Negative experience: I do not recommend All Kids Dental based on our experience. They wanted to put our four-year-old under anesthesia and cap 13 teeth, which felt extremely aggressive for a child that young. The approach made us very uncomfortable, and the overall interaction came across as unprofessional. We decided to get a second opinion and took our child to a pediatric dentist in Falcon, and the difference was night and day. The dentist there took the time to explain everything thoroughly, gave us multiple treatment options, and ultimately determined that no capping was needed at all. They also offered an alternative, more holistic approach to treating cavities instead of immediately jumping to invasive procedures. The Falcon dentist also accepts CHP Plus, just like All Kids Dental, but the care, professionalism, and transparency were far superior. We felt respected as parents and confident in the treatment plan for our child. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who is conservative, holistically focused, informative, and genuinely cares about your child’s well-being, I highly recommend the dentist in Falcon. Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I went with All Kids Dental for my daughter’s first dental experience. The staff is very friendly! Our hygienist knew exactly what to do to help her feel more comfortable and the Doctor was just as great. They first showed her all their tools that all had fun, kids friendly names. Then they let her touch them and press the buttons (when appropriate/safe) and finally used them on exterior surfaces of her body so she could see them work. So come cleaning time, she felt very comfortable with them in her mouth. Their waiting area is adorable and very obviously designed with kids in mind and perfect for keeping them occupied while you fill out the paperwork. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants their child have a great dentist office experience!!!

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience at All Kids! From the moment we walked in, the staff made my child feel completely comfortable and even excited about going to the dentist. The waiting area is bright, clean, and filled with fun touches that instantly put kids at ease. The All Kids staff has an incredible way with children—patient, gentle, and truly caring. They took the time to explain every step in a way my child could understand, turning what could have been a stressful visit into a fun and educational experience. The hygienists were just as amazing, cheering my child on and celebrating each step of the visit. I’m so impressed with their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and their families. I can’t recommend All Kids enough to any parent looking for a dental home that makes kids feel safe, happy, and confident about their smiles!

Negative experience: They put our family in an unfortunate financial situation. Didn’t make us aware of a large bill until 7 mos after the appointment where now we can’t get insurance to cover. They entered the wrong address in their system. When we talked to the new manager, Jake, about it he was very disrespectful and said “yeah it’s unfortunate “ he also let us know the same thing has happened to many other accounts too. They took no accountability nor did the apologize for putting us in this situation. Kindness goes a long way with us. We will not be going back.

Negative experience: This used to be a great place, our kids love the fun themed office and setting, and the Dentists are great. Unfortunately the new office manager, Jake is vey rude. They sent bills to the wrong address for 6 months without contacting us about an issue with our insurance. The claimed a bunch of voicemails were sent, but they were not - because I would've taken care of it. When my wife with 3 little kids went in for a cleaning he basically met them at the door to try to get payment. When I spoke with him on the phone to get the payment resolved, he sounded very agitated and was definitely not trying to work with me, but just trying to get me off the phone. I was willing to pay what was owed, but this experience definitely makes me skeptical to come back. Honestly, it is on them - they entered the wrong address and never followed up. Then they made it out to be our fault for not paying, when we never received a bill, now since its been so long I will have to deal with trying to get reimbursed from insurance.

Fantastic experience: DONT WAIT ANY LONGER!!!! I waited two years before coming here and my kids could have been here the WHOLE TIME!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brie surpassed our expectations as our girls’ dentist. She is thorough, professional, yet caring and thoughtful. We know our kids are in good hands at All Kids Dental!

Negative experience: This office seemed good until they did not let me come to the room with my 9 year old child for the extraction and I learned that they strapped her down to the table. This has caused severe dental anxiety and trauma for her. I don’t recommend all kids dental.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to All Kids for 11 years since our kids were tiny. They are both now teenagers and we drive nearly 2 hours from our new home for our appointments with Dr Brie. She and her staff have seen the kids through baby teeth, referrals for orthodontists, emergency chipped tooth repairs, a laser frenectomy procedure and TMJ diagnosis. One of my teenagers recently had quite severe TMJ and Brie had various tips which helped the condition resolve in under 2 weeks. Can’t recommend the whole team at AKD highly enough!

Today we just had a cavity filled for my 3 year old and they worked magic to get him to do that filling plus sealants, all in one appointment. Dr Kyle and his team are legit magicians & so great with the littles.

We deal with a lot of anxiety around dental appointments which can result in some big emotions. Dr. Kyle entered the room with so much patience, understanding and fun games to distract our son while he checked his teeth. Our son calmed down and ended on a high note! These positive experiences are so important for our son going forward with appointments and we are so appreciative of Dr. Kyle! If you have a little one with sensory needs, anxiety, etc. this is the right dentist for you. We were told we can come back to the clinic to say hi, play in the lobby, etc. even without an appointment to help show our son it is a fun, happy and safe place. We plan to do that!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Dr. Kyle and all the staff at All Kids Dental! They are absolutely amazing people! My 3 year old son has very deep grooves on his back teeth which were starting to stain and we were worried about the possibility of cavities. Dr. Kyle recommended sealants to protect his back molars so they won’t develop cavities. My son was very nervous about getting sealants because he didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Kyle was so patient, sweet and kind to Xander and within 15min, all his back teeth were sealed! Thank you so much All Kids Dental! You all are fantastic!

Fantastic experience: What an awesome experience! My kiddos loved the “jungle dentist!” My oldest has a hard time at the dentist, lots of nervous butterflies. And when she was all done with her cleaning, she said “I dont have butterflies anymore!!” I would highly recommend for your kiddos! We absolutely loved Dr. Kyle! And we loved the waiting room jungle!!! Such a great thing to calm some nerves down before going back!

Fantastic experience: My child was so excited to go to the dentist for the 1st time, and then we stepping into All Kids Dental and he was even MORE excited, they have a slide to play on! The staff is AMAZING with the kids and accommodating to the parents that may need help. I HIGHLY recommend taking your children here!

Negative experience: We were initially extremely impressed with this clinic and the dental team were fantastic with our son, however we had a dental emergency as our son fell and hit his mouth on a concrete step. After speaking with the dentist on a Friday and wanting us to be seen on Monday we did our best to make it through the weekend using pain medications. Our son broke one front tooth, the tooth was mostly gone and the root was exposed. He was absolutely in pain and other teeth were impacted, but not as badly. We called first thing Monday morning and nobody answered the phone however, we received a text message that we would get a return call soon. after no responses for over an hour, we went to another dentist. We left voicemails, sent multiple texts and never received a response. By the time we returned home, after a sedation procedure and having the damaged tooth pulled, we still had heard nothing. We called again and the excuse was that the power was out but someone was sending us text messages in the meantime. The receptionist stated those were automated, but literally on the website it states you can text them. I believe they were not being truthful as to why nobody contacted us. We were established patients and when our son needed emergency care, their team fell extremely short. I will never make the sacrifice in regard to my son‘s care again and you shouldn’t make the mistake we did and take the chance of having it happen to you. In response to your comment: You may reach out to us if you would like to discuss this further. Your office failed my son in time of emergency. I can confirm that your office DID NOT call us back, we called you and asked to speak with a member of management and were told there was nobody we could speak with so I did try and speak with someone. My suggestion would be that when you get after hours calls, you prioritize those patients somehow and check on them first thing in the morning. Your partner knew we had an emergency and we were waiting to see you all first thing on Monday. Why don’t you create a method of tracking those patients so that in times like this you can assist with getting them the care they need? How are patients supposed to know that a text message is automated and there is actually no human there? You may have lost power but that doesn’t impact cell service or google voice. We also live in the mountains and your office is right off a major highway so “mountain living” is not the cause of this issue. If anything, it was a fluke that a bird flew into the transformer and you had to wait for the power company to address it. If “mountain living” is still an issue, then make preparations that many of the rest of us do when we experience power outages. I hope you choose to take this as a learning opportunity to ensure care for your patients in the future. Also, once again I welcome a call to discuss this and how your office will implement measures to prevent this from happening to another child. I had no other option except google reviews because when I did call, a manager wasn’t available and a call back was not offered, only that they could take a message. This was far too much to say in a written message with the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: My son had a tooth extraction today with Dr Kyle. He did an amazing job getting him properly numbed and talking him through everything. Not one tear was shed! Another A+ visit from us to their whole office

Negative experience: Update: we no longer go here. There seemed to be a push for fillings and fluoride without watching spots and also talk of cutting a lip tie on my child, who is not inhibited by it (she was 8), in front of my child. My kiddo got so freaked out and worked up about that we haven’t been back since. Certain conversations should be talked about with the parents only. I hate going to the dentist myself and once I had kids my anxiety was through the roof about bringing them. All Kids Dental has been absolutely amazing - I shared my concerns and past experiences and was always met with gracious understanding. They are wonderful with the kids and make everything fun and easy and explain everything every step of the way...and I can stay with my kids 100% of the time. I feel very fortunate to have found them!

Fantastic experience: I took my 20-month-old son here today for his first dental appointment. I knew it wouldn’t exactly be a breeze at his age, but they were all so good with him. Even while he was hysterical during the actual exam, he was giving them all high fives by the end of it! The stuffed animals throughout the place certainly helped as well!

Elizabeth was amazing- she even called later in the afternoon just to check and see how we were doing. They go above and beyond here. I rave about them to anyone who will listen. Fantastic experience: Dr Kyle and the whole team have the biggest hearts and the most knowledge of any pediatric dental office we’ve been to. We tried out 3 or 4 other offices prior to All Kids and either felt like the office was just a “machine” or had a horrible experience. All Kids came highly recommended and we know why. Dr Kyle cares so much and is very engaging-the kids love him. Thanks to All Kids my daughters’ dental experience has been happy and healthy (even with pretty major experiences like pulling teeth, crowns and cavities). Thank you All Kids! The staff is extremely friendly very professional and the overall atmosphere is amazing. My children previously did not enjoy going to the dentist but as soon as we switched to this office they immediately enjoyed going to the dentist after the very first visit.

Fantastic experience: My experience at All Kids Dental is always great. Everyone is wonderful. Without the help I get here, my son wouldn't be able to have dental care. My son is autistic and thus can be very uncooperative. However, the dentists and hygienists get it done. I am extremely grateful for All Kids Dental.

Fantastic experience: We love All Kids Dental! It’s a bit of a drive, but worth it for the great experience. My daughter has been going there since age 2. Their waiting room is a huge highlight (indoor slide!) and they are always efficient and on schedule. All of the staff are excellent with children, they have thought of every detail to make a dentist visit fun and stress-free for kids and parents.

Having a slide in the waiting area is always a plus! Whoever brainstormed this concept did a great job! We highly recommend this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: We visited All Kids Dental recently after they were recommended to us for use for a follow up after my son had a playground accident that knocked a tooth loose. Although we aren’t regular patients (just visiting near by), AKD was amazing!!! They got us in for a last minute appointment, made X-rays a breeze, and set us up with a care regimen and talked us through what to expect as the tooth healed. Thank you AKD!!!

Fantastic experience: My 3yr old son had X-rays and a cap put on yesterday. You'd assume he'd had enough of the dentist for a while, right? Nope. "Dad can we go to the dentist today?" They did great. Pricey, but that's life. You get what you paid for.

Negative experience: Never again will I go here i have heard so many bad things about them after I stated taking my daughter there, they seemed to be good at first then it was one thing or another at the last appointment I refused it because we go in to get my daughters cavity capped and they tell me they don't have a plan and possibly want to pull teeth but wouldn't know till they got a plan after they put her under so I refused went to another dentist and no teeth need pulled.

Fantastic experience: First heard about them while I was pregnant through my job. They showed up at the preschool dressed as the tooth fairy and talked with the kids about good dental hygiene, food that are good for teeth and worked hard to make the kids feel less scared of them in their dentist gear. It really stuck with me and when I was told my son had a lip tie at 3 months old I took him there to get checked out (dentist said it looked fine) and then 6 months later for a regular check up. My son did just fine and we are confident that All Kids Dental will be our dentist for a long time. They have such a fun atmosphere and really seem to care for both families and kids.

Fantastic experience: My kids have visited All Kids Dental 3 times in the 3 short months we have been patients. My boys went for a cleaning, one son had what appeared to be an urgent matter but wasn't after all (they fit him in ASAP though!), and the same son broke 3 teeth in a bike accident. In all 3 instances the dentists and staff were all friendly, great with kids, knowledgeable, and informative. When I called the emergency number on the weekend Dr. Kyle called back immediately and was extremely kind, calm, understanding, and helpful. He and a very sweet hygienist came in on a day off to fix the 3 teeth. They were both so friendly and professional and the teeth look PHENOMENAL- you can't tell they aren't his real teeth! To top it off they have an amazing office and waiting room! I highly, highly recommend All Kids!

The dentists are truly the best. When they are with your family, it feels like you’re they one ones there. Both dentists come across as compassionate, integral and passionate about what they do, which a such a breath of fresh air having come from another place that felt financially motivated. I highly recommended them to all my friends!
