Fantastic experience: ​I'm so glad I discovered Dr. Patel's dental practice, Advanced Dentistry of Dayton. If you're looking for a new dentist, this is the place to be. Dr. Patel is so nice, he gives such a good vibe, a genuinely sincere and honest person who seems to really care about the quality of his work and seems to love his job. Before I came to Dr. Patel I already had a mouthful of crowns, both porcelain and gold. But Dr. Patel has brought state-of-the art zirconium crowns to the Dayton area, something I'd only read about before he did my first zirconium crown. The crowns Dr. Patel has done are beautiful and so natural looking they truly look like natural teeth. Zirconium crowns are the hardest, toughest, most durable available and combined with the natural appearance, this to me has set a new, higher standard. He does beautiful work and is so thoughtful and considerate, as is the rest of the entire staff at Advanced Dentistry. Jennifer is my dental hygienist and she is the nicest person​, one of those special kinds of people who stands out, I actually look forward to my visit​. Another dental professional in the​ Dayton area had recommended this practice and raved about what a great dental hygienist Jennifer was at the time they referred me there​, saying it was worth it to go there just because of Jennifer. And they were right. I'm not good at remembering names, but I can say with enthusiasm that every​ person I've encountered at Advanced Dentistry -- dental assistant​, technician​, Ro and other front desk or administrative staff -- everyone is so thoughtful and conscientious about their job, I always feel like I've received the best care. For example when the technician​/assistant was selecting the right color for a new dental crown, she was a perfectionist in carefully matching the color​, and really took her time to find the best color match. And it was perfectly matched​ -- couldn't be more perfect. And I really appreciated that. I ​only wish I remembered names better so I could name everyone! But everyone there is great. ​If you or someone you know is looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go. I rarely write reviews, but I do read​ a lot of reviews when shopping for anything. I hope this will help someone else in their search for a new dental provider. I give 5 stars and highly recommend Dr. Patel and his​ team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel and his staff were so welcoming and informative. I haven't been to a dentist in almost 7 years because the last place I went traumatized me. And sadly, my teeth have suffered because of it, but I feel assured Advanced Dentistry of Dayton will get me back to where I need to be.

Fantastic experience: I had been a patient of Dr. Patel when he was at the Beavercreek office. Now he is in a new location, and even though it is a longer drive, that is fine. I had a cap come off and he saw me the same day. Got it back on, thank goodness. He is a kind and skillful dentist, with a great and inviting staff. Also he can address just about everything that you might need.

Fantastic experience: I chose this office based on the glowing reviews and let me say I can back them up. I called two weeks ago about some mild pain and couldn’t get in for a while which was fine until a few days later it got to be unbearable I called back and they had me come right in. My tooth was dead and needed a root canal. They immediately started me on antibiotics, which helped with pain by morning, and got me in less than 24 hours later for a root canal. Dr Patel did an amazing job I felt no pain and it was done within an hour! Once the numbing wore off the difference in pain within 24 hours was so drastic I didn’t even need ibuprofen once not numb. Not to mention Ro and Sierra in the front are so kind and companionate and helped me with all the information I might need for payment options (and they comforted me as I blubbered like a baby stressed about the price lol) so anyways this is my new dentist office and will be doing their membership every year

Fantastic experience: I just moved here from Indiana. Yesterday evening a veneer broke! I had no idea where to call for help. I found Advanced Dentistry of Dayton. I called that night, amazingly got in 11 am the next day (note they were not opened that day!) and walked out with a new veneer made in the office!! I went in a stranger. I left knowing I had found my new Dental Practice! Dr Patel was wonderful. Thank you and your staff for caring! I highly recommend Dr Patel and Advanced Dentistry of Dayton!!

Fantastic experience: I went in for some teeth that were bothering me but found out it was more of a sinus issue. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: The dentist assistant did not want to be at work She was heavy handed, sprayed water all in my face , was really rough. Also, they tried to charge more than they was supposed to do watch out for that. The dentist is okay but laughed and Asked why my teeth were so yellow. Avoid this place unless you have perfect teeth.

And they went with the one I chose even tho possible 'soon" consequences..friendly staff.. ..Not "cold" friendly. All with sense of humor, and listened to my input with interest. Fantastic experience: I had my initial appointment with Advanced Dentistry and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Dentist! The staff is very courteous and professional. I have anxiety with Dentist visits but, they made me feel so comfortable the entire time ! Jennifer is amazing, very kind and compassionate towards how I felt and put me at ease, she walked me through every step. The Dentist explained everything as he was doing it and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be any happier with my experience!

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency dental care after my filling cracked and fell out. I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was so anxious and nervous about the process. The entire team was so friendly and attentive, the explained everything very thoroughly and matter of fact. I never felt shamed or judged because of my lack of dental care. Dr. Patel and Aubrey were amazing and the ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and helpful. Overall I had a really good experience with this company and will continue to return for my dental care going forward. Couldn't recommend them more.

Fantastic experience: If you have severe dental anxiety, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! I was terrified and avoided routine dental care for years- then finally gained up the courage to go in. I shopped around different dentists in the Centerville area for months and this place was the absolute BEST. They offer a wide variety of sedating/anti-anxiety options for your appointments of any kind. I started with all the things- gas, anti anxiety pills, etc. then after a few years, I got so comfortable there I no longer even needed it. Cleanings take a bit longer because of how gentle they are, and how much care they put in, but it’s very worth it. Ask for “Jen” to do your cleaning if you’re extra nervous. Everytime she notices you tense up, she stops everything, checks in with you, and applies numbing cream as needed. Recently during the intense snow storm, I woke up with pretty bad tooth pain, and they got me in the same day, took care of everything right on the spot. I left feeling so heard, cared for, and most importantly BETTER. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental practice- so thankful I found them.

Fantastic experience: Dentist did great job. Person who did the filling was some what rough. Pinched my lower lip twice, didn't ask me to turn my head toward her just pulled my head with her finger in in my mouth. Wasn't pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mularczyk and all the staff at Advanced Dentistry. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the technology is amazing. I have never had a dentist explain in detail about my treatment plan and why I was experiencing the issues that I have been having. Dr. Mularczyk not only explained things, but showed me visuals through technology. I have always experienced dentists who spent minimal time looking over my teeth and then jetting. Not this guy! He spent time ensuring me that I was receiving the best care. The dental techs and hygienists are all amazing as well. They even put a blanket on me as I was chilled. The office is warm, inviting, and relaxing. The facility is patient-friendly with soft music and relaxing screens to promote relaxation. I’m so pleased with my experience so far and this was only my second visit. I highly recommend this dentist.

Positive experience: I visited Advance Dentistry on Monday, 12/1/2025 for a slight pain in my lower left mouth due to a sore in gum. The doctor was able to check it. However, the mouse was that he suggested to use from their office, Darby, 16 oz. was somewhat overpriced at $30

This will be my dental practice from here on out! Update: I still go to this practice and I am quite pleased. Even under nee leadership, the great service and care has not changed. Love this place! Update: Dr Patel has been amazing and Aubrie is wonderful at her job. The entire staff is very professional, kind and helpful. I moved about an hour away from their location and I refuse to look for a closer dentist. They are the best!!

The office environment is bright, friendly, and welcoming, which immediately put my child at ease. The staff, especially her hygienist, was patient and kind. Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything and made sure my child was comfortable throughout the entire process. We had almost no wait time, and the whole visit was smooth and positive. We are so glad we found this practice!

Fantastic experience: "I recently visited Advanced Dentistry Dayton for a composite filling. The scheduling was efficient, and I had minimal wait time. The hygienist and Dr. Patel were incredibly professional and explained every step of the process clearly, which eased my anxiety. They used a numbing gel and the anesthetic was administered gently, so I felt no pain during the procedure. The office was spotless and the environment was calming. I'm very happy with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who get nervous about dental visits!"

Negative experience: My wife received a phone call from Advanced Dentistry of Dayton on October 20th about payment for my wife's had periodontal cleaning done in JANUARY. This is the first time we heard about it. No statements or contact prior to this and unfortunately my wife had reached her insurance maximum since it wasn't submitted by ADD until SEPTEMBER. The first phone call my wife did say "I am not paying it" then she was told it would be sent to collection (without even sending the FIRST bill). I called twice today and heard the same thing from the front desk so I asked for someone above her which she said she would have the dentist Dr. Patel call me back but what I got was a call from a "SO CALLED" manager that proved to lack ANY customer service skills. They take NO responsibility whatsoever for being very very late to submit the claim to the insurance and the problem it has caused us. We always pay what is right but for them to not work with us on this is uncalled for. BEWARE they will get you however they can. No wonder they can't keep a dentist long term. Negative stars - nasty people.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel and his staff are wonderful. I go to Jennifer as my hygienist and my husband goes to Aubrie. They do a fantastic job helping us take care of our teeth. Dr Patel makes crowns on site with a machine and computer so there is no need for messy molds or waiting for a second appointment. He has pain free methods for procedures. He is kind, gentle and pretty funny. Ro, the finance lady, makes sure your insurance payments are done correctly and quickly and is a pleasure to work with. The receptionist is very sweet and kind too. This is the practice we found after our dentist retired and we are so grateful for them.

Fantastic experience: I didn't have a dentist but was in need of one badly as a crown came off my tooth. This office got me in so quickly and even better, Dr. Patel was able to completely replace my crown during my first visit! So impressive that they have the equipment to create a new crown right there in office. (Gone are the days where a procedure like this would take two visits, waiting on a lab to create the crown and not getting it for weeks). Feels amazing and looks great. Dr. Patel did a great job and kept checking with me throughout the entire procedure to be sure I was doing ok. I loved everyone at the office. Each person was so friendly and helpful. Looks like I've found a new dentist and I couldn't be happier!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Patel and his staff. I recently had a dental emergency and they went above and beyond to get me in as soon as possible. It’s obvious that Dr. Patel and his staff are genuinely concerned with their patients health and they ensure they are educated on all possible options before they proceed.

Positive experience: My family has been going to Advanced Dentistry of Dayton for some time. Sadly, last year the excellent dentist I went to the practice to see, (James Mularczyk) sold the practice to Dr. Patel, whom I don't find knowledgeable or able to address the needs of my complicated mouth. My husband had a terrible experience recently with an incompetent assistant that left him in a great deal of pain. The hygienist, Jen, is very attentive and friendly. The 40 minute drive is too far for a dentist I do not believe is up to the task. If you don't have anything complicated to deal with, I imagine Dr. Patel would be fine. The care is only as good as the quality of the people.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible front office staff, very rude, also are Absolutely terrible at scheduling and or answering the phone and when they finally do schedule you, well they couldn't get to me and tried to schedule me another day after I was already there. So I wasted my fuel and time to drive all the way across town (25 minutes) to to be turned away. You have been warned ⚠️ as you will see they will try to explain it away with twisting words . My review has nothing to do with the dentist but simply the front office staff, while you will see by there response to say I never had an appointment now.... and to quote the front office staff "it was the Doctors fault" hmmm how clever, which just goes to show you how rude they are... I will provide a screenshot of the last text message I received... so what would you do...? Go or stay home... and ask yourself with the polices that healthcare providers have about not showing up for appointments these days, what would you have done..?

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so kind to me. I called with an emergency, they worked me in the same day. The staff and doctor Patel stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Very caring practice. I had a follow-up visit today. The staff and Dr Patel are so welcoming and caring. They make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. PO visit today. Everyone and everything going well.. Super-nice staff and doctor!

Fantastic experience: I had to have 2 teeth pulled and I have very high anxiety about Dentist. The entire staff was amazing. The Dentist and his assistant made me feel so comfortable and did the oral surgery with No pain. I finally found a good Dentist and team. Thank you from a person with very high anxiety.

Positive experience: This was my 8th visit to have adjustments made to my bridge. Crystal was very kind and listened intently as to what I was saying about the problems with my applicance and did her best to make the necessary adjustments. After 2 days of wearing the applicance daily I am ready to throw the thing in the garbage. She did a great job trying to make it fit but unfortunately the bridge just doesn't work. I prefer her working with me on this situation as she listens and trys her best to make it work. I don't think I will ever try another one in spite of Dr. Paley's recommendation. Fantastic experience: I’ve struggled in the past to find a good dentist, but I’m so thankful to have found Advanced Dentistry of Dayton. Recently, the dentist put a crown in for me, and the process was smooth and stress-free. He was extremely caring and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Today, I had my teeth cleaned by Aubrey, and she was absolutely wonderful—kind, personal, and attentive. It’s clear that not only is the dentist exceptional, but so is the entire staff. This office has truly set a new standard for what dental care should be. I can’t recommend them enough!
