Fantastic experience: I've gone to Dr. Waters / Clear Creek Dental for years. They just keep getting better with the new facility, new equipment, and new options they offer on procedures. I just had my teeth cleaned, and the attention to detail was amazing. Both dentists there are superb. About 5 years ago Dr. Waters expanded my teeth with ClearCorrect (an 18-month process for me) and crowned the front 12. I'm so happy with the results. Those folks are the best.

Positive experience: My wife and I have been patients at Clear Creek Dental for years. At one point, we started using another practice that was closer to our home, but after we each visited the new practice once we switched back to Clear Creek. It's a great practice. Everyone is very polite, friendly and professional.

Negative experience: Absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. (I’m not leaving my real name because I don’t want to be harassed) I’ve never been afraid of the dentist until I went here. I never like to write reviews but it has been almost 2 years since I went here and I still have PTSD from my visits here. So I thought writing a review could give me a little peace of mind when I have to look at my front teeth and the horrible job Dr.Waters and her nut job dental hygienist did to them. I had chipped my 2 front teeth when I was 12 and had been getting them bonded over the last 23 years as needed. One of the bondings came off unexpectedly, so I took a chance on a new dentist, Dr.Waters. I was booked for an 8am appointment the next day. When I got there and met Dr.Waters I said thanks for getting me in and she rudely said “ I didn’t make the appointment”. I never asked to be squeezed in or demanded I get in ASAP. So I don’t appreciate her acting like I’m a burden for making an appointment. She shouldn’t work if she hates her job so much, cause that’s how she acted and I should’ve left at that point. Her dental hygienist did most of the work. It seemed ok and I left and got home and when I flossed I felt a little snag where the tooth was bonded so I went back in to get it fixed since I figured all I would need done was that little bit that was sticking out to be buffed with a floss that had some grit on it. Instead I get there and Dr.Waters doesn’t even look at it and instead her dental hygienist takes a drill and drills a gap in my 2 front teeth damaging the teeth in areas they weren’t even chipped. I looked in the mirror and was devastated. It wasn’t even an even gap. The hygienist then says “ oh you didn’t have a gap before?” I started crying, which I’ve never done at the dentist and have always liked going to the dentist. The hygienist then had to bond both of my front teeth and does a terrible job. I am in shock at this point and am like this looks terrible and the hygienist goes to get the so called Dr and as she walks away she says “I can’t” like it’s my fault! The Dr finally comes in and I am trying to explain what happened and the hygienist is talking over me and the Dr tells us to stop like I’m a child. She attempted fix it and made it look so weird and then at one point says I can’t tell anymore I’ve been looking at it took long. It wasn’t even 20 minutes that she had been working on it and she couldn’t look at it anymore? That’s her job!!!! Later I find out this dental office is just another cheap chain that acts like an independently owned practice. I see now that hygienist isn’t there anymore cause at these chop shops they’ll hire anybody and then transfer them to another office when they screw up enough. I can’t imagine what this so called dentist is doing to the back teeth in people’s mouths. It’s clear she is a miserable human being and hates her life and takes it out on people’s mouths. I wish I filed a complaint with DORA but it’s been over a year so I can’t. I’ve seen other people have filed complaints about her with DORA. It’s dentist like Dr.Waters that make people hate the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental care, modern facility, staffed by professionals. They will treat you with care and expertise. They have the latest dental equipment and seem to train their hygienists and assistants. Additionally, I find them to be gentle and unhurried with great attention to detail. My only concern is that they only take some insurance plans, but they do have a good, in-house reasonable insurance plan.

Negative experience: After Bri g a patient for four year we would ask after each dentist appointment if a copay was due and told no. We just got a bill for four years of charges we were unaware of. We were told one thing from the front office and a separate message from billing.
