Fantastic experience: Dr. Pasui isn't a pediatric dentist...but he should be! When dentistry wasn't going well for us...2 pediatric office tries., a friend recommended him. He was perfect. He so easily put the children at ease with his humor. Over the many years, he has blessed us with his generosity more times than I can count. Dr. Wilson came along and you can't help but like his easy going way. All of the hygienists we have had have been great and the front desk is so easy to work with. Stellar! I can't recommend this office enough!

Fantastic experience: I visited this dental office today, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The doctor saved my tooth under a crown, and I am truly grateful for the professionalism, care, and excellent treatment. The entire staff was very kind, welcoming, and compassionate. They saw me right away even though I came in with severe tooth pain. The treatment was quick, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. The office is very clean, equipped with modern technology, and has a comfortable atmosphere. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I had no issues at all. What impressed me the most is how much they genuinely care about their patients. The entire team was attentive, understanding, and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a skilled dentist, a caring team, and excellent service. .

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience!

Negative experience: Seems good until later when you find out crowns were not fitted or prepped correctly and most have to be replaced.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Pasui Dentistry is so nice! Dr Pasui and Dr Wilson always make sure that I am very comfortable and pain free before doing any kind of procedure. And they are always willing to see me in a moments notice if I have any kind of problem. Kim and Dinah are the two assistants that I have had the pleasure of having as assistants to the Dr's and are knowledgeable, friendly, caring and answer any questions I might have. I have never left the office without feeling like I was not only a patient, but a friend! And always I leave knowing that my dental need was well taken care of. They know the patients by name and it feels like family. My husband, daughter, brother, father, and mother-in-law all go here too. They will take care of you!

Fantastic experience: So glad that I found these professionals. I've never been a huge fan of going to the dentist but this is a different world. Everyone is so nice and caring. Aubrey does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and she is such a pleasure to be around. Both dentist, the same. Love this place!!! UPDATE: since I left my previous review, I have now had some cosmetic dentistry done by Dr Pasui and his staff of professionals. My front lower teeth were small with gaps that were prone to staining. I had always been self-conscious and reluctant to fully smile . I had a permanent bridge installed on my lower front teeth and I could not be happier. I greet everyone with a big smile now without even thinking about it.

Fantastic experience: I have been utilizing the services of Pasui Family dentistry for over 20 years. Both Doctors Pasui and Wilson are excellent dentists, sensitive, and very personable. The hygienist who I have seen for years has excellent skills. The front staff is cordial, friendly, and efficient. When there is an emergency, they always find a time for you. I recommend their services enthusiastically and without reservation.

Negative experience: Little frustrated that my wife had her teeth cleaned and had to pay 1.00 and the dollar isn’t what irritated me personally it’s the credit card fee they made her pay that was 3.00 to pay the 1.00 guys that’s really wrong on multiple aspects. I would dropped you a dollar off, 4 quarters whatever. Could she have not dropped it off later that day? I’m sorry that’s the things that make the difference in customer service. She is a long time customer too. I’m actually looking for a new dentist and was considering switching until she came home and told me this.

They kept me laughing and the entire office is a well oiled machine. Kim and Dr Pasui made me feel comfortable and you know immediately that the patient always comes first. Kim excels in the ideal patient experience. They both explained everything in detail and there were no surprises and the front desk staff was delightful too. I am 65 and I have had many visits to dentist offices over the years but I have never experienced such wonderful care, competence and compassion. Thank you!!
