Fantastic experience: Words fail me to express my gratitude for an outstanding dental extravaganza with Dr. Ben and his team on 7/1/26. I had been worried and tormented by a deteriorating molar whose crown was slowly coming loose, resulting in a food-collecting gap as well as decay on the wall of the adjacent molar. In short, one well orchestrated session was enough to properly smooth over and provide a “dome” over the irreparable molar #2, and create/install a beautiful restorative crown for the delapidated old world Mexican crown on the adjacent molar #3. On top of that technically satisfying experience was the pleasure of interacting with the caring, capable and truly positive team at Restoration Family and cosmetic Dentistry. I appreciate the family of faith atmosphere that I see in the staff, music, and general warm and welcoming atmosphere Thanks to the Lord and His servants here.

Fantastic experience: Today, like any other day that I go in to see Dr. Ben, I’m greeted either a cheerful and smiling front desk! Within a few minutes Ali is calling me back and we start with getting x-rays. Dr. Ben came in to exam me and then she completed my teeth cleaning. She takes great care and I really don’t feel anything. I scheduled my next appointment and I was good to go. I just love this practice.

When indicated, they have referred me to specialists (e.g., root canals, implants), but followed through on treatment afterwards. I recommend them without reservations!

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite dentist office I’ve been to. The staff is warm in nature. I had a root canal done a few years ago, zero issues to date. The dentist has a relaxed demeanor and gives you confidence he’ll do a good job. I recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ben is the best dentist i have had in my entire dental journey. Pain is almost non existent. Timing for procedures is very accurately described and completed. Talking to him is like going to a long time friend's house. His staff has the nicest group of people in the upstate. So friendly and they make your experience smooth pleasant. I swear, the environment and engagement with his staff is so pleasant it forces me to smile and be happy. Dr.Bens front desk has shown how knowledgeable they are in pricing and helping you make the best choices for a good experience and cost effective procedures. She too was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Dr. Ben is kind, compassionate, gentle and professional. If you don’t necessarily like going to the dentist, this office from start to finish puts your mind at ease. Can’t say enough good things about Restoration family and cosmetic dentistry.

Fantastic experience: The people in this office have become an extension of my family. They have treated me, my wife and three children for years now. There have been some new faces to the staff over the years, but two things always remains. The level of care and hospitality has never wavered. Dr Ben is fantastic as is the every single person in that office. I am grateful for them.

Fantastic experience: I have had several cleanings and one filling redone. I am consistently grateful and impressed by this office. Staff are friendly, the hygienists are thorough and careful so it has never been painful for me. They talk with me but not asking questions while I am unable to answer. Dr Ben is friendly and skilled. I was very impressed by the time and attention he gave to numbing prior to the procedure and being patient while that took effect. Many doctors are impatient and want to “do their procedure”. Kudos for considering the patient first. This was the least pain I have ever had in a dental procedure. I have had nothing but good experiences.

Fantastic experience: I stopped in for a routine cleaning. During the cleaning, I woman came into the office screaming! She sounded frantic… I couldn’t quite make out what she was saying, but whatever she said, it caused the entire staff to bolt outside! (Including Dr. Ben). I was still in the chair, but at this point, I was the only person left inside… I got up and went towards the front lobby area. I could hear voices from outside, near the parking lot. I went outside and was shocked to see Dr. Ben about 8 feet up into a maple tree. His outstretched hand reaching upward, his voice was pitched and I could just barely hear him coaxingly saying “come here, baby”. Dr. Ben not only is a great dentist, but he rescues kittens from trees too! (May or may not be based on actual events)

They didn’t push cleanings or other procedures like some dentist offices do, they were able to fit me in and go ahead and fix my tooth at my initial visit which was amazing! They were gentle which is a big thing for me because I hate to be in pain. They explained everything they were doing so well, and also the price was very reasonable and I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend.

Negative experience: Staff very friendly. But did not run my insurance BEFORE doing procedures so I didn’t find out about that till after they had done everything. On top of that he “fixed” my front tooth. Paid almost if not more than $1000 for it to not even last 9 months till it fell out. Resealed it, fell out a month later. Gave me a referral to an orthodontist where it now will cost $3000 to fix HIS mistake that he said verbatim to me “the support I made doesn’t seem to be strong enough” so now I’m out a FRONT TOOTH and have to pay $3000 to fix it somewhere else and no I will not be paying for what they did before checking my insurance. I’m gonna be out $3000 so they can live without being paid for a job NOT WELL DONE. Now I have to walk around with out a front tooth for god knows how long till I can afford an implant.
