At 14, she just finished her orthodontic treatment and went from having a too-crowded mouth to an absolutely perfect smile- and I mean perfect! Negative experience: If I could rate him lower, I would. As soon as the insurance funds were done with, he removed all the equipment and said that's all he could do. If I could go back, I would probably take him to court. Don't expect much from him. You would. Maybe message me. I'm sure I'm in your system. You did me dirty. But it is what it is.

Staff is amazing as well and really nice, I easily get social anxiety going alone to places like these but they always made me feel very comfortable and they would always make sure to talk to me. One of my sons had a special and rare thing happening with a tooth that many told us would have to be pulled. The tooth was growing across this chin horizontally. Dr. Bobak, with confidence, told us not to pull and that he’d be able to tow it into place. He delivered! Will forever recommend Dr. Bobak and staff to anyone looking for ortho.

Negative experience: A few years back i got my braces with Dr Bobak, and it was an amazing experience! I love how straight my teeth turned out. Then, when the assistant NANCY was taking off my braces she filed down my canine teeth without my consent. This has brought me a great deal of frustration , I miss my canine teeth everyday. She ruined my whole experience there, and my canine tooth that was shaved down the most is now chipping away slowly. I now have to look into getting fake teeth in the future just to feel good about myself. I truly hope Ms. NANCY gets karma for this wrongdoing. I specifically asked her DO NOT touch my canine teeth. I want to wish everyone else goodluck and if you want to keep your canines make sure your dental assistant understands!, Although this being done without my permission at all is outrageous!!!!! I recommend Dr Bobak, but I do not recommend assistant NANCY. Really hope you get karma for this Nancy.
