They take the time to understand your concerns and explain your best options for outstanding service and best outcome, from the dentists, dental technicians, to the receptionist who understands insurance policies and procedures. This service goes above and beyond in my opinion. This is coming from an adult that had the same dentis for over 50years ( from childhood until his retirement). I’m so glad I found this practice and you will be also .

Fantastic experience: We love Lumon Dental! They are our family dentistry. You can tell that every member of staff genuinely cares for their patients and they treat you like family. We always feel a positive and welcoming environment whenever we come in for our visits.

Negative experience: My husband and I were both unhappy with this practice, enough to leave after one visit. It’s been 2 months and they have never followed up with him for his treatment plan. My issue is that once I was in the chair for a cleaning, they came back and said I need a full mouth debridement. I had just been to the previous dentist 6 months before and I have never missed a cleaning. I was told that it was $0 and covered by insurance and I went with it. Now I’m stuck with a $164 bill that I have to pay?!?! Not sure that is legal if you tell me $0.

He has an amazing CNC machine that allows him to put in a crown in a single visit... Can't recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: The dentist visits in life should never be this fun! I am a newer patient of Dr.Casey but I can’t tell you how much I enjoy my visits. From the moment you walk in, there is a At Home presence. From water to prepared toothbrushes for your convenience, until your actual cleaning done with speed but perfection by Sr.Hygienist Dawn… it just doesn’t get any better. You have your choice of protective “Shades” that makes it fun to hang out in the dental chair. The best part of the visit is always the jammed full dental supplies until they see you again. Fantastic experience: New review ....10/4/2023 I had my scheduled teeth cleaning today with Kari. She looked over my gums, teeth and gave me complimentary feedback on the care of my teeth. I've been trying really hard to follow their recommended brushing /flossing regime and it appears that it's finally paying off as "no cavities" were reported this time. Ha! Anyway...I love coming here for my dental care....it's been almost 8 years now...because the employees are friendly, compassionate people who treat me like family. It felt good to catch up with Kari and Dr. Chadda about my health, my kids/grandkids and my latest construction projects. This is a place of business that doesn't treat you like another number or a transaction. I drive 45 minutes one way to receive this type of quality customer service and dental care because it matters a great deal to be treated with care and empathy. If you are looking for a new dental practice or are new to the area, give Lumon dental a try. Cracked a crown recently and it was noticed by Kari, the dental hygienist during a scheduled cleaning. I was set up with a temporary crown and later a permanent crown. Dr. Chadda and Sam took good care of me. They were warm and personable and took great care not to cause me any pain or discomfort. I like coming here because they always take an interest in my latest projects, business ventures or ask me about my grandkids. I like catching up with them and their lives as well. I would highly recommend their office to anyone that want conscientious people who care about you and your dental health.
