Fantastic experience: Awesome

Positive experience: My wife went here, dr got the tooth out fairly painless. Office was cold, staff didn’t speak much at all. 30ish mins in and out. If your pt is nervous you should talk to them more I think, to make them more at ease. This was her first tooth ever she got extracted at age 35, she was nervous. But the overall the lack of pain during procedure /exicution / and recovery is 4 out of 5 where friendliness of the back room staff is a 3. Professionalism of staff over all is a 4 and yes I’d take her here again. Just a reminder to try to relax your patients by simply reassuring them and telling them they’re okay will go a long way.

Fantastic experience: I am incredibly grateful for Dr. White and the exceptional care she has provided. I’ve been under her care for about ten months and have had several procedures completed, with more treatments still ahead. I had a 20 year old implant fail due to significant bone loss & infection, and I’ve always been extremely anxious in dental offices. From the moment I arrived, her staff was so welcoming, and Dr. White’s calm, thorough approach immediately put me at ease. She explained every treatment option, provided a clear breakdown of costs. She even attempted a procedure to save my implant before recommending a replacement, genuinely trying to help me avoid unnecessary expenses. Her compassion goes far beyond the chair. I was traveling overseas and she made sure I had enough antibiotics so I would prevent an emergency while traveling. When I got nervous and chilly before surgery, she had her assistant bring the X ray apron to help warm me up. The day after my implant surgery, her team called to check on me and reminded me they were available even after hours if anything came up. Dr. White is skilled and truly cares about her patients. I couldn’t ask for a better periodontist, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional dental care.

Fantastic experience: Both Dr Simpson and his Hygenist were very personable and professional. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. They explained everything they were doing and willingly answered all of my questions. This was a very pleasant initial visit.

Negative experience: This is the worse place I have ever been to!!!!! They are EXTREMELY rude to their own staff!!!! The only one who is worth anything is the front desk girl Ally!!!! Dr white was mean rude and cold so was her assistant crystal I think her name was! The whole place was cold and rude and acted as i was a burden! Run from this place and go anywhere else! They don’t care about the patients! And let me add that dr Simpson is the same way. Every time I was seen I had a new assistant. That speaks for itself.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend. Dr. Simpson is hands down the best dentist I’ve been to. I’ve had negative experiences at other places which made me hesitant to go back to the dentist ever again but I am so glad that I decided to choose this office. Staff were friendly, Dr.Simpson is knowledgeable, honest, efficient and has a strong focus for patient care. I also wanted to add that they offer substitutes to lidocaine which is a game changer for me because I’m allergic. I am looking forward to finishing up the work I need done and visiting 1-2 a year to maintain my oral health. If you get anxious about going to the dentist, you will be in safe hands here.

Negative experience: I’m a first timer with this office, I actually never even got seen by the dentist, uhh Dr. white, and I still feel the need to give a review. Long story short, I got there 10 minutes early and was still waiting to be seen 20 minutes after my appointment slot so about ~30 minutes of waiting. I’ve had extensive work done in my teeth this year and never had to wait more than 2 minutes past my appointment, because I always showed up early. I eventually couldn’t wait anymore and had to go so I got up and went to the receptionist , told him I need to go I was expecting to be seen at my desired slot and I need reschedule to a time slot that you guys can actually keep to. They rescheduled it but I’m not going back. Dr. White actually came to the front at that moment and rescheduled it for me. She didn’t introduce herself, apologize for the wait, explain or anything, she just kept quiet and rescheduled it. That’s acceptable, sure, but that told me all I need to know about the type of care I would get from her, after reading some of these reviews about her attitude I get it even more. I just can’t trust an individual like this to implant teeth in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I was so pleased with this practice. Everyone was so nice. Dr. Dondra Simpson made you feel very welcome. And explained everything so you could understand. I hightly reccomend this practice. He gave you the choices and let you decide. He did not force anything on you. I drove an hour to get to him and didn't mind it at all.

Fantastic experience: All staff I have encountered have been very professional and attentive to their clients (me) needs. I had an extraction and Dr. White made me feel very comfortable even though I was a nervous wreck! The work she performed was absolutely needed and I am very happy with the care and attention she gave me along with the level of comfort I was given. Thank you Dr. White!!!

Positive experience: Okay. 2 weeks post tooth extraction & let me just say I was very nervous of the process. The lady at the front desk was very reassuring & kind. The other ladies who done my procedure were awesome & gentle. When I did feel a little pain, they stopped immediately & I was numbed again. I didnt know about dry socket until after the fact but I did. everything I was told & didn't develop dry socket so I think I'm in the clear now. I am still doing good hygiene practice to care for my gum area. Lets just say my anxiety going in was terrible but coming out I smiled & told them thank you.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was awesome! Very respectful, explained everything they had to do for my daughter who is 15 and a little on the shy side. My daughter said she liked everyone also, even though she typically doesn't like going to any doctor. They were also very thorough.

Negative experience: I've tried my best to go and support this office. I have a fear of needles, so I'm already uncomfortable, but Dr. White always makes me feel like I'm bothering her and her attitude has just made me find another place to go. She cuts me off and over talks me when I ask normal questions, then asks if I just want to "come back another day". I tried to go back a couple of times, but I've just decided to go somewhere where the dentist actually likes their profession.

The financial end is a little stressful, but the work must be done. Dr. White & staff were very professional & helpful. Her receptionist was so friendly & accommodating to my request. Her assistant was also very friendly, caring & professional. She shared her knowledge & it was so appreciated. I was a little anxious, but her “warm” nature put me at ease. Dr.White demonstrated “tons” of knowledge about my teeth. She took time to answer all my questions & provided different possibilities for remedy. She made you feel all questions were valued. She didn’t make me feel awkward when I inquired about my financial responsibilities of which I was extremely anxious, but instead offered advice. Most of all, I felt very comfortable with Dr. White & her staff. I look forward to them taking care of my periodontal issues.
