Negative experience: They overcharged me by over $900 and ultimately had a formal inquiry against them from my insurance company for illegal billing practices. Avoid.

Negative experience: Had a referral to a periodontist and it was not a good experience. I don't feel he explained much to me and I was kept waiting in the chair for a long time! His hygienist explained more than he did. Dr Patel also tried to explain. Very confusing and intimidating for an older patient. I want to get a second opinion before committing to over $9000 worth of invasive dental work.

Fantastic experience: Very fast and efficient. Staff was extremely friendly and personable. My provider, Dr. Pucheril, took time to explain and answer any questions or concerns I had, and was very thorough in my exam. I felt very taken care of here!!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! Everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and pleasant. A huge shoutout to Dr. Patel, who may have single-handedly cured my fear of the dentist! Beyond being exceptionally kind and funny, she took the time to explain everything throughout the visit and even taught me a few things along the way. And if all else fails, the views of Sloan’s Lake from the exam rooms are reason enough to schedule an appointment. My teeth and my appreciation for a good view are both getting taken care of. I’d highly recommend anyone come see what all the fuss is about!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to Edgewater Modern Dentristy and I was so pleased ! I saw Dr. Patel, a young woman, and was so surprised when she actually cleaned my teeth herself. She said it is the practice policy that first time patients are cleaned by the Dentist so that they have a clear picture of the patients dental health. She was excellent! I couldn't be happier. Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom teeth removed at this location, and I had an amazing experience. The front desk attendant Crystal, was insanely nice and made everything very easy. The nurse that helped me prior to going under sedation made me comfortable (i dont remember her mame unfortunately, and she was very gentle which I appreciated. The surgeon did an amazing job, it's been almost a week since I got them removed and I didn't have any pain or swelling at any point. I was able to get back to my regular routine by day 4. Thank god I have no more wisdom teeth, but if I did this is where I would go!

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist is a few years, and was referred to this office by a friend. Mary, at the front desk, was very welcoming and helpful through my entire process. The assistant that took my xrays was very gentle and friendly. Dr. Patel was thorough with her exam, and made things simple and easy for me to understand. Kyndra did my cleaning and was great and very personable. From walking in the door, to leaving, everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Donaldson took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment. He was patient, attentive, and cared about making sure all my questions were answered. His team was just as amazing, efficient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental practice and location. The space is comfortably designed with a clean feel throughout. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. Mary at the front office is on top of it all in greeting and checking in patients in an orderly, energetic fashion. Gisell is a wonderful dental assistant, friendly, and super helpful. Dr. Pucheril is the best dentist. She really values the dentist-patient relationship, explains everything simply and clearly, and executes to perfection. They are all so great at their positions and make you feel like a valued patient.

Negative experience: I selected Edgewater Modern Dentistry during open enrollment because of its convenient location to my home. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I've had. After my initial visit on January 19th, I was told I needed a crown and that they would send a treatment plan with details. When they failed to do so, I had to follow up in early February. On February 18th, Mary finally emailed me a treatment plan with a cost share that was $800 MORE than what my handbook stated. I immediately responded asking her to double-check this significant discrepancy. She never replied. I followed up again on February 24th and March 2nd - still no response. Mary finally responded on March 5th, explaining they wanted to use their updated CEREC machine for a "stronger" same-day crown instead of the standard D2740 crown covered by my plan. This felt like an upselling tactic rather than necessary treatment. I called on March 9th to discuss getting the standard covered crown, and was told Mary would call me back that day. She didn't. I called again on Thursday and had to escalate to their corporate office. Now I'm waiting again for a returned call. It has been almost 2 full months since being told I needed a crown, with multiple ignored emails and unreturned phone calls. The combination of poor communication, billing discrepancies, and apparent upselling tactics makes this an easy decision - I do not recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Constant turnover of employees means you’ll never see the same provider twice. On my last visit the hygienist, Kyndra, fresh out of dental school, rolled her eyes and pouted when she was asked to move nitrous equipment from one room to another. Then she didn’t know how to operate the equipment. The xray tech couldn’t keep the machine straight and kept touching unsanitary items before putting her hands back in my mouth. This place is a Private Equity owned nightmare disguised as a local dentist office. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Positive experience: Professional, welcoming and efficient service. The only area that could use improvement is pricing it feels elevated.

Negative experience: They keep calling threatening that they will send me to collections but every time I reach out I do not get an answer. I work a late shift and I was communication via email and have not got no response since December.

Negative experience: Worst dentist experience ever with Aneeta Pucheril. I should have left after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, but I only came because they fit me in last minute for a cleaning—which was a mistake. I was in a lot of pain, expressed it multiple times, and was ignored until I was in tears. My gums have never bled so much. Aneeta laughed it off and suggested it was anxiety and to bring headphones next time as if the suction noise was causing pain. On top of that, she pressured me into getting an alleged cavity filled. I got a second opinion that week and they confirmed it wasn’t a cavity. Plenty of highly rated dentists nearby—avoid this office.

Negative experience: My wife got two crowns put in and then was just told that she needed two more. She got suspicious when she was told they were running a “special on crowns” - what dentist discounts basic dental services? She went to get a second opinion and the other dentist tried to be polite but could not find any reason for crowns and was stifling his clear belief that there was a scam here. Now we have to wonder if those first two crowns were needed. Ugh. I would at least get a second opinion if they suggest major work. Shameful.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. I went to get some filling repaired, they ended up pulling a filling out of a different, good tooth, while exploring in my mouth with the probe tool! They then said this just "fell out" until I pressed the issue and made them take responsibility (they were actively pulling hard on things with a metal probe and pulled it out). I ended up getting "special crowns" instead of simple filling replacements, which then proceeded to fall out over 4 times! I ultimately had to go to another dentist to get them to fix the crowns while traveling and hadn't had issues since going to a different dentist.

Negative experience: UDPATE January 2026!! Feel free to read the part of my review that I made in September below. I went to a different Smile Generation dentist because I couldn’t justify spending almost $1,000 on a cavity. When Edgewater Modern Dentistry charged $1,000 after insurance, the other location I went to charged $11!!!! ELEVEN DOLLARS ONLY! I knew I was being scammed! Do not come here unless you want to wait 2 hours for a simple appointment, get poor treatment, and charged 5x the amount you should. September 2025: I gotta say the kindness of the staff was the only good thing. I got in and it started off great. Got my x-rays and then was directed to a room. I was told someone would be with me in 10 minutes. 50 minutes go by… no joke. Someone comes in, checks my teeth a bit, then says they will be right back. They leave me lying down in the chair, so I assumed they would be back quick. Nope. They were another 25 minutes. I eventually sat up cause lying like that was so uncomfortable. Was there for almost 2 hours in total just for them to tell me I have 3 cavities that they are charging an insane amount on. The lady who drilled my teeth did a crappy job cause she kept burning my cheek with the hot tool and acted surprised when I flinched. It’s so hard to trust and rely on these places when they take advantage of the customers in a vulnerable state

Negative experience: I would recommend staying very far away from this practice and specifically Dr. Alexis “Lex” Marella. Buckle up: I came in for a root canal/crown after a very painful infection and being seen by an emergency dentist. The office complained about the quality of X-rays received from the emergency dentist, but did not take any more before beginning work. I told Dr. Marella prior to her beginning to work in my mouth that I wasn’t numb enough. She said “let’s get started and if you can feel anything let me know and I’ll get you more numb.” Red flag number one not listening to the patient. About 20-30 seconds after she began drilling I felt pain. I notified her and requested more novacaine, and while she filled the syringe, I realized she had begun drilling into the wrong tooth, a healthy tooth. For the next 20 minutes Dr. Marella went back and forth with me trying to convince me that the tooth she had begun drilling away was the correct tooth. After taking new X-rays, it was determined that I was correct, and she admitted to working on the wrong tooth. She tried to pressure me to continue and did not apologize once. After leaving, because I absolutely was not allowing that woman back into my mouth, she texted me privately and again did not apologize. She also stated I would need a brand new, $500 night guard after my work; since transferring to a new dentist to complete this work, I’ve been informed that that was a cash grab at its finest (they can adjust night guards, and some don’t even need adjustment after work, aka she lied). The office also messed up my partners insurance and tried to overcharge. In the past, cleanings have been rushed through and to be honest I could get a better clean with a manual toothbrush. Long story short, I would stay far away from this practice, Modern/pacific dental in general, and especially Dr. Marella. Not only that, but they had the audacity to bill my insurance for this visit.

Fantastic experience: The office is very clean and nice with a very nice front desk staff. Shoutout to Dre for always being so professional. In the back now, I see Dr. Ferguson who's young, but she knows her stuff you could tell. I also love that my dentist is a woman to support women in dentistry. This practice actually has all female doctors and should be recognized for that because they're an elite office and killing it. Dr. Ferguson taught me some things about my teeth that I did not know. And she did it kindly but with personality.

Negative experience: After reading the Denver Post article about the ways Modern Dentistry was upselling treatment - I realize I too was part of their greedy scam. Upon going to a new dentist for a second opinion - I learned that my teeth were in great shape. all of the thousands of dollars in painful treatment Modern Dentistry was unnecessarily recommending must have been a scam

Fantastic experience: My ex fiancé was a dentist and had her office and this one is definitely nicer lol. It's top notch and clean, and the people at the front desk are sharp and efficient. The dentists are definitely competent. I've been to some practices with the dentist definitely does not know what they're doing 100% but that was not the case here. You can expect professional treatment from this office and I would recommend it to all my family and friends.

Negative experience: It’s been awhile since I went to this office, but I think back on my experience there very poorly. The last time I went in for a cleaning, they tried to tell me I needed $1000 worth of deep cleaning, which I just felt could not be true. The dentist was very gruff about it, and didn’t give a clear explanation of why it was needed. They did not try and talk through other options that might be more affordable to me, and they refused provide any normal cleaning for me that day. It felt so obvious that they are trying to shake money out of people for unnecessary treatments. The staff do not treat you like they care about you at all. I’ve since found a new dentist that I find very trustworthy, and they even said that the treatment Edgewater recommended was dramatic and unnecessary.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Lex. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. She’s incredibly friendly, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and has an attention to detail that shows how much pride she takes in her work. It’s rare to find someone who combines such deep technical skill with genuine warmth and care for her patients. Every appointment has been smooth, professional, and far more pleasant than I ever thought a dental visit could be. I’m extremely thankful for the quality of care Lex provides and truly trust her with my smile.

Negative experience: I had the same root canal done twice here, I kept returning for complications on recent root canal, Dr. Roberts assured the pain i was having around the recent installed root canal cap was minor and it was my gums "adjusting" to newly installed crown, she recommend an antiseptic mouthwash, well that wasn't working with the minor complications, I was still in minor pain, I didn't want to return back for complications i was having because nothing was being resolved, called an emergency dentist, booked appointment and was seen immediately, they removed the existing crown because their x-ray detected something, turns out my gums were reacting negatively due to excess amount of cement still present outside the root canal cap, thats why I was having complications!!!! Won't be coming to the place anymore!

Positive experience: Found them on a search via a dentist finder site. Sent an email but didn't get a response. I called today and stated that I am following up on the email I sent and was wondering if you had any new patient appointments. The woman on the phone replies "what insurance do you have?" I told her and then said that is sad that is the first thing you ask me. She pauses and says "Yeahhhh". She then said how is Tuesday. I told her no thanks, I don't care to do business with a company that can't even ask my name or what I am needing before being worried about where their money is coming from. That's not what health care is about. SMH. We need to be better America! This type of customer service is sadly getting common and I will keep speaking up about it as long as I can!

Fantastic experience: Got our first cleaning here today and everyone was so friendly and the costs were reasonably. Dr. Alexis "Lex" Marella saw us today and was so sweet, gentle, and did a fantastic job with our cleanings and fillings. She is new to the practice but it felt like she'd been cleaning teeth for decades in her professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, minimal pain, and she always was checking in on me during the procedures. My teeth have never been cleaner! Would highly recommend Dr. "Lex" and this practice to anyone looking for a good dentist!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I booked an appointment with Edgewater Modern Dentistry. I recently relocated back to Colorado and was trying to find a new practice. What a wonderful experience from start to finish! The Customer Care team is terrific. Dr. Lex Marella and Kimberly had the best bedside manner and were very thorough with me on the services I was receiving. Not to mention, I came in as a first time patient and they were able to squeeze me in for additional services the day of to accommodate my work schedule. So happy I found this practice and this staff is actually making me look forward to going to the dentist. I feel like I am in great hands. :)

Negative experience: After multiple experiences here, I would really recommend avoiding this place at all costs- it appears a lot of reviews are aligned with my experience as well. Not only is the front desk incredibly rude and condescending (she literally scoffed/laughed at me over the phone when I asked a scheduling question), but the dentists here will do anything to push a profit. My first cleaning I was pushed to pay for even though it was 100% covered by my insurance, and my second cleaning they tried pushing the “deep cleaning” laser treatment on me ($600+ out of pocket), using fear mongering techniques to make me feel like it was urgent/I needed it. I don’t know why I came back, but my latest visit they told me I needed a crown procedure on one of my teeth. I decided to go somewhere else for a second opinion and they informed me I do not need a crown, but rather a simple filling. This practice is a chain business, and it’s quite obvious in their lack of advocacy for patients. So glad I followed my gut and found a different place!

Negative experience: For anyone who is looking for a dentist in the Sloans Lake area, I don’t recommend going here. I went in multiple times, and the dentist that I was seeing was very unprofessional as a person towards me over and over, which is just unacceptable as a customer. In addition, my billing was a complete disaster from the beginning and as much as I had back and forth to sort it out, the one person who understood what was happening left this facility (probably a good idea). I’m so grateful that I found Golden Smiles instead, which is also in the Sloans Lake area, and I highly recommend taking a look at them over Edgewater Modern Dentistry

From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. Fantastic experience: I visited the office for my initial appointment with Dr. Ferguson, and it was excellent. She’s very gentle and talks you through everything. The hygienist Allie performed a deep cleaning. She really likes to educate you on oral health and how to better your home care which shows how much she cares and doesn’t just have you in and out of the chair. Both appointments were amazing. The customer service was exceptional, and we will certainly be returning.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lauren Robert’s and her outstanding team were both professional and pleasant during my teeth check-up and cleaning yesterday. I highly recommend this dentist for any teeth care. Even though my insurance coverage changed in 2025 the staff found a way to find the most economical payment. The staff was efficient, friendly, and informative while examining, X-raying, and cleaning my teeth. They gently and painlessly removed tarter stains. I very much appreciated this delicate skill! I usually do not post reviews but felt compelled to because I had such a positive experience.

Negative experience: In my opinion no one but no one should go here. They don't follow insurance policies or procedures. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They only want money. I had to get a customer service representative from my insurance company to call and they had no answers. So she asked them why they were not following policies and procedures and they couldn't answer and they tried to give her the run around, avoid this dentistry at all costs after reading all the yelp reviews and any one thinking of going here please read the yelp reviews . This dentistry is awful . please be aware they are rude,give ill fitting dentures charge insurance for minute consultations, their wait times are ridiculous.

Negative experience: Last time here I was pressured into paying $400 to receive laser plaque removal and literally I had scabs on the corners of my mouth. I told the person they were burning gums / skin and they said that’s normal, it was not normal. Not going here again.

Negative experience: They are terribly disorganized and constantly messed up my appointments. It took them 3 anttempts and 4 months to make a get a mouth guard. I later made an appointment and arrived on time only for them to reschedule. Don’t waste your valuable time on this business.

Fantastic experience: Finding a new dentist is always pretty nerve wracking, but every step was made easy with this office. Easy to schedule an appointment, everyone was pleasant and helpful at the office, and the dentist was great.

Negative experience: The first two times I visited, I had positive experiences. However, my last two visits were frustrating and wasteful of my time. On my last visit, I arrived early, then waited over 65 minutes past my appointment start-time before the doctor could see me. On my second to last visit, I arrived early, then waited over 40 minutes past my appointment start-time before I was seen. Neither time was I given an explanation or heads-up about the lengthy wait. Medical appointments aren't typically punctual, but I've had too much of my time wasted to consider going back.

Negative experience: showed up 3 minutes past my time (rushing from work) and was told rudely that I may not be able to have my whole appointment that day, yet no one came out for me for 35 mins. Negative experience: Reviews are being filtered, let me try this again… spent 2K on two root canals, they ran out of time before closing on a Friday and couldn’t put the new crowns on. So they put the temporary crown back on, knowing it was cracked, and that night the thing broke apart in my mouth. Finished up with the crowns next week, paid up, then get a call saying I owe another $400 because insurance didn’t cover something. How is it okay that you pay for a service then after the fact the place demands more money? I’ve had decent experiences here too, but will be going elsewhere for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Had three cleanings here. All of them have been pleasurable (I know, hard to believe!). Making an appointment is easy to do with decent availability. The staff are friendly. The updated equipment has made X-rays and photos fast and painless. And the techs and doctors have a light touch when it comes to cleaning. Highly recommend Dr Roberts!

The team is always so thorough and mindful of my dental plan and truly just wants to see me have the most healthy teeth and gums possible. Would highly recommend if you are looking to head here! ORIGINAL: I had a great (although unexpected) visit my first time at Edgewater Modern Dentistry! I was in a bit of pain and the team got me in quickly to help. My appointment quickly turned into an immediately needed root canal and they were able to get the procedure done the same day. Dr. Walker was fantastic in ensuring I was comfortable, all of my questions were answered, and thoroughly explained what was happening at every step. The team I experienced was very kind and thorough. I was referred to Dr. Anderson the same day for my root canal and was pleasantly surprised by the process. I was quite anxious but Dr. Anderson explained what to expect and again made sure I was comfortable at every step. I’m sure she could sense my anxiousness as she distracted me with stories of her kitties! My only concern is the cost of service - but I also have terrible insurance so it’s not just them. They were kind and diligent in helping me find a financial plan that works for me. I was transferred from another office after I moved, and I’m very glad to have chosen Edgewater Modern Dentistry. From the first phone call I was treated with kindness and taken care of. Thank you, Dr. Walker and team!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist is a while and I was super nervous to go. Immediately I felt relaxed and the whole team was so nice and welcoming. There wasn’t any judgement and they walked me through everything I needed to do to get back on the right path with my oral heath. Positive experience: I have a hard time finding a good dentist office. I really like Edgewater Modern Dentistry. The staff at the front counter are always polite and professional. Hygienists are almost always good. I think once I had one that was awful and I haven’t seen her since. I really like Dr. Roberts. She is efficient and professional and I like that her office is staffed with so many women. That has a nice calming effect for me. I’ve also had root canals there that have been pain free. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I don’t love going to the dentist, but Dr. Ferguson and Alex were fantastic! Alex did such a great job on my cleaning and was so patient and helped me stay calm. Dr. Ferguson was so attentive. She walked me through my treatment plan and answered all my questions. Both were really kind!

Negative experience: If there were a rating for 0 stars that would be better. I had a root canal on Friday Sept 27th and since then my pain has only gotten worse, throbbing, dull ache, super sensitivity. I can’t even work like this. Jason Maines did my root canal, I haven’t spoke to him about it either. I only am able to speak with a Shay at the front desk. During my call yesterday they offered me antibiotics, methyl prednisone and tramadol,however, never sent the tramadol (no big deal) but why even offer it. I called today and spoke with Emma Bockrath on the phone and when I asked for her full name, because it’s even online she denied even giving it to me and put me on hold. I simply asked for stronger ibuprofen or anything alternate to Tylenol 3 because I can’t take codeine I get very sick and vomit. But they are acting like l am lying and only trying to get pain medication or something. It’s very discriminatory and I can’t even begin to tell you why this office has had the worst customer service. I work in customer service and so when a patient reaches out it’s because they need help and their answer is for me to just deal with the pain, and work and accept that they don’t care at all about their patients. It’s sad to be very honest, I’m beyond disappointed in the behavior of the whole staff. I only went here in the beginning because it’s where I started and I now dread the fact I made the decision to have any service there at all. I am very patient but when you are treated so poorly it has to be addressed. I don’t know what their issue is with this office or why they act like I am bothering them, yet I’m the one in pain (go figure) root canals and crowns aren’t cheap. So my business just won’t be going back here again and to let other people know that it’s not ok to be treated unfairly or poorly for no justifiable reason, even if there was it’s simply not ok. They wouldn’t provide me any address to write a letter regarding my concerns or grievance… instead they said I will get a call back. So my only choice for now is this review until I can find more support. I understand pain after a root canal can be caused for many reasons but I’m just suppose to stick it out. That’s what they told me when I initially went in over a month ago. Im still sitting here my tooth throbbing taking otc ibuprofen and Tylenol but it don’t help and still in pain but now just upset and feel like v this has taken more time away from my day then it ever should have! The fact I have to complain when I have never been rude or asked for more than I should get help with, is mind blowing to me. Please treat your patients better, there’s no excuse for the pushback I got it’s totally unacceptable!

Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasure to see Alexandra Margolin (RDH) at Edgewater Modern Dentistry! I’ve seen her for a deep cleaning and subsequent maintenance visits. She is pleasant, funny and really knows her stuff – a true professional! The health of my teeth/gums has significantly improved in no small part due to her excellent recommendations.

Negative experience: I had to change my rating from a 5 to a 1 after a recent visit. Due to dental trauma I went in on an emergency visit and thought I would get taken care of. I had two displaced teeth and after a consultation with a friend who was a dentist, all I would need was my teeth stabilized, a splint put in place, and then a routine check in to make sure everything was stable. Off the bat, I was quoted for 2 crowns, 2 root canals, and was looking at $3500 after a 5 minute chat. I was so taken aback I couldn’t respond. My teeth weren’t fractured (which the dentist confirmed via X-rays) or broken, and didn’t need crowns as they were front teeth, but they wanted me to make a decision within minutes to have same-day crowns put on non-fractured front teeth, before they even repositioned them. I asked about positioning and they said “due to trauma I want to leave them as is”. I couldn’t even bite down due to my teeth being displaced. I was in pain and it seemed they wanted to slap crowns on but not move teeth back to a comfortable position for my bite. After calling for a second opinion at a different office, the dentist agreed to reposition my teeth and put a splint on (as I first requested) but still talked about crowns and getting me in for crowns ASAP. After shaving a part of a tooth down to adjust for bite, they commented “it’s ok if it’s a little smaller cause you’ll be coming back for crowns”. Nope. I went elsewhere to continue my care, new dentists confirmed no crowns were ever needed (or would they even be needed on front non-fractured teeth) and after everything, I sept $400 on care (including a root canal on one tooth). That’s a $3100 difference from being hosed down at Edgewater Modern Dentistry. This office wants to charge the most that they can for unnecessary procedures. I also had several fillings done and I had to return to get fixed because they don’t take time with patients. Huge bummer as for a while I liked coming here for care but after this last visit, I won’t come back. If anything, ask all the questions you can if you ever feel taken advantage of and get a second opinion if you can.

Fantastic experience: Edgewater Modern Dentistry was fantastic! They were able to schedule me quickly and easily, and were very thorough and helpful with getting me started as a new patient. Dr. Bockroth was excellent during my visit, and made what would be a scary and painful procedure calming and pain free. Grateful to have such a kind and talented team in my neighborhood.

Negative experience: Went into this location a couple of months ago for a semi-annual cleaning. Was told that my braces “would be an issue” and they refused to do anything until I had my braces off. I explained to the staff that I work full-time during the week, so I’m not able to coordinate two separate meetings with my orthodontist being all the way in Highlands Ranch. My old dentist would’ve done a light cleaning, even with my braces on. Edgewater refused to do anything and it didn’t seem like their dentists cared very much. Avoid this place if you can! There’s better offices out there.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I tried them on a whim and the visit and team were AMAZING. The education i received on dental health was amazing and so appreciated. I learned more here in one visit than i have at all my years of going to the dentist. They seem to care so much about each individual patient and answered all my questions with ease. Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment here and showed up early before my appointment. I waited in the lobby for 20+ minutes. I finally got taken back. They took x rays. At around 2:40ish (over 40 minutes after my appointment) the dentist came back and said what brings you in today. I clearly booked the appointment for a cleaning. She said I don’t have time for a cleaning. I said that’s what I booked for why didn’t you tell me this before. She got attitude with me and asked what do you mean by cleaning? I’ve gone to several dentists and they all understand what a teeth cleaning is. When she said she didn’t have time for a cleaning, I got up and left. Waste of time.

Negative experience: Receptionist is ignorant and rude. I scheduled a first time visit and called to say I was stuck in traffic, about a mile or two away. She asked what street I was on, and I said the main cross street for your office (I'm not familiar with the area and couldn't remember the name) and Colfax intersection. She finally narrowed it down to Sheridan St and then said we don't have your insurance, so will not be able to do both a cleaning and whitening. I went back to work after wasting over an hour in traffic. Will additionally leave a review with the BBB, as a warning that others might be treated that way. Pretty bad behavior, especially when I let her know I have my insurance info in my hand and am 5 min away, after fighting traffic for a half hour to get there. ,, and how do you not know the street your office is on?!? .. ridiculous! They will probably follow up to my review with some excuse, but whatever

Fantastic experience: Such a positive experience with a friendly, efficient team. A team member checked my pronouns and proceeded to use them correctly. I wish that wasn’t noteworthy but it is. The practice is reasonably priced. So happy to have established this as my new dental care home.

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist was out of office and I needed dental advice/ a broken crown glued back, Dr.Bockrath was able to get me in, listen to my myriad concerns and help me out! I was very stressed out but the staff was all so kind.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of dental issues and have been given the runaround by more dentists than I can list here. For the very first time in over a decade, I sat in a dentist chair without judgment and a professional walking me through step-by-step how to get from where I am to where I wanna be. We started work on day one and I left with tears. Don’t know if it was simply joy. It felt like such a relief to have somebody who was willing to listen and also willing to do the work. I have no words for what that feeling is.

Positive experience: Everything has been great here until recently. Dr Roberts is great, kind, and does excellent work. That said, I called in today to check in on a permanent crown appointment (I’ve already seen them 3 weeks ago for the temp). Was told it would be at most 2 weeks before I’d have a quick appt to replace the temp with the permanent one. Never received word, so I called in today and was told they have the permanent crown on hand, but can’t schedule me for almost another 4 weeks (6 weeks from the initial appointment). 6 weeks between a temp and a permanent crown is unreasonable, especially when they told me the temp should last only a couple weeks without potential to fall out.

Fantastic experience: After moving to Denver, I got tired of driving down to Colorado springs to see my old dentist. I decided to go with Edgewater, and so far so good. The team works great together and the providers are knowledgeable. I've had no problems with my crown, and the check up/maintenance appointments are always a good experience.

Negative experience: I’ve always only had a so so experience here. Today I walked in at my apt time and they said I was 15 minutes late which I was a bit confused about because I had it in my calendar. After arguing for 10 minutes, I was able to find an email that showed my actual appointment time for the time that I showed up. They were unable to see me for my apt and quite frankly, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and didn’t even greet me when I walked in just looked at me and I told her my name. Over this place.
