Every appointment I have ever been to has been professional, prompt (I have never waited more than 5 minutes after arrival for an appointment to begin) and thorough. I completely trust Dr. Makowski and I find him to be honest, friendly and helpful. I recently had an issue with my teeth and PD saw me the next day, found the root of the issue and offered solutions that worked. I could not recommend this group more. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!!! We cant praise this place enough the customer care is above par. This is the second time that Dr Makowski has literally fixed a dental problem for my husband like a boss. The first time he came here was for a lock jaw issue, at that tiime my husband had another docter he was seeing who made him a mouth guard that caused his teeth to shift and overlap and the docter would not take responsibility or fix without additional costs. Dr Makowski fixed it right then in the office and didn't even charge him because it turned out we were out of network. But he is now his regular docter and we just pay the extra because hes that good. He just knows what hes doing. Smart and he cares. Two days ago my husbands fake tooth fell out and he went to him yesterday without appointment and fixed in less than 30 mins. Literally him and his staff are just awesome!!

Update: I have now been with this practice for 4 years and absolutely love them all. Every single person I have ever interacted with is so professional, courteous, and caring. I always feel like I am being treated like a friend and not just a number. The office is always clean and well organized. I have never had to wait for a delayed appointment. Dr. Makowski's dental work is thorough, gentle, and painless. Stacey is my hygienist, and she is wonderful and gentle as well... I always feel like I'm catching up with a friend during my cleanings. Jenn at the front desk is so kind, communicative, and thoughtful. I've never had such a positive experience with a dental office and will remain a patient as long as possible. I've had multiple cleanings and fillings and found that Desiree is very thorough and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The rates are much more reasonable than the previous dentist I went to which is on Woodruff Rd. Also, they perform higher quality work.

Fantastic experience: Great experience from start to finish! From check in to completion, everyone made me feel welcome and at home. The dental hygienist was great and answered all my questions. Dr. Makowski made me feel so comfortable and helped me lay out a plan to get things back on track. It has that feel of a small town family practice which is what I grew up with and would highly recommend for anyone with dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My first impression with Providence Dental group was extremely positive. The office is conveniently located in the staff are very welcoming and warm. I especially liked the Dentist, Jason Makowski. He has a very attentive and gentle chair, side manner. First, he asked me questions and explained what he was doing step-by-step during the exam. I was already referred by my sister who said he is known for his gentle approach and great dentistry. I look forward to my first appointment next week!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Providence Dental! The staff is very professional and through as well as compassionate and understanding. I had to have to have several cavities filled and one root canal. I was nervous because I have never had a root canal before and additionally, my last filling was 20 years ago and it was a horrible experience. Dr. Makowski and his assistant Tamara helped me to feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and allowed me to ask procedural questions until I was comfortable. Because of their patience, kindness and compassion, I felt comfortable with the procedures that needed done. Thanks to their dedicated work, I can chew with no pain! Jenn and the reception staff are always willing to help schedule appointment as well as offer alternative scheduling options such as offering canceled appointments to better fit a schedule. ( I do need to mention that there was a couple year gap in the appointments I made, and Jenn after all that time remembered who I was and greeted me by name on the phone. Little things like that mean so much to me.) I highly recommend Providence Dental!

They consistently run on time, and they are always very willing to work around our school and work schedules. This past year (9 days ago) they were able to take me in within a hour of when I called on the day before Christmas Eve. The whole staff (who have been there pretty much as long as Dr. Makowski) is welcoming and friendly. Providence Dental Group makes going to the dentist a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Makowski & his staff at Providence Dental are absolutely the best in the upstate. They take care of my entire family and I am always telling people I meet about how they go over and above to take care of their patients. Last year about this time, one of my crowns was dislodged as I was flossing. I called Dr. Makowski, even though his office was technically closed for the holidays. He asked me to meet him at his office the next morning, again which officially closed, and reattached my crown. There was no receptionist, no assistants, just he & I. That is why I say, they are the best!
