Positive experience: Jenny (JT) was great, Dr Heidi was great. But I was not happy that a routine cleaning that was supposed to be covered by United Healthcare (new carrier) that pictures were taken and I was charged $100 and some change. I should have been notified that this was an extra and had the right of refusal.

Fantastic experience: I moved from another state to Ohio and had been searching for a reputable dentistry as it is difficult to find someone that compares to a previous doctor or dentist when you've had good care. I received several recommendations from the Centerville Ohio Facebook page for Dr Heidi Sprowls. I had been having problems with a tooth and they were able to get me in promptly and my initial visit was within a week after I contacted the office. Very pleasant staff and Dr Sprowls had a very pleasant demeanor and bedside manner as well. They prepared a plan for me and I am looking forward to being a part of this Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sprowls is an exceptional dentist who deserves at least 10 stars. I visited her for the first time because I was told that I had a cavity from my previous dentist. Since it was my first appointment, they suggested that I undergo X-rays of all my teeth to provide the most suitable treatment. Dr. Sprowls meticulously examined the X-rays and assured me that there were no visible issues or cavities. She explained everything in detail, going over each tooth on the overhead monitor, which displayed the X-rays. She is just a wonderful soul. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a qualified caring dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience in the office today. X-rays explained, pictures of my teeth explained and the hygentist was gentle since she knew my teeth were sensitive. Dr. Sprowls came in and was wonderful. The receptionist were also super nice and explained charges for my next appt as well. It was all written out and fully explained. This is definitely my new dentist office!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Heidi SPROWLS DDS when she was with Centerville family dental followed her to her new practice. Not only is she an excellent dentist but she makes you feel like you’re her next-door, neighbor and friend. She knows her stuff that’s why I’ll follow her to wherever she goes for my dental care. Update: Had a filling come out when the office was closed during the weekday, I called and left a message that I was hoping to get in the office the next 2 days as there was a 3 day weekend holiday. Negative experience: BEWARE! Received a letter explaining I would no longer be seen after indicating I was going to get a second opinion. I finally got that second opinion and Dr. Sprowls advised excessive treatment including removing a tooth that has zero need for removal. She wanted to fill nearly every tooth unnecessarily. This office is nothing like it use to be when under different ownership.

Fantastic experience: My experience today was wonderful as usual, I have been going to Heidi Sprowls for about eight years or more, and I have been completely totally satisfied the entire time. JP is usually who takes care of me and then Dr. Sprowls comes in for the final check. All of the staff are fantastic, there is usually laughing and joking going on all while taking great care to make sure that everything is done properly while in the chair.

I came in as a new patient after years of not seeing a dentist. I feared I would be ridiculed as has happened in the past at another dental office. Instead I was met with compassion and understanding. I was a pretty complicated case I’m sure due to the fact at the time I am in a flare up with Trigeminal Neuralgia. Hiwever I needed treatment as this could be the source of a trigger. They spent the time to figure out how to address the situation without intensifying my current state.
