Fantastic experience: M1 Dentistry has totally changed my life. I was beyond scared of the dentist and have been since I was a kid. From my first anxious call to get an appointment to now 6 months later I'm well on my way to have the smile of my dreams. Dr. Natalie El Dabh and my girl Kelly have been beyond patient, kind, and reassuring with me. From the thoughtful front desk staff to everyone you encounter, just the best team. I could cry just writing this. I can't recommend M1 enough!

Fantastic experience: I started using this dentist office after my previous retired. I am amazed at the improvement over what I am used to from my old dentist (who was very good). Very clean and modern feeling with plenty of staff so I have never waited to get in so far. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and quality work. Easy access to freeway so I can get to work after my morning appointments.

Negative experience: Dishonest office. I went to establish myself as a new customer and the first question I asked was whether my insurance was in their network, they said I am covered. When I go in they tell me I need a special deep clean before my regular cleaning and it should cost be no more than $60 out of pocket after insurance. They rush me in to then do my regular cleaning a few weeks later, and hit me with the bill from my first visit at the end of the cleaning, where the cost is almost 3x what they estimated. that is when they inform me they are not in-network with my insurance, which means the regular cleaning that was just completed will not be covered at 100%. They then said they participate in my insurance, but are not in my network, with no accountability for providing me false information when I first booked.

Fantastic experience: I'm always in the best of care with M1 Dentistry. Dr. Maggie is knowledgeable and thorough and the staff is efficient and friendly.

Negative experience: Dr. Maggie ruined my beautiful smile. I have white, straight teeth. I went in to get a little spot fixed between my two front teeth. Looked like you had a seed in between them. What a mess she made! They are now are yellow, dry and no shine. Look like wax. I talked to Nicole and she said they used the same bonding material that I have on some other teeth I had bonded from another dentist. Told me “ Unfortunately the reason my teeth look this is from my dry mouth from the medications I take. I have been taking this medication for years and it has not done anything to the previous bonding she said I would have to increase my water intake, use Biotene gel or spray or candies to increase my saliva because it’s not so noticeable when my teeth are wet.” So what does that tell you. Tell me it’s not the same bonding material. I think they used the composite for filling teeth not cosmetic bonding! I just can’t believe she did this to my teeth. Now I have to go to a different dentist to have them make my teeth white and shiny again which I can’t even afford. I am so upset! Nicole also told me Dr. Maggie will do no more for me. I went back twice. But she just couldn’t get it done right. MAY 9, 2026 ……AND NOW I WENT TO MY HUSBAND’S DENTIST. SHE COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT MAGGIE DID TO MY TEETH!!!!! THE ONLY WAY SHE CAN FIX THEM NOW IS WITH VENEERS!!!!!$1680.00 WORTH OF VENEERS. I’VE ALWAYS HAD BEAUTIFUL STRAIGHT TEETH. NO BRACES AS A KID EITHER. WHY WOULD SHE LET A PATIENT WALK OUT OF HER OFFICE AND THEN SAY, I’M DOING NOTHING MORE YOU? DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. 1st pic is what Dr Maggie did to my teeth. 2nd pic is what they looked like before she did her job on them.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and they were able to see me the next day. Great service and very thorough. I appreciate the attention to detail and extra effort put into educating me on what was happening with my tooth. They have a very cool machine that is like an MRI. It takes a full scan of your head and sinus to show the big picture. More information than an x-ray. I was referred to this practice by one of their current patients. I’m so happy I made the switch.

Fantastic experience: Today we went in for a routine cleaning for one my kids. While waiting, my other child opened her mouth to show me a tooth that "felt weird". Turned out to be a cracked baby molar. They were able to work her in to have it extracted while we were already there so we did not have to make another trip to the office! Thank you Dr. Natalie and staff for helping us out today!

Negative experience: I had heard such great reviews about this office and was really looking forward to our visit, but unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed. Going to the dentist is already difficult for me due to dental anxiety, and instead of feeling supported, I felt shamed about my dental care. That experience alone was discouraging. What upset me even more was that my son was made to feel uncomfortable as well. He left feeling terrible about himself and the dentist. They also took him back without me while I was getting my cleaning, which I am not comfortable with. I prefer to be present during his appointments which is why I made them at different times. Additionally, I felt there was significant pressure to move forward with extensive dental work. For patients with anxiety, a more understanding and patient-centered approach would make a big difference. I was also surprised to learn that they do not offer nitrous oxide for calming anxious patients. That is a deal breaker. Because of these experiences, we have decided to seek care with a different dentist.i

Fantastic experience: M1 dentistry staff and providers are professional, courteous, and efficient. This was my second visit since moving to the area and I am nothing but happy with service here. If you are looking for a dental practice, check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

M1 is without exception first class dentistry from the parking, to the waiting room, to a beautiful facility, and perhaps most importantly, to amazing staff, hygienists, and dentists! Very kind and knowledgeable lady on the phone, who met us like dear friends, when we arrived for an appointment. Hannah was exceptionally kind, fun and patient evaluating and taking pictures! Dr. Maggie was very understanding, kind and helpful to my son and I, treating and providing a solution to an upcoming problem while we are waiting for a procedure at another dentist office! Fantastic experience: Ten Stars to Dr. Maggie and her amazing Team! I have a complicated case which caused me to explore three dentists. Dr. Maggie's thoughtfulness, expertise and genuine care were icing on the cake to the number of well thought out options she provided me with. Her team , starting at the front desk and all her other experts are as professional as caring . There is always a dose of laughter and chatter trickling thru the hallways, which eases nerves and showcases the connection this practice puts into caring for each patient. And the location as well as renovated building is also ten stars...all the equipment is state of art. Best of care! I am SO pleased with M1Dentistry !

Fantastic experience: I knew I had a problem with a tooth, so I was nervous for today’s appt—my first time at M1. Everything was explained very clearly and kindly, and a little humor on both sides helped cut the tention I had been feeling. I feel confident that my issue will be resolved, and that a few more maintenance procedures will get me back to a good place with my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I needed to order a new bite guard. The dentist and her assistant were very thorough checking my bite, and taking a 3-D scan of my entire mouth showing me where I had some issues. It took less than two weeks for the new one to come in. When I received it, it fit perfectly. I would recommend M1.

Fantastic experience: I took my 11 yo here in a daytime emergency situation as she had chipped her two (adult) front teeth at school. We were referred here by our previous dentist who retired months earlier and we'd not yet been. When I called to inquire about being seen and the circumstances M1 able to get us in within an hour and a half and staff was super supportive through every step. Erica answered my initial questions and made the appointment. Once we arrived the space was modern, clean and open. We were seen promptly. The exam room was spacious with a spot for me to stay with my daughter, well lit with a full window making it feel open; not stuffy or dull. Dr. Natalie, with the help of Kristen, made my daughter feel comfortable in the space and with conversation while she endured 2+ hours in the chair while Dr. Natalie rebuilt the missing part of the 2 broken teeth. They stayed present (didn't pop in and out for other patients) and answered any questions I had. We will follow up in a week but for now it looks like her teeth are whole again with somewhat minimal noticeable transition from real tooth to filler. Updated after follow-up appt: Dr Natalie spent another 2 hours to rework the filler and polish to make the teeth look beautiful and remove any signs of transition. You can tell she (and the team) consider it an art and take pride in the work!!

Fantastic experience: I would like to discribe my recent visit and procedure to M1 Dentistry with Dr. Silvasi and her assistant. Two people working in exact coordination with every step displaying their years of medical training and experience being brought to bear. Just as dancers have to train all there lives for that one performance. Their performance left me profoundly great full of the "A" game they bring to Dental Science

Fantastic experience: My dentist has a great staff, modern equipment and awesome dental hygienists. Because of the care they give my teeth, I've never lost a tooth or needed bridge or reconstructive work. To be in my 70's with all my own teeth is a testament to this practice.
