Fantastic experience: I love West Ranch Dental! Everyone there is on top of their game! Dr. Lahr is so kind and calm and never makes me feel bad about my teeth even though they are a challenge. I never have had to wait more than 5 minutes and I have been there many, many, many times. He is an excellent dentist and I am so thankful to have him available. Hailey cleans my teeth and is very gentle and so easy to be around. I also appreciate her calmness! You can tell she has an excellent relationship with Dr. Lahr which makes the patient feel comfortable. I feel blessed to have West Ranch Dental take care of my teeth. Fantastic experience: My husband and I always feel welcomed when we enter. The dentist and his assistants always greet with smiles and coffee and tea. Yum. The chair has a back rub machine on it. Wonderful!!!! The assistant will always tell you what they're going to do before they do it. The Dentist, Dr. Lahr, will be the last to see you after the cleaning is done to double check the work and you walk out with an awesome feeling of clean. I Love this place.

They just did my April Fool's Day root canal and I've rarely experienced less pain or aggravation sitting in the dental chair. Plus, Dr. Lahr appreciated my Root Canal Playlist (featuring Rusted Root of course) and told me I'd omitted Comfortably Numb... Never hurts to laugh while at the dentist!

Positive experience: Normally my experience here is very good. However, last appointment, it was disappointing to learn that I had a cavity that needs filled that was not noted previously on several past visits. This was due to the hygienist adjusting the contrast on the X-rays, to reveal it. Without, doing that, the cavity was not visible. I know my teeth do not decay quickly so this one has been there for quite a while and never noticed. So, as mentioned this is disappointing news after having assumed that the X-rays would be read correctly. The front desk person advised she would send an estimate for the work, but that has not been received. The rest of the appointment (cleaning) was perfectly fine, no issues there. Also, the day of my last appointment, it was a blizzard and the highway to the office was covered, icy and pretty unsafe to drive on especially coming back. Maybe it would be best to give patients the option to cancel on days like that?

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to West Ranch ever since I had my crown replaced years ago because my previous dentist did a poor job making my previous crown for my implant. I have nothing but good things to say as they have been pleasant to deal with and no issues during my cleanings. They have been very informative of how doing certain things can improve my oral health. They recently helped me with my tooth sensitivity and gave me resources to help that I plan to use tonight.

Fantastic experience: Saw Haley today (9/18/25) for a long overdue cleaning. It had been 9 months since I last saw her. During those 9 months, I had undergone several surgeries with complications. My medical doctor said I would have to wait 3 months following my last surgery before I could set up the cleaning. I was so glad to know that Haley was still there. She had to spend more time today to do the cleaning but all in all my teeth were doing ok. I had to admit to her that I was looking forward to this appt. She was as sweet as ever and did a great job on my teeth. I did schedule my next appt. with her. I also met with Dr. Larr and I have some future work that needs to be done. Will be making that appt when I can. Thanks Haley. Was good to see you today.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I am dentally challenged and hate the dentist BUT this office is the only place I will ever go. Dr is great very knowledgeable and thorough. Best dental work I’ve ever received. The assistants are talented and front office team are always so kind and helpful. They always remember who you are and know how to make you comfortable and do their best trying. Communication has always been great never had any issues with billing etc. Plus don’t forget about the doggies to love on. I just can’t say enough great things about this Doctor and team.

Fantastic experience: West Ranch Dental has a wonderful group of people who are very caring. I had three teeth needing treatment. Just a simple bonding to preserve them. Dr Lahr is excellent. When I got home I looked closer and found he had bonded these teeth so well you couldn’t tell where the damage was! So grateful for his wisdom and talent! Thanks Dr Lahr!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lahr explained all of my x-rays and needs to me in detail. He is skillful with numbing agents and did a great job fixing an old filling that needed to be redone. The staff are friendly and positive and they have a special plan to diminish costs for private pay patients.

Haley has consistently been my hygienist during that time, which has resulted in a comprehensive treatment plan during both office visits and at home, between visits. She has provided consistent and helpful ways I can do preventive care at home between visits. This team is solid, cohesive and a pleasure to work with.

Going to the dentist is not always a fun venture but this team eases any concerns. Especially “Mogey” ❤️ Highly recommend! 7/11 just finished up an implant process and Dr Lahr made it feel seamless. It’s a long process because they do it right. Beautiful work and glad I decided on the implant versus other options explained to me. 6/24 - we moved to Colorado Springs and my husband and I will not change dental services. We can’t express enough how much we appreciate the professionalism, kindness, care and staff like family, including an occasional visit by Dr Lahr’s dogs in office, Mobley and Bear! Such a comfortable experience each and every time!

Extremely technically advanced, using tools and techniques I didn’t even know existed to get ahead of issues rather than react to them. Ambience is very comfortable, a lot of attention to detail is evident, for example the dental chair I had my cleaning in was a massaging chair, nice touch!

I enjoyed a nice healthy beverage of my choice, a paraffin hand wax and heated neck wrap, aromatherapy diffuser and choice of music all while getting my teeth checked by the doctor for my initial visit and cleaning. The hygienist chair even had a massager built in! It was a luxury experience for sure! They have extremely high tech equipment, clean office and knowledgeable and caring staff. Dare I say it ... I am actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment!!!

They have always provided exceptional care for us and in particular Dr. Lahr has helped my youngest daughter manage her fear and anxiety surrounding dental care. Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience at West Ranch Dental, which says something because I do NOT like going to the dentist. Each of the hygienists I’ve had there have been great with me in terms of dealing with my anxiety etc. But the past few times I’ve worked with Hailey and she is exceptional!!! She tells me what she is going to do and why, and she is compassionate and very kind. Very knowledgeable too!! I have moved out of state, but still come back to CO for my dental care.
