Fantastic experience: Front staff oral hygienist and dentist were all friendly and explained everything everything clearly

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Greer from Columbia and changed dental provider to Palm Dentistry. I can not overstate how impressed I was with both Dr. Dillon and the Hygienist. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and went to great lengths to assure I understood the treatment plan and necessary home follow up. While I've only been with them a short time, I consider them to be the best dental service providers I've ever encountered. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Negative experience: This was the worse and unprofessional office I have been in my life , they set me up for an appointment in their simpsonville office For today, I get there the hygienist states to me oh your hygienist quit I can’t help you. You need to go to a specialist. I don’t know why your Dentist gave you the information they gave you because we can’t help you grant I seen the Dentist in Greenville and the hygienist., And I was very nervous because I’ve been through a severe surgery So being a scared patient when I went to Greenville and there was so kind to me there by the way, but when you make me drive 25 minutes to another location without giving me a courtesy quote to let me know the hygienist quit and that you couldn’t assist me that I needed to go see a specialist that would’ve been the right thing to do you don’t do .

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit after some time and they made me feel so comfortable. Kammyi was so accomodating and answered all my questions!

Negative experience: I initially had a great experience with this office in terms of care however, they mislead me when they said they would bill my secondary insurance and reimburse me any over payments. This has been since December 2025 and no claims have been filed with my secondary and I paid out of my pocket for services I could have waited to have if I had been told the truth. I have called and left several messages with no reply and the last time anyone did return my call they said they were doing to be filing the claim and would get back to me. With everything so expensive now you would think these professionals would have more respect for hardworking people's money. I will not return and will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Chamber of Commerce as well.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency issue I needed to take care of ASAP, due to severe swelling, and the team got me in immediately, within a couple hours of me calling. Had options to pay over time with Sunbit, which I’ve used before for motorcycle parts, so I was familiar with that payment program. Good to have options! The team was a Dr. I’ve seen there before a year or so back, so it was nice to see someone familiar with my dental issue. She even brought up something I told her team and a different doctor, which was that when I got a root canal, it was a pleasant experience for me. Cool to have done and it never hurt once, abandoned the healing process; Which deserves its own review. I’ve always been somewhat afraid to go to the dentist, because my mom never brought me as a kid- as a single mother working and taking care of 3 of us, it was hard and I thought I’d be scared so I never pushed it. But after getting the root canal done, I honestly think it was easier than having a cavity procedure done when I was 12.. which was the last time I saw a dentist before a couple years ago. I’m 37 years old.. so it’s been a while. Anyway, Everyone was so nice and very attending to the issue. It felt great to be taken care of there. And I know my teeth aren’t the greatest in the world, but they don’t even remotely make you feel bad about having ugly teeth, or anything. They made a plan, started the execution of it, suggested I see another dr for this and a previous issue, and follow up and see how it’s going. Great place all around.

Fantastic experience: The Staff was very pleasant and professional. I was 2 hours early for my appointment (my mistake) but the fit me in right away and it was fine. The staff and dentist were very profession and helpful as always. I've been a client for a few years because of their service.

Fantastic experience: I set an appointment at Palms dentistry to get teeth cleaned. Smooth transaction the sent my documents through phone b4 getting to the office. Then I was appointed to MS Kristi she really know what she doing. I received the best teeth cleaning ever very professional and so Smooth I could sleep. I found Palms Dentistry through my insurance and then I read their reviews and booked my appointment online which was quick and easy. Everyone is so nice and friendly from the front desk staff and Camy, Leah, and Dr. Dylan were all great. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Back in 2022 we had to find a new family dentist since we relocated to the Upstate for a new job opportunity, thanks to Google reviews we decided on Palms. The receptionists/service managers are all great from check in to check out. If I don’t get to see my usual hygienist Lee (who is incredible) the other hygienists who have cleaned my chompers are equally great! The dentists are reassuring when I have questions, and thankfully I haven’t had to have much work done beyond having a filling from a previous dentists fixed, and I’ve seen both Doc Williams and Dillon. If you’re looking for a great dentist practice for your dental needs I’d definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Service is great. Staff is amazing. Dr Alyssa Dillon went beyond to help on my dental issue and so far results has been working.

Positive experience: Edit: The office manager did reach out and was open to feedback and put me back on the schedule. This was very helpful and appreciated. I was having excellent care for about two years, then they called me to reschedule an appointment. I was given a new date and time for my 6 month cleaning, then months later told I did not have an appointment. I reiterated the date and time, that I was contacted by their office to reschedule. I was told no, sorry no appointment exists. No attempt to fit in that day is what really upset me. I am contemplating looking for another dentist now. I took time off of work for this appointment and do not want to risk them repeating this when I have done nothing wrong.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I met during my first time appointment today was wonderful and friendly! I struggled retrieving my documents from my previous dentist and they were very patient with me and helpful while I got everything together.

Negative experience: Really terrible billing wise. Over 2 years ago I had cavities filled, paid the agreed upon price, and then 2 months later they try charge me for double what I paid. I told them that’s not what’s agreed upon and that’s not what the insurance says that will pay, and they kept trying to get me to pay the bill. 2 years go by and they send me an email (I guess they got bought out by the name on the email) saying I owe them the remainder balance. Do not use, completely overpriced and the billing department doesn’t know what they are doing.

Fantastic experience: Staff was friendly, professional, and timely. My hygienist explained each step of the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience as a new patient for a first time cleaning and highly recommend them if you need a new dentist!

Negative experience: The hygienist was the absolute best! Unfortunately the dentist (who is no longer there) left me with a poorly placed filling that I had to have redone twice in their office and finally again at another dental office. Just recommend getting a second opinion before having any work done, but it’s a great option for cleanings!

Each employee made a point to welcome us to their practice, and the professional services were excellent plus very reasonably priced. Thanks!

Negative experience: Billing/insurance issues. They keep trying to overcharge me out-of-pocket even though I showed them my benefits page - they are in network and I have fixed co-pays for services. I have a clear plan with Delta dental for that reason. They finally agreed to let me pay what I'm supposed to and send the rest to insurance (what should happen in the first place). Called my insurance company afterwards to double-check I'm not crazy and they assured me the services are covered, that Palm should have just sent them the bill without giving me a hassle. I feel bad for people who don't know how their insurance works, get charged extra and never think of it. I wanted to leave 5 stars but they need to fix their billing department. They're either crooked or not trained enough. I will say all the medical staff I worked with were very good, gentle, and knowledgeable. I was impressed there, but the review lost a lot of stars when I thought about grannies/unsuspecting people being scammed by billing.

Negative experience: The Hygienist and Dentist offer excellent service. However, the Fluoride Treatment was administered without a consultation. I only discovered the added cost was assessed as I paid for “out-of-pocket” services. I had been pleased to this point. However the principle of being informed is expected when the treatment is not covered by insurance.

Fantastic experience: Kind, friendly and professional staff. Dr. Dillon is upbeat, with a sweet disposition. They're working with me on a dental implant, and it's a process. I wasn't completely happy with a temporary and they offered to replace it at no cost, and as small as that may be, it's getting harder to find businessess that do right by the customer. Palms Dentistry has proven to do right by me so far, and that means a lot. UPDATE: I'd like to say thank you to Dr. Dillon. She filled in a gap in a tooth that was meant be be temporary until I can get it crowned. The composite came out last night, and they were willing to see me the following morning with no appointment, even though it was a busy day. They didn't charge me for it. I appreciate Dr. Dillon for doing right by the client, and understanding that's the right way to do business.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience at Palms Dentistry! Dr. Bevans and team did an amazing job on my new crown on my front tooth and it turned out absolutely perfect! The attention to detail was amazing! I am so appreciative of the personal touch at Palms Dentistry and how Dr. Bevans and team made sure that all my concerns were addressed and that I was completely happy with the results! 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have visited a lot of dental offices, and it is never pleasant because I hate the dentist. However, this office made the appointment very easy with minimal pain. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. Because of that, I might make them my permanent provider even though they are at least 30 minute ride from my house.
