning to schedule a fitting of the partial only to be told by someone they do them because my dentist from last year told me that they do them . let the front desk know of the incompetence of the person ( whom I did not get her name ) I called my insurance company, While in the waiting area on 5/5/30 and spoke and verified that I do have the coverage . I told them, this time the manager was putting my info into get prior Authorization to the lab who died the partials and I will call next week to get the good news.. which is the desires of my heart to have the partials ..otherwise all were friendly , I just hope they inquire b4 giving false hope

Negative experience: I was there with my 2 daughter and they did the service. But they over charged me too. So is one thing they keep saying the same thing always you need this and you need that. And order for them to look for more money i’m glad i found another place. If you want they over charge you go there.

Fantastic experience: The Place is Very clean , the Dentist was super cool and I’m glad they worked with my dental insurance , I see they are expanding and getting new upgrades , I will definitely recommend Multident center .

Negative experience: So I show up today for a routine cleaning and I get in the chair to find our the had me in for fillings and a cleaning... I then realize that last year they billed my insurance for cleanings I never received and guess what I still have plaque on my teeth. This place is horrible they commit fraudulent insurance claims and then admit to not having a consent form or summary for the fillings they say the performed last July.

Fantastic experience: This is the best experience I have ever had. Suboxone ruined my teeth but multident brought my smile back. The most unbelievable thing about it is I didn't have to pay a co pay or come out of my pocket at all. They were able to fix my teeth using 100 percent insurance. Very nice and explained everything thing they were going to do at each visit. Very good dentist and painless. I know have new crowns that are absolutely fabulous.

Fantastic experience: I started going here almost a year ago after refusing to go to the dentist for almost 15 years! The staff is so kind and helpful, patient and remindful. I get a courteous call before each appointment and they work so well with my work schedule when I need to come in. The dentist and all the staff have made me feel so much better about myself thanks to the hard work they put into working on my teeth. I would highly recommend all of my friends and family here.
