Positive experience: Was a good job, but I wish you would have finished the last filling. Really wished when you left you would have let me know you weren't coming back to finish the job. I'm sure you assistant is OK but she isn't you. I did have to return because there was a very sharp edge left on tooth. It is now 9pm and the pain is setting in ,which I didn't expect to he quite this bad. Can't help but wonder if something wasn't done correctly because you didn't finish my tooth yourself or if it is just normal for this kind of procedure to hurt a little worse than most fillings. Nobody said anything to me when I left so I really don't know. Just not the kind of care I am used to from your office.

Love that he’s conservative and will try to preserve the tooth as much as possible before doing more serious procedures such as root canals. My kids have beautiful smiles without braces because of the treatments they received while their smiles were developing. It’ll be a sad day when Dr. Elson decides to retire.

Negative experience: Honestly, have a horrible time every time I go the hygienist makes me feel awful about myself and talks down to me every time I show up she’s so annoying. It makes me dread going and the dentist himself will talk to you about everything except your teeth and you will have no idea what’s going on ever he overcharges for a lot of of his procedures he also did my root canal and did not fully clean it out and did not put a cap on it. Avoid this place at all cost.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Elson and his staff are amazing! They took special care of my 92 yr old mom. Dr. saved her from having 4 teeth extracted by an oral surgeon and from getting dentures. He worked with her existing partial and saved her several thousand dollars and a great deal of recovery time, pain and appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Elson and his caring staff, and plan on changing to his care myself!! I just had my appointment with Dr Elson and he did amazing work on my front teeth. Once again, the staff was very welcoming, and I highly recommend becoming a patient of Dr Elson! Mom is now 97, and Dr Elson and his staff are so careful with her and go out of their way to make her as comfortable as they can. Dr Elson is a master at his craft and has saved mom thousands of dollars by repairing her bridge countless times, even though it doesn't seem possible to save it. My husband and I also see Dr Elson and have referred several friends and family members to switch their care to him. He and his staff are hard to match in a very competitive business, and we're here to stay! 12/4/2025 Doctor Elson helped my mom, once again. His office manager, Lauren got mom right in to have her lower tooth repaired. He fixed it immediately, and mom is feeling so much better! Thank you, once again for your patience and care to my 97 year old mom!

When I called to set up and appointment I thought I would have to wait to get a broken tooth checked out when they could get me in for a cleaning. They had something available for a few days away from when I called. I went to the visit yesterday and thought it was just going to be a check and xrays. To my surprise I was greeted by Dr Elson and upon a quick look and xray examine which he walked me through he surprised me with telling me he could fill it right then. It was so quick and he made sure painless. I am walking away with a fully built tooth and only minimal aching overnight. So happy to have found a new Dentist!
