Fantastic experience: TL;DR: By far the best dental experience I've had, time and time again. I can't recommend Dr. Li and the team at Belmar Smiles enough! Between playing sports growing up, doing combat sports as an adult, and now clenching my jaw all night, I'm honestly surprised I still have a full set of teeth. Despite that, I've never had a more comfortable, gentle, and minimally invasive dental experience than I've had at Belmar Smiles. Angelina is incredibly thorough and gentle during cleanings. Nevaeh is always on top of communication and makes scheduling easy peasy. And Dr. Li is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients. If you're looking for a dentist who makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of, Belmar Smiles is the place to go. Highly recommended.

Everyone there is so kind, professional and genuinely happy to see you. The front desk staff always greets me by name, and somehow they make scheduling and insurance stuff painless (which is saying a lot!). The whole office has a calm, clean, modern vibe that instantly puts me at ease. Great taste of music too. My hygienist Angelina is super gentle but does a really thorough job every time. Dr Li is also fantastic, he explains everything clearly, never pushes unnecessary work and makes sure I’m comfortable before anything starts. You can tell the whole team cares about doing things right, not just fast. Nevaeh and Emily makes the insurance part a breeze which usually never is. After a few visits, I can honestly say I’ve never felt more confident in my dental care. My teeth look and feel great, and I actually leave my appointments smiling (literally). If you’re even thinking about switching dentists, do yourself a favor and come here. Belmar Smiles is hands down the best dental office I’ve been to. Fantastic experience: September 2025: Here to update because I just had my second cleaning appointment at this office. I was so fortunate to have Angelina perform my cleaning again! She is extremely gentle with the scraping portion of the cleaning (truly, this part of the process normally makes my eyes water and gives me goosebumps, but I barely felt it today!) and anticipated my needs the whole time. I feel like I got very lucky in finding such a wonderful dental care team simply based on their convenient location! March 2025: I am so pleased with my experience at Belmar Smiles! Nevaeh was so patient and helpful when getting me scheduled (she was able to accommodate my schedule within one day) and Angelina was fantastic for my x-rays, exam, and cleaning. She clearly listened to my concerns and also engaged in friendly conversation, and provided a thorough and gentle cleaning. 10/10 would recommend!

Negative experience: Always get second opinions! Very nice doctor but stated I needed 11 fillings after doing X-rays. (I haven’t had more than 6-8 my entire life) Quote was close to $1,000 out of pocket. I went to another location after being skeptical from the results and the doctor stated I really only needed 1 filling after X-rays. $58 later. Very frustrating how drastic a difference one doctor can be from another. Always get another opinion before doing anything.

Fantastic experience: Dr Li is super gentle and lets you know what he's doing as he goes. No pain on numbing due to the distraction trick. He knows my family by name and asks how they are doing. Great office and his front desk staff and assistants are also awesome. They saved me great cost by letting me know that I had exhausted my annual benefit and rescheduled my appointment to account for it.

Fantastic experience: Coming into this dental office, I had a lot of anxiety due to past experiences from other places as staff wouldn’t give the greatest treatment nor care. Fortunately, all that anxiety went away when Dr. Li and his team provided me with the best care every patient should 100% receive! From the front desk all the way to the doctors, it’s easily noticeable that each staff member was picked considerably which I’m grateful for. Fantastic experience: Dr. Dian was succinct and efficient on describing issues/concerns and his recommendations to fixing those issues. He knew right away my concerns and gave me an understanding that it can be fixed or the very least major improvements. Angelina (Hygienist) is incredibly thorough and made sure everything was done in a very precise and pristine manner (almost OCD like), which was awesome! She takes her job/work very serious and it shows from the outcome.
