Fantastic experience: Dr. Kasshamoun hygienist Miriam and front desk Shantay and Trish Love this dentist office and its vibe never felt so comfortable and apart of the family like I do here thank you for the great service.

Fantastic experience: Had no problems making an appointment and staff was very friendly and helpful during my visit. Dr. Kassamound was very thorough when explaining my treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this dental clinic for about 4 or 5 years now and I love it! It’s clean and the office staff is very friendly and professional. My dental hygienist is absolutely fantastic! She will definitely get your teeth cleaned and remove any excess popcorn kernels stuck in between your teeth lol They really take care of you here at Great Expressions in Southfield.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Great Expressions for approximately 2 yrs and have been very pleased with the various Dental services I have received. I have been serviced by the Periodontist, Dentist and most frequently because of my 3 month dental regimen, the Dental Hygienist. The offices are all ran well and the staff are all pleasant as well as professional. Incidentally I appreciate the upfront pricing information that is presented and is clear to understand. I frequent the Lathrup Village office where Miriam (Dental Hygienist) runs on time and functions in a very thorough and an expedient manner. I appreciate how takes the time to explain what she is doing and of course answers any of my questions. Kudos to her!! Thank you Great Expressions!!

Dr Kambo and his assistant (I believe her name was Trish) were top notch and down to earth. Both took their time to thoroughly explain everything clearly during my exam making me feel at ease. I do get very nervous going to the dentist from past experiences at other offices. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for “quality care.” I’ll definitely be returning as I’m so thankful I found this office.

Negative experience: The rudeness was so real, first I came in for a deep teeth cleaning, I have dental insurance , well the 1 with the short hair, because they don’t introduce themselves, tells me that my birthday is wrong with the insurance company, call the insurance company , leave out of the building , it’s personal info I’m giving and there’s someone in the waiting room and the chair , everything was right on their end and mine! So I came back in , But who was wrong the 1 pointing the finger- she’s so argumentative , the insurance representative speaks to her, then she all Of sudden she find out- the dentist office had my birthday wrong !! In addition , I had left out to Place the call to my insurance, when I come back end she states “ you left out” but she has all this attitude- she still had my insurance card and I had a crown appointment, so miss smarty pants I was coming Back , Did she apologize at first NOPE- then the younger 1 - I asked her to look at my blue cross app- it stated my birthday , she shrugs her shoulders!!very unprofessional , so the 1 with the short hair , states finally “I apologize“ “ I’m like I was wondering if you were going to take accountability!” So so glad I got this , so I can put it all in writing !!! Got my Crown today from there ! I won’t EVER BE BACK!! The FRONT DESK NEEDS SOME ETIQUETTE CLASSES! In addition the 1 with the short hair, states my insurance isn’t active , the service I need isn’t covered until 180 days !! The lies! She tells ! Called the insurance company, I have coverage , there’s no waiting period for the service! So, I don’t understand what her problem is, its clear and evident she : they- the front desk have problems and attitudes!! They’re the fist encounter! And on those encounters- I found another dentist- 33 min away , but I’ll drive that instead of - few minutes away ! Have fun with those attitudes!! No THANKS

He Readily Referred her to an Oral Surgeon to complete a portion of her Dental Plan of Care to Seek the Best Outcome rather than Risk a Poor One.
