Fantastic experience: I was impressed when I first came to Reclaim a few months back. I felt so very cared for during my intake exam, where issues with crowns were identified. Today, my good feeling was fully confirmed. I had the initial steps of a crown replacement done, and I've never had a better feeling after this procedure. I usually had lots of residual pain (3-5), sometimes even more due to an impingement that was not identified during this first step (a 7). Not this time! The nerve block wore off, and I feel great. I have a bit of strain only (pain level 1) and I fully expect that to be gone in a day or two at the most. And, I felt fully cared for in a way that I have not ever had with a dental practice.

Negative experience: They don't have any appointments available for new patients until October but got me in when they are overbooked to wait for 1 1/2 hours to not have the scheduled cleaning or the exam done bc they overbooked themselves. I would not recommend this office to any new patients!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with getting my amalgam fillings removed for a better holistic option! Dr. Kessler was very kind and walked me through what each step of the process would look like and helped me understand my treatment plan thoroughly. Marie was very funny and lightened the room while she executed a flawless and painless blood draw (it was needed for my plasma treatment). And Amber had a great technique that was painless during my amalgam removals. There was a slight moment where I began to feel nervous about the drilling noises (just fear from past experiences, I had other dental offices) But Amber was very kind and had a soothing presence that helped me get through five amalgam removals. Even Alex at the front desk was super helpful when certain items on my treatment plan had to be adjusted, and he was very transparent and open about the changes that needed to be made. I am very happy with my experience and how my teeth feel after I’ve had the amalgams removed. Fantastic experience: I am a fairly new patient to Reclaim and am so beyond happy that I found them. After decades with an old world Dentist who also did my crowns, it was time for a change. Dr Schwandt and his team have taken the time to thuroughly explain all procedures to me, giving options along the way. I love their holistic approach and also the fact that they do their own implants, crowns, etc. in this office - instead of sending me out to another practice. Fantastic experience: Dr Schwandt and Marie deserve 6 stars. I have struggled with gum disease my entire adult life and endured years of difficult treatments with little success. After developing diabetes, the problems with gum disease and treatments led to tooth loss. After consulting with several dentist with different treatment ideas none of which I liked, I met with Dr. Schwandt and his team. I wanted to go with 3on6 implants on my top arch. With considerable bone loss in my upper arch no other dentist said it was possible or practical. Dr Schwandt assured me it was possible if I followed his treatment plan. Dr. Schwandt works at the intersection of dental science and the latest dental technology and provides results his peers don’t. All the other dentists would not do 3on6 implants with the bone loss. Dr.Kevin believed it was possible and stepped up with remarkable results. It was a lot of work but we got there. No more pain or bleeding, no more tooth loss and my overall health is so much better. I am very grateful to have met and worked with Dr. Kevin and his staff! (Marie gets 7 stars)You came to the right place for treatment!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Reclaim.I felt I was spoilt at my last dentist ,in Austin, but I was pleasantly surprised with my expeience at my new denist. From last week, walking in to see if they were accepting new patients. The young lady I spoke with was most helpful and engaged and set me up very quickly. Today, again, I felt very welcomed the moment I walked in. I didn't have to wait long to be called in by the hygenist, Lauren I beleive,who carefully explained the procedures todaay,I felt very comfortable when she told me that she would do a cursory exam, do my cleaning, take necessary Xrays and then the Doctor would be in. After my cleaning etc, Dr.Kessler, new with the practice I understand, came in for a complete examination and explained a couple of challenges that I have and showed me exactly,on my Xrays, and told me what he perceived my treatment plan should look like. He explained everything in laymens terms and the outcomes I should expect after treatment. Both Dr.Kessler and Lauren were most patient and understanding of my concerns and made feel very comfortable. Beleive me I have seen good dentists and bad dentists in my time but this crew has to be among the best. If you are looking for a new dentist, Reclaim is the place to go!!

Fantastic experience: What a great experience! Had to get a filling for the first time in my life after chipping a tooth, and was unsure what to expect - but I wanted a dentist that was more integrative/holistic and that would try and work with me to remove the least amount of tooth possible, and use BPA-free fillings. Reclaim did not disappoint! Dr. Brad Kessler was very personable and answered my millions of questions. He actually encouraged the questions, and made me feel like a valued patient and individual. He even worked with me to do the filling without anesthesia, and talked me through everything he was doing so I knew what to expect during the procedure. He worked fast and efficiently. Probably one of the best doctor experiences I've had. My filling is working great and feels like I have my original tooth back! Would def recommend, and Reclaim will be my dental office going forward.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I knew we wanted a dentist who valued holistic health - and Reclaim Dentistry came highly recommended. The dental hygienists are very thorough - I have had three cleanings here, and each appt I leave learning more about my gums and ways to keep my teeth healthy. The office is designed also in a way that makes you feel calm as soon as you step in the door. The dentist visit bags have really fantastic brushes that I love using - everything feels like a step up from the normal dental experience. I had bad TMJ and he was caring and compassionate and helped me learn more about exercises and tools to help. And they really have helped. My jaw doesn’t pop anymore. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Reclaim Dentistry. I have been to many holistic, integrative, and biological dentists and NONE of them have accepted dental insurance (in network). But this one does!! What's even better is that these dentists CARE. Both Dr Kessler and Dr Schwandt treated me very well, listened, and didn't make me feel bad or uncomfortable for the state of my teeth and my past dental work (I have had 8 root canals, 3 implants, a bridge, and several cavitations and crowns from old, infected root canal teeth that needed surgery). Needless to say, my dental journey has been a nightmare! So, you can imagine my surprise and delight when I found a team of professionals who not only treated me with respect and addressed all my questions thoroughly but also accepts my insurance plan! Negative experience: I came in for a normal checkup and cleaning after waiting several months due to rescheduling from the dental office. Tech took my gum measurements and I could feel it coming. I was refused a normal cleaning and told I was “ineligible” because I needed a $1400 deep cleaning. I’ve been through the same song and dance with other dental offices but never have been flat out refused to clean my teeth. Doctor came in and gave me a poorly worded speech on holistic dentistry that had nothing to do with my current situation. Very poor ethics from a financial viewpoint and refusing basic services to a patient. Did not schedule any future checkups.

Dr Kevin Schwandt, is so gentle and all his staff were all very professional. My experience has been so very positive in every way. Another Dentist told me I needed to have all my upper teeth pulled had me go to a surgeon both agreed that was necessary. After calling all around looking and praying for another Dentist for another opinion I found this wonderful Dentist Kevin Schwandt, DDS He reassured me that he could save my teeth and that I did not need any of my teeth pulled The caring and honesty of this Dentist is so to be admired. Fantastic experience: As a natural health practitioner, I really wanted to find a holistic dentist. Dr. Kevin at Reclaim Dentistry is exactly the kind I was looking for! He can do it all… Treatment of cavitations, safe removal of amalgam fillings, implants, and all the typical dental stuff too. I take my whole family here and I refer everyone I know. I have had two dental implants so far, and they are both doing great.

Fantastic experience: I called Reclaim on the recommendation of a friend after I was on the losing end of a battle with a popcorn kernel, and a large piece of my tooth came off. Reclaim was nice enough to squeeze me in for an emergency visit. When I arrived, the entire front office was so friendly and warm it felt like the welcome you get at a nice spa. I was first seen by two dental assistants Kaylee and Marie who were both wonderful and thorough. Then I met Dr. Schwandt who was incredibly nice and had a lovely bedside manner. He explained my options, and what I appreciated so much was that he was willing to be conservative in my treatment to preserve as much of my tooth as possible. It was a fantastic first experience with Reclaim Integrative Dentistry, and I am looking forward to having them take care of all my dental needs going forward.

Fantastic experience: After several years of disappointing patient experiences with previous dentists, I am relieved and excited to say Reclaim has restored my faith that there are proficient and knowledgeable dentists out there who also have excellent chair-side manner. For me, it’s all about the little things: a friendly and helpful front desk staff, a clean (at minimum) and relaxing (at best) waiting area and exam rooms, and a practitioner who is present (not rushing), warm/kind/friendly, and is great at what they do. I’m happy to say Reclaim checked all of these boxes for me! The dental hygienist, Denine, took excellent care of me. She made me feel welcome and at ease while also educating me on services that can elevate my dental health regimen. I genuinely enjoyed chatting with her! The dentist, Kevin Schwandt, is the youngest dentist I’ve ever met but that is by no means a diss. I’m excited that I stumbled upon a dentistry that is essentially functional dentistry… And Kevin brings a refreshingly modern and scientific literature-informed approach to dentistry that is also holistic. I look forward to my next appointment with Reclaim and exploring their other services like airway and passage assessments and ozone and laser treatments.
