I love that they have a conversation with you only when they aren't working in your mouth. :) I have never left in pain or felt pressured into anything. 100% recommend! Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever. I've been going there for more than 20 years. They're astonishingly good at keeping to a schedule. I never have to wait. All the hygienists seem great, but they make sure I always see Tamika, who is wonderful, and it's great to have that continuity. And Dr. Green herself is terrific - friendly and personable, as well as highly skilled. I can't recommend Blue Heron Dental highly enough.

Negative experience: Terrible experience today. I am temporarily disabled and couldn't drive my children to their appointments. I had my parents ( my kids grandparents) take them to their cleaning appointment. They would not see my kids. They said I had to be present or sign a document giving permission for my parents to accompany them. I asked for the opportunity to sign any necessary paperwork electronically or by email. I offered to conduct a video teleconference and give verbal permission. I offered to speak to the dentist since she knows me and I am an established patient. My father offered to drive to my house, which is 15 mins away to get the paperwork signed by me. They flat out refused to work with us and try and resolve this issue. When I made the appointment, they never mentioned any of these specific requirements or limitations. That being that only biological parents could accompany my children to their dentist appointment. There is no reason why I couldn't have been allowed to provide an e-signature. This was a huge waste of a day! And now my kids did not get checked for cavities or get a much needed fluoride treatment. We had waited for over 3 months for these appointments. Very disappointed. Going to find a new dentist!
