Fantastic experience: If I could give them 10 stars I would. We left a practice that left my teens traumatized and scared to go to the dentist. That all changed today! They’re so caring and understanding, and quite possibly some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They even have w dog, which is amazing as we’re dog people. My teens told me they loved their experience and don’t feel anxious anymore. My husband and I will be transferring to this practice also. Love them. I can’t recommend the enough!

Fantastic experience: We've seen all the dentists and probably all the hygenists at Mairs Family Denstistry over the years. They've always provided exceptional care for our entire family, including fillings, crowns, and snoring solutions. They also work with awesome specialists for root canals and implants, making us feel cared for from basic cleanings to serious issues. We'd never trust our teeth to anyone else! Oh, and Gary is awesome!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Mairs Family Dentistry for years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. I completed Invisalign recently and am now in the process of cosmetic work for a missing tooth. Dr. Darren and Tori are who I primarily work with, and they have been exceptional through every step. The process has been seamless and they’ve bent over backwards for me more than once. I spend more time at the dentist than the average person, and I genuinely look forward to my appointments. They are professional, detail oriented, and make you feel comfortable while holding a very high standard of care. I have also worked with Dr. Nicole in the past and she is amazing. The entire team is friendly, organized, and truly go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I recommend them to anyone!

He is very particular with the care he gives and always does what's in the best interest and health of his patients. I never feel like I'm being sold on unnecessary treatments or procedures, instead he's very persistent about maintaining natural healthy teeth and gums. Thank you Mairs! Fantastic experience: As someone with a fairly complex dental history due to facial injury I’ve never been one to love going to the dentist, but that changed after I met Dr. Nichole and the rest of the staff at Mairs Family Dentistry. Dr. Nichole took the time to explain various treatment options for my TMJ and nerve damage, giving me the confidence to receive injections that I had always been very intimidated by. I’m happy to report that due to Dr. Nichole’s treatment plan I’ve been pain free for over a year for the first time in 13 years. I can’t thank her, and the rest of the team at Mairs Family Dentistry, enough for this major lifestyle improvement! Also, the hygienists are personable and very good at what they do, and the front desk staff is always happy to help with a smile - the resident dog, Gary, is another absolute star on staff!

Fantastic experience: Most welcoming , warm and friendly office I have ever visited. Rather than coerce me into spending money on a new crown , they were able to replace my crown that had become detached. I highly recommend this office for a great dental experience

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad to have found Mairs Family Dentistry. I have hated going to the dentist for as long as I can remember but I now actually look forward to my 6 month appointments?? This is partly due to getting to see Gary, the office therapy dog. The staff, dentists, and hygienists (particularly Amber) are friendly, kind, and considerate (compared with other dentists I've gone to that have been abrasive, condescending, and judgmental). I especially appreciated that Amber asked me if there was anything I'm usually uncomfortable about at the dentist and offered a helpful solution that made my cleaning significantly less stressful. I also appreciate that they have you fill out a form when you check in asking if you'd like to learn more about certain dental services. Being able to answer this way allows you to bring something up if you're actually interested but avoid feeling pressure if you're not. I'll continue to recommend Mairs to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Even though going to dentist is never something to look forward to Dr. Darren and entire staff make visits comfortable and relaxing. I appreciate the friendly caring staff. The office is highly professional and caring. A true reflection of how Dr. Darren and Dr. Nicole manage their dental practice. I have never been as comfortable as this place. Fantastic experience: Mairs Family Dentistry is the choice for our family of three. They are patient, relaxed and very kind! We chose this office because the highest quality of dentistry is offered here., and delivered! Our child has received her dental care here since she was 2.5. ! She now is 9.5 and has had to have two teeth extracted to make room so the rest could find their place. Dr Miller was absolutely amazing with her! She continues to be in the "no cavity club"! Fantastic experience: This place is like going home to your family every time I go. Everyone is so nice and helpful. There is even a dog there and he is awesome too. The care is the absolute best best bar none. Love the people each and every one of them. This is the very best dental office that anyone could go to anywhere ever. Darren Mairs is the best most caring dentist I’ve ever known. His wife is also a dentist there and she is the same way.

Positive experience: I needed to have a tooth looked at before I left for a trip. Dr. Miller was available so I had him look at my tooth. I have the Mairs’s medical plan because I am over 65 and Medicare does not pay for dental insurance. Dr. Miller visit was 20 minutes. An X-ray and a cold test was done. My bill was $300. Seems high for the services rendered.

Amber gave me the best, painless cleaning of my entire life and came to check on me during my other procedure, like she promised ! Dr. Miller, Tory, and Bobby took the best care of me, HUGE thanks to all of them. And Gary even thought I needed a leaning, what emotional support! After years of oral neglect due to being busy with little ones in the home I was quite ashamed to even try finding a dentist, I decided to give this place a try. From the get go after explaining I hadn’t been seen in about 5 years the woman on the phone was so kind and didn’t make me feel bad at all, quite the opposite. After going in the staff was literally some of the sweetest people I had met. All full of smiles and kindness. To my absolute surprise I had minimal issues with my teeth but they took great care of what I needed done! Dr Mairs was amazing in helping me figure out what would work best for me and I scheduled my follow up cleaning in 6 months as well as an appointment for my husband. So happy that I was driving by and decided to give them a call!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first appointment this week and I have never been happier to be a patient at Mairs. I grew up going to the dentist at a local family owned office in New England as a child and it brings me so much joy to provide the same fearless experience to my little one. When we arrived the gentleman at the desk pointed out all their awesome toys and put me at ease about the mess my 18 month was going to achieve in the short time waiting. Her favorite part (and mine) was Gary the office dog. He also made sure to warm up the office chair and was there to greet us when they took us back. The staff was incredibly patient and positive allowing my kiddo to roam and explore a bit followed by a peek at the teeth by Dr. Nicole. Mairs is always a welcoming environment and if you are looking for the caretakers of your little ones teeth (or yours) here is the only place I would recommend.
