Fantastic experience: I was treated like family. I usually don’t like going to the dentist and try to avoid it but these folks make feel uncomfortable and cared about and the work accomplished very well . Yeah , I found a great place to get my dental work , thanks crew for being the best .

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve been to. They cover your face during parts of the cleaning so you’re not leaving with drool and whatever else on your shirt, they look at each tooth physically, not just through X-Rays, so they know what’s going on, and the most important part which many dentists lack: their front office staff is wonderful. No weird billing issues, no lack of initiative talking to an insurance company, I received around 3-5 appointment reminder texts from the systems they use. Great place, will recommend them to everybody.

Fantastic experience: i started going to trail west when dr willis was there. i was a bit apprehensive because i loved dr willis so much, but dr gould has far exceeded all of my expectations. from kim dealing with appointments and insurance, to angie cleaning my teeth, the whole staff is wonderful. i love this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I truly enjoy the people at this dental practice. I like that the staff is comprised of people of all ages. The practice where I used to go had a very young staff, and sometimes I felt less valued as a person due to my age. I don't feel that way at Trail West. The hygienists are friendly and funny, and sometimes I come away feeling like I just had a really good visit with friends (thanks, Debbie). Dr. Gould is very good, and he doesn't seem to mind the numerous questions I ask. This is a very competent and caring staff, and I appreciate the care they provide.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for many years (more than 5) and have always left feeling confident that I received superior service. Everything about the dentist's office is excellent. The front office staff is friendly and it's like talking to family or your closest friend. The dental assistants (hygienists) are friendly, thorough,and professional. They work hard to make you feel comfortable! Dr. Willis is awesome as is the new owner of the practice, Dr. Gould. Dr. Gould has a great bedside manner. He is similar to Dr. Willis in his personality. I look forward to seeing them again. !

Fantastic experience: I broke a crown several months ago, and there was very little of it attached. So with almost nothing to work with, these guys scanned my mouth, designed a crown, made the crown, and attached it permanently. All this was done in a few hours. The crown fits perfectly and I'm not having any issues. Awesome work and a great staff. Thank you.

She was also very thorough when cleaning my teeth, and made sure to explain everything she was going to do before she did it - which I appreciated. Both Debbie and Dr. Gould were attentive when I explained any issues I was having and they talked to me about possible fixes for those problems. Fantastic experience: First time visiting. Had to unfortunately get a root canal. The only truly uncomfortable part was the shot- and that was just pressure versus pain. Next day my soreness is at an expected minimum. Will gladly recommend this dentist.

I 100% hate going to the dentist because it’s expensive and typically painful. Dr. Gould did not recommend me getting any unnecessary work. Also did I felt zero pain while getting a filling. So if you’re seeking for a Dentist, this is your sign to give Dr. Gould a chance! I don’t even live in Berea area. But I’ll definitely drive for him to complete my dental work again.

Fantastic experience: While out of town on vacation, I developed a tooth ache that would not let up. Desperate, I called my dentist office on a Saturday to have them call me to make an appointment for me as soon as I was back in town. To my surprise I received a return call, later on that Saturday. I gave my symptoms and Kim had Dr Gould call me in a prescription. I love having a dental practice who genuinely cares about you.

Fantastic experience: This office is awesome! Called to get appt wit a broken tooth on Friday afternoon and was given an apt on Mon afternoon. Told to call of I had pain over the weekend and someone was on call and would help. Dr Gould fixed me up with a new crown that very afternoon! Thankfully there was a cancellation which gave him the time it took! I am a happy, faithful patient!

Fantastic experience: I sent my son to the dentist alone today because he just started driving and I wasn’t able to go with him. This was his first doctor's visit alone but also his first visit with Trail West Family Dentist. So. I was a little nervous and anxious all day waiting for him to call me when he was finished. To my surprise he was excited about his visit. He hasn’t stopped talking about it all evening. He talked about everyone there from the front desk person, assistants and dentist.
