Fantastic experience: Definitely a nice experience! Everyone is so welcoming and pleasant ☺️ The woman who conducted my cleaning and exam was super gentle and explained everything that she was doing. When the Dr arrived, she was very sweet and clarified everything that needed to happen and why. My sister was the one that recommended this office to me, and I am so glad she did!

Negative experience: Terrible service and a complete lack of empathy toward patients. We have been loyal clients of this clinic for over six years, bringing my husband and children here. Today, on my way to my appointment, my car wouldn't start. I called immediately to explain the emergency and ask for some understanding, but the response from the front desk—and later the manager—was appalling. They told me that because I had to reschedule an appointment on a previous occasion (just once in six years), they didn't care about the situation this time and would charge me a no-show fee. It is incredible that they value long-time clients so little when faced with a genuine, unforeseen issue. I do not recommend this place. And…. Your response is a complete lie. Because English is not my first language, I kept my question very simple and direct: I asked if you were going to charge me. Your manager's answer was a clear, sarcastic, singsong "thank you" after I told her we would no longer be clients. She NEVER offered to waive the fee, and I never mentioned my friends. The only reason my family and I stayed loyal to this clinic for 6 years was because of the previous owner, whom I knew personally. It is shameful how the current management is destroying her legacy and driving away long-term patients by showing zero empathy during a real emergency.

Fantastic experience: Excellent excellent the Customer Service is awesome from the parking lot to the Room where I received my service everything was clean and professional, the dental hygienist, the Dentist, the receptionist, the reception area offering coffee, water and snacks. Absolutely wonderful. I definitely will be returning. I made my six month cleaning appointment here. I am currently making this my place for dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr. Hindi and staff. This was my first ever most comprehensive cleaning ever. Longer than expected but for me well worth it. Throughout my younger years (now 83), I was not a fan of dental anything. One time I went more than 18 months without a cleaning (and paid the price). Keeping my mouth in top health is now a priority. The staff is well trained, patient and answered all my questions. Dr. Hindi's vision is impressive. She provides her staff and by extension her patients with the latest technologies to eliminate tooth decay. Highly recommend.

His assistant was just as good. The girls at the desk hooked me up with care credit so I wouldn't have to pay for anything that my insurance didn't cover. 3rd visit as good as the first 2. Fantastic experience: Prior to my 1st visit, I reviewed the previous reviews that were posted and I must say I was extremely pleased! So many patients had pleasant responses with their experience. My 1st visit was March 14th. I'm a 57 year old man who is Absolutely Terrified of dental work, and I can honesty say that I've never, ever had a visit for the work I had done come nearly as well to the experience I had today. This pleasant experience started from the reception of my arrival at the front desk, to the support staff, and last but not least from Dr. Hindi. Dr. Hindi is down to earth. Not only did she create an atmosphere for me to feel comfortable, but she conveyed everything well. I am without a doubt returning for my future procedures.

Fantastic experience: We've been to two other dental offices in the area, and have had less than pleasing experiences. After being fed up with dental hygienists that weren't good with kids and frustrating front office staff, we decided to give Hilton Dental a try, and I'm SO GLAD we did. The office is lovely, every staff member was extremely friendly (and not in a fake way; genuine kindness), and the hygienist (Michelle) who worked with my daughter was outstanding. Fantastic experience: Speaking as a guy that has been terrified of Dentist all of his adult life, circumstances led me to have to go to a dentist, lol Hilton dental was recommended through a coworker of my girlfriend, and I can tell you that they are an incredible practice! Decades of neglect, of course, leads to much work that needs to be done. Everything I have had done so far, and we started with the worst, has been absolutely painless and expertly done! Dr. Patel has been phenomenal, as has her assistants. The hygienist I saw on my initial visit, got my teeth cleaner than anybody ever has, and provided some great and much needed advice. Karina and all her coworkers behind the counter have been friendly, patient, comforting, and outstanding! I feel bad because I don’t know everybody’s name that I’ve dealt with, but there’s been around eight people so far, and I can’t say enough good things about everyone! Hilton dental has taken a very anxious and scared of dentists person, and turned that completely around 180°! Thank you all so much for your care, and professionalism and expertise!

Fantastic experience: Hilton Progressive is the most amazing dental practice I’ve ever encountered. Every single person: hygienist, assistants, doctors, and staff; are so sweet, caring, understanding, and professional. From the moment I walked in, nervous as I’d neglected my oral health for three years (family crises,) from the first exam and cleaning, through a root canal, new crown; I knew I was in good hands. I am claustrophobic and suffer panic attacks during medical exams and procedures; they listened, and were even very encouraging when, at 66, I brought in a Squishmallow to hold during appointments! Anyone who has fears about dental appointments should consider Hilton Progressive.

Fantastic experience: I've been there a few times for an emergent problem and today for a cleaning and planning. I find them to be hyper aware of how you are feeling when being treated and they can read your micro expressions although they may not know what you're thinking they know when something is not right or needs a word or two. That's my feeling. I think this is perfect because you don't want to go home wondering anything. If you do, I think you can just get an answer with a simple call because they're open to it. They're modern and the staff is competent and friendly.

Negative experience: Had an extraction done here. Had new pain develop afterwards. Called to see dds. Came in and waited in a chair for 30-35 minutes without anyone breathing a word to me. Then I got up and walked to the door, as I also have a job and life to continue, THEN someone tried to talk to me. Waiting over half an hour in a chair without anyone talking to you at all is an easy and sure fire way to irritate someone. Appt was at 1:00 was not seen by 1:39 so I left.

Fantastic experience: This was the first dental experience I have had that went truly above and beyond. I can definitely cosign their pledge of being inclusive and judgment free. I have poor dental health due to chronic illness that is mostly out of my control and have received pretty unkind treatment in the past which has led me to put off seeking care altogether. The hygienist was so kind and attentive. She made sure to keep my pain level at a zero during my deep cleaning. All this time I had assumed it was normal for everything to hurt but I really just needed more anesthetic. No one had ever checked in with me before. The assistant also washed my partial bridge for me—something no one had ever nor would have I ever thought to ask for it. Thanks so much, Hilton Dental!

Fantastic experience: This review is very personal for me. In July 2024, I found out I was pregnant. I'm an older-ish lady who never planned on having kids. The pregnancy was challenging and I suffered immensely. My body was depleted of everything and more severe issues developed after I had delivered my child. One of those issues was that my teeth started to crumble. I already had significant dental issues before the pregnancy. My worst fears were coming to life.. my teeth were chipping and breaking constantly. I've been to two different dental offices in the last 10 months. Both practices sent me out the door with infected teeth that were causing me horrendous pain. I didn't have the money to pay for the extractions and they refused to let me set up a payment plan. Last Thursday, I called Hilton Dental feeling defeated and hopeless. I had another tooth break and I was in pain once again. I can honestly say that the very minute I walked into their office I knew I was in a good place. The ladies working the front were kind and welcoming. My experience got even better as I went back to be seen. The young lady taking my X-rays and getting me prepped to see the dentist was incredibly sweet. She had a great laugh and I felt comfortable with her. Then, I met the dentist. Please, don't ask me her name because I won't remember, but I will remember how she made me feel. She was soft-spoken and kind. She listened to me. For once, I felt heard. The next lady I met was Bonnie and she brought a sense of hope that I have not felt in a very long time. When you've spent the past year watching your body fall apart and medical staff have not listened to you... It's exhausting and crippling. Although I have only been to Hilton Dental one time... I can say that it was a beautiful experience. I hope my time with them will continue until I no longer need to be seen. 5 stars! I'd give more if I could.

Negative experience: Not only did the entire office not show for my appointment, arriving to a locked door. No one responded to the voicemail or text inquiring about what happened? Never been stood up for an appointment by a dentist before, this was a first.

I came in for a root canal and met Dr. Hindi, who is the most amazing dentist as she is kind, extremely informative, gentle, quick and makes the process of a seemingly uncomfortable procedure as comfortable and stress free as possible. I will never go to any other dentist besides Dr. Hindi!
