Negative experience: CHECK YOUR BILLS! They overcharge and charge for the same item more than once. (Check bill codes!) My insurance agent was even saying how absurd their bills are and have to put them under investigation! Go somewhere where they’re honest and care about you and that you’re more than a freaking paycheck! Will never go back.

Negative experience: I am writing this to warn others about their sedation safety protocols. I was put on nitrous oxide and left entirely alone in the room for an extended period! who knows how long. Because I was unmonitored, I experienced a severe, terrifying hallucination. A patient on sedation should never be left alone. I am sharing this so others know to advocate for their safety here.

Fantastic experience: First time to ever sit in a dentist chair with feelings of comfort. The receptionist is fun to talk to, staff as well. Even though procedure were intense, the Dentist kept me laughing. It was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I just recently moved to this Dental group after my old Dentist closed his office. I've been actively fighting periodontal disease for 35+ years and have a mouth of dental implants to show for it. Sarah, one of their hygienists, recently did my long overdue cleaning. Cleaning a mouth full of implants is tricky business, at best, and Sarah was gentle and thorough. She is highly knowledgeable and kind. She is without a doubt the best hygienist I've ever had. My teeth have never felt cleaner On a scale of 1-10, she's ranking well over a 10 for helping me to mitigate ongoing peridontal problems during my every 3 months cleaning schedule.

Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to write this review for a while. To say I am a bit nervous at the dentist when I know I am going to have work done is an understatement. Colby was really great taking x-rays and helping me get set up prior to seeing the dentist. Him just keeping conversation going was important to my overall experience lol. He already helped just put me at ease. Also thank you for the mouth guard advice. I dig my little cleaning machine. Sasha who went over billing was honestly also very sweet and I enjoyed her vibe. As a contracts specialist her, "but I am not a dentist" disclaimer was respected but not needed :). At the end of the day she is the one who informed me most about what I needed and what was going to happen in regard to the repair needed. I appreciated her knowledge around the subject. My first visit was just an evaluation and the verdict was that I needed a partial crown. Hearing that scared me and i asked if we were doing it same day. The dentist just says we could. I did not think I was mentally prepared. I wrapped it up with Sasha, rescheduled, and went to the mall for a comfort pretzel. Knowing what i know now, i could have been fine with same day. Im so used to everything taking so long and I had already hit my limit. When I returned next week I sat in the chair pretty anxious again. Dr. Endress came in and numbed me up. It was really easy and painless. Obstacle one was over. They let me chill until it kicked in. Colby and Dr. Endress came back did some drilling and peaced out again after taking a mould of my tooth. They made sure I was comfortable with them doing that. I was more than fine being alone. When they came back the dentist had a 3d printed inlay for my tooth. I legit had no clue they could do this. I was honestly shocked. I was, at that point, less concerned about what was happening to me and more interested in the tech. She popped in the new piece of my tooth and finished up. This was truly the easiest dentist appointment I had ever had where work needed to be done. I think I figured out that the main reason I am always so on edge is that its usually so over stimulating for me. I always feel so poked and prodded. I have a lot of sensory issues and I left happy. Thank you all for changing my dentist experience. Im sorry this took me so long to write.

Fantastic experience: I TOTALLY trust this office to do honest, skilled, humane dentistry. They are the best dental office I've ever been to and I have received excellent care for some challenging dental problems. I wonder if the one-star reviews are due to a lack of trust or a lack of understanding of optimal dental care. The dentists at this office would never recommend a treatment that is not in the patients' best interests. I particularly like that their care team brings in experts to treat problems outside the scope of basic dental practice. For example, the guy they use for root canals is superb. I didn't time it but I think he did mine in less than 15 minutes! Dental care is not cheap, even with insurance, but your money will be well spent at this practice.

Fantastic experience: My dental emergency while visiting my niece SURPASSED every dental appointment I have EVER had and I have had MANY over 72 years.. including 24 years in Denver and the rest on the east coast.. including 1 dental extractions, 2 root canals,, 1 bridge , 8 crowns, and one implant!!!! This practice and everyone I interacted with were the EPITOMY of kindness gentleness helpfulness coupled with efficiency and the BEST , MOSt UP TO DATe TECHNOLOGY.❣️❣️❣️ I broke off two crowns during my trip and the next day DR ENDRESS and TEAM of professionals were able to take care of decay, make and install one new crown, recement an old intact crown and all painlessly in only 2.5 hours. They even contacted my out of state insurance company that they were not currently authorized with and got connected, reducing my out of pocket cost significantly I give them my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: Dr Endress is great The oral surgeon is the one star. He began surgery while numbing was not even close. I cried in the chair the entire time, told him and he never stopped. Left in pain and it never stopped for days. Should have submitted a mal practice complaint against him

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been someone who enjoys going to the dentist—mostly because of some bad experiences with a previous provider. Because of that, I came in anxious and honestly expecting the worst. But Lakewood Dentists and their entire team completely changed my perspective on what good dental care should feel like. Right from the start, they were patient, and incredibly understanding. They always take time to checked in with me and make sure I’m comfortable. For the first time in a very long time, I haven’t had anxiety when going for dental appointments. If you’ve ever had dental anxiety or past negative experiences, this is the dental office for you! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Profesional and courteous. Everyone at this dentist seems to really enjoy working there. Both my husband Sean and I had great experience, including through additional work we had done. Dr. Endress clearly articulated what she was seeing, options, and best course of action. She and her team set a great culture, are friendly and cheerful, and made us almost forget we were at the dentist.

Negative experience: Felt like a sales gimmick to get you to pay up for services that should be routine. They took about 20 x-rays and then the gum exam. All I came in for was a cleaning. They refused to do a routine cleaning unless I agreed to purchase the extended cleaning. It makes sense they need to uncharge with multiple sales people at the front desk and fancy stand up imaging and x-ray systems.

Fantastic experience: Lakewood Dentists offered me dental service for their annual free clinic. I am so grateful. They are professional & handle your dental needs with precision & efficiency. I got done sooner than faster & the discomfort was less than I thought it would be! You cannot go wrong with Lakewood Dentists. The best I've been to!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this office for nearly 10 years now and the current team is the best ever. Dr. Endress is a fantastic dentist and I trust her implicitly. Both hygienists, Sarah and Jake, are top notch and the rest of the team including Sasha and Rainbow at the front are phenomenal. I honestly can't say enough good things about this team. My whole family including 2 kids and spouse (who needs sedation for a cleaning) are patients here and everyone of us get the individualized care, attention, time, and understanding that we need.

Negative experience: ★☆☆☆☆ I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, the waiting room was filled with large posters of advanced dental issues, which immediately made me uneasy. During the exam, the dentist identified those same problems and recommended an all-inclusive treatment package with a very high price tag. In my experience, the exam felt rushed and geared toward selling the most expensive option rather than exploring more affordable or phased approaches. While discussing treatment plans, she repeatedly mentioned how much she enjoys her new SUV, which frankly came across as awkward and made me feel like I was contributing to someone else’s car payments. When I asked about alternatives, I was encouraged to “think of my long-term dental health” rather than offered a clear breakdown of necessary versus optional services. If you’re looking for honest advice and the ability to choose services that fit your budget and actual needs, you may want to consider other practices in the area. I recommend getting a second opinion before committing to any extensive treatment package here.

Fantastic experience: First dentist in 10 years after alcohol addiction. They treated me with kindness while also explaining the severity of my issues. The women at the front desk work diligently with you to help you make easy appointments that work for your schedule. They also do a great job working with you if you’re getting financial assistance! :) I’ve gotten some work done already and they do a great job at making sure you’re numb and comfortable before doing any work. If anything is not aligned right with a crown you’re able to go back and get adjusted within 15 minutes! Great place with friendly staff! Just had to recommend!

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience! I have nothing but great things to say about this spot. I visited for the first time two weeks ago for a routine cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw no one else in the lobby. I was greeted immediately and filled out some quick paperwork before being first in line. The experience itself was also quick, efficient, and yet I felt the cleaning was through and done with care. The staff were all warm and welcoming, and explained what they were going to do before they did it. It's great to feel at ease at a dentist, especially with questionable experiences in the past. I felt like I could joke and chitchat with the staff there for hours! Facilities are also modern and clean. Pricing is very transparent, which I greatly appreciate. Looking forward to returning for my next cleaning in October!

Negative experience: I agree with the other reviews. These people use scare tactics and push to sell extras at every opportunity - fill cavities that likely aren't even there, fluoride varnish, cancer screenings, laser this and that, etc.. The first visit I was just surprised, and thought it was a one off, went back for the filling...... This time, I went in for a standard annual cleaning, and while I was in the chair, Dr. Endress told me I had periodontal disease and needed to pay $650 (after insurance) for a special deep cleaning with sedation. She refused to do the standard cleaning that I was there for. She also told me I needed a wisdom tooth out, which has been there for decades. She then sent in the billing person and gave me the hard sell. I walked out. To make matters worse, they billed me for x-rays they didn't do, plus the exam, which used up my insurance allotment for this time period, so now I have to wait. I wondered why their waiting room is always empty, and why I could get immediate appointments.... STAY AWAY from these people.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a dentist office. I went in to get my teeth cleaned for the first time at Lakewood Dentist and after taking a lot of x-rays, I was told that I had several issues and they recommended that I do a deep cleaning in order to help one of the issues. After going through all the financial information with them, I was told that my portion would be over $5000. I asked that I just get my teeth cleaned during this appointment and not do the $260 extra deep cleaning and I was told that they could not do a regular cleaning and they needed to do the extra deep cleaning. It was a very stressful And I will never go back there again. This is not the way you treat a new patient.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for 4 years and will not be going anywhere else! Dr. Endress is great at walking you through treatment plans with transparency. Sasha and Rainbow are so friendly, professional, and fantastic at explaining insurance benefits. I've seen a few of their specialists as well and have been very well taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough!

Every time I walk in I'm greeted by Sasha or Rainbow - the check in/out process is always friendly, efficient, and accurate. Yesterday I was in for my every 3 month periodontic cleaning with Jake Savage; I've seen him or Sarah since at least 2021? Dare I say my time with him was fun? Since when is a gum deep cleaning fun? Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist isn’t something I look forward to, but everyone at Lakewood Dentists made me feel welcome, comfortable, and informed about my care. Sasha checked me in and immediately made me feel more comfortable coming to a new practice. After my treatment she helped me figure out the financial side of things going above and beyond to provide an option that worked for my salary! Dr. Jeff Burwinkel was gentle, informative, & empathetic when discussing my dental needs. The cherry on top was the hygienist Jake who did an absolutely super duper job keeping me calm and comfortable during a deep cleaning. I’m grateful to have found a practice with such great people and can trust that not only will all my dental needs be met 100%, but also that my feelings will be acknowledged, and my fears dispelled.

Fantastic experience: I never would have thought in my life I would say I had a “good time” at the dentist, but I did! (As much of a good time that you can have at the dentist) It has been at least 8 years since I’ve had a check up on my teeth. I always had a horror story to tell when I left the dental office but I’m actually excited to come back to this office and get check ups! This office is very professional and I could tell it was a great environment from the second I walked in. Sasha greeted me with a smile and the check in process was a breeze. She also explained follow up and insurance coverage in a way that was easy to follow. Doctor Jeff is very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve never had such a thorough explanation of what was going on with my teeth and what the treatment process was going to look like. The dental assistant, Alyssa, was kind, light hearted, and made me feel at ease from the very beginning. My favorite part of the appointment was having Jake the dental hygienist clean my teeth. I was actually laughing and enjoying the process. I never thought I would laugh at a dentist office let alone want to come back. I can’t say enough good things about this office I could write 5 more paragraphs about how kind, compassionate, and competent everyone I worked with was. You can tell they love their job and really care about their patients. I highly recommend this office. I will 100% be coming back for regular check ups and I’m excited to do so! ( who would have thought)

Negative experience: I moved to this area and went to this office for around 2 years. Prior to going here I never had any issues with my teeth and was always told I was good at maintaining my teeth health. I move and go to this office about 6 months after my last cleaning and they tell me I have gum disease. They mention I have bone loss and receding gums. They are very adamant about how bad my teeth are, even though I had them cleaning not but 6 months ago. I am very confused through all of this asking questions like how have I possibly developed this in such a short time I have always done the same things and they have worked great. How does a condition like this just pop up out of what feels like nowhere? They only tell me that sometimes it catches up to people and never gave me any helpful answers or information. I was worried so I got the deep cleaning they suggested and paid quite a bit for the procedure. I go on and have a check up 6 months later and they say it looks good, then another 6 months I go back and they tell me I have early periodontal disease and we need to do more deep cleaning and then 3 month check ups after. I am extremely confused at this point trying to do my research on how this is happening. I have been keeping up with cleaning my teeth I am healthy and 27 years old. I get the cleaning done though and pay another hefty payment. I then moved away and 6 months after my last cleaning I go to another dentist in another state. They were nice and complimenting me on the health of my teeth and questioning why I had all these deep cleanings for periodontal disease in the past. They say we see nothing that would suggest this and that the other dental office should have never been able to do multiple deep cleanings on you. They explain to me that I am not the only person that has had this problem when our teeth were perfectly fine. In summary I have never had issues before or after seeing this office. It wasn't until I went to this place that they told me I had early periodontal disease and you need to have all these procedures done. I wasn't even referred to a periodontist which is apparently what is supposed to be suggested. I was only told your gums are really bad and you need to pay for all these treatments. They had pictures of people with periodontal disease and I remember looking at them thinking my mouth doesn't look anywhere close to that. I had no pain, no crazy bleeding or swelling and no receding gums like in the pictures that are supposed to be symptoms of periodontal disease. Please be aware when you go to the dentist especially this one and get second opinions on anything that seems to be a drastic change to your health with no real reasoning behind it. As they may just be trying to make things up to get more money out of you.

Fantastic experience: I happily drive quite a distance just to come to this amazing dentist! The entire team is incredible, and the level of care and service I receive is always impeccable. Dr. Endress and Sarah, the hygienist, are both incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Rainbow at the front desk is fantastic—she always gets me back quickly, has everything ready for my visit, and even handles insurance issues seamlessly without me needing to lift a finger. I truly believe there’s no better dental office out there. The drive is 100% worth it every time!

Fantastic experience: Customer service is hard to come by these days and it makes such a difference when it’s received. I could barely talk when I WALKED IN after not being able to wait the 7 days or so at my normal dentist. I spoke as I could and Rainbow compassionately was trying to not ask me too many questions. She accomplished just that and reassured me that they could take care of me right then. I was so thankful, and I sat in the waiting room. Not ten minutes went by and Alyssa took me back for X-rays and assisted the doctor the rest of the way through as well. She was very warm and kind and gently guided me through the process. Doctor Endress, an amazingly talented human being, very friendly and ready for the challenge. Long story short, she had me out of there in 4 hours with a root canal and crown intact. Sasha at checkout as well was very kind. I had such a hard time functioning for days and these people changed my life in such a short amount of time. Holy wow, thank you, I love you, I might get a cavity just to go back! Ha ha. Truly, thank you for what you did for me! You earned a new client!

Fantastic experience: The BEST staff. Myself and my partner both needed extensive dental work done, and the staff at Lakewood Dentistry were flexible, kind, and compassionate. They answered all of our questions in a way that made sense and helped us get the best deals out of our insurance. They also care very deeply. I was scheduled for 2 root canals and 2 crowns. However, another tooth I had a cavity in became excruciating the week before my appointment. They managed to get me ANOTHER crown same day, as well as a deep cleaning, even though it took Dr. Endress an extra 3 hours of work. I've always been terrified of dentists, but the people here, from the techs to the receptionists to the traveling endodontists they work with to Dr. Endress herself, are all so comforting and knowledgeable. They made me feel confident in my smile again and less afraid to come back to take care of it. I can't thank them enough for their tremendous help. Just a phenomenal crew.

Fantastic experience: I have been trying to get lower dentures for three years now. I have been to 5 different dentists, and have had horrible experiences. Appointments that are 6+ months apart, not reporting treatment plans to my insurance, charging me for services my insurance covers, on and on. The first dentist pulled all but a few of my bottom teeth, and I've had to walk around looking like a hillbilly for three years! They didn't fill, or cap the remaining teeth, and the decay spread, causing me to have every one pulled! I started going to Lakewood Dentists about a month ago, and I already have a new, full set of dentures! And they have done an amazing job!!! The staff is awesome and very friendly! My dentist, Nancy Endress, is awesome as well, and she understood exactly what I needed, and wanted! I finally have a full set of teeth, and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend them for everything your mouth needs! (*that sounded bad! haha)

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist sucks, you know what sucks even more toothache! One night I feel a pain unlike anything I've felt before. They say that way back then many (I can't believe that's how "many" is spelled engrish is so weird. "Meniy, meny, meiny, huh " Many/Manny is a name) anyways MANY moons ago! People believe that a worm dwelled within your teeth when you had a toothache. And of course they tried all kinds of crazy stuff to get rid of it. Well I now know why they thought that because I tell you what that's exactly what it felt like. It felt like a small water drill was going to town on my tooth, I could hear a small audible gurgling sound coming from within my skull! Then boom! Like something finally broke through, then it felt like some sort of stratus/scaffolding was collapsing over short period of time. Followed by silence, and then spread of something restructuring from the rubble it caused... Get your teeth checked now!!!! You the person reading this don't deny your oral health care. The staff here took great care of me right before i was going on vacation. Idk how much dental stuff cost because I've neglected it for so long, are they expensive idk. They took care of me asap and it was adorable to me. I plan on going back because my teeth need it. Ty Sasha, Allysa, and Dr. Burwinkel. Thanks for the teeth lol

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Colorado. The second day, my back molar broke and I was in a lot of pain. I found Lakewood dentists. They take same day emergency! Everyone is very friendly, and Dr Endress did a crown on me. They have great advanced technology that they can make a permanent crown in 2 hours! I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip! Now I’m back to my regular dentist in my hometown and they said my crown looks great! Highly recommend Lakewood Dentist!

Fantastic experience: They're great. I used to hate going to the dentist until I came here. Plus they have a lot of cool modern things like a scanner which renders a 3D model of your tooth to 3D print a crown. And laser treatment for gingivitis. You will feel like you're in a sci fi movie, 10/10 experience. My last dentist was in love with my dad and it was really weird, however these guys keep it professional Plus my last dentist did not even check gum pockets for gingivitis. Why go to another clinic, where they'll use painful stone age tools, when you could go here and get awesome non invasive procedures and great friendly doctors who don't hit on your dad. I will never change dentists as long as I live in Golden

Negative experience: I will say the staff here are very nice and attentive. However, in my few times going here they have diagnosed me with issues totaling in over $1K and $3K. They seemed pushy to get the work done that day and I was shocked since I am very good with my oral home care. After my first visit I got a couple cavities filled, one of which was done very poorly, they did redo it for me a few weeks later without extra fee but it still has issues over a year out. I was smart enough to get a second opinion (at CU Dental School - with many reputable faculty dentists) after my second diagnosis and turns out I only have one cavity (which is the one not done well by Lakewood Dentists) and do not need the extra services they were telling me I needed. Not only are they money hungry they are putting your oral health at risk since performing cavity fillings that are not needed actually takes away healthy matter.

Today, Sarah did such an awesome job really working at the stains and did an incredible job taking care of them. I didn’t even realize how white my teeth could really be! Dr. Endress does a great job as well, very professional.

I had been at another dentist that missed early periodontal disease which I've had treated for the past year or so. I come in every 3 months and have gotten to know the staff over that time. They are always really nice and I feel like the work is well done and appropriate for my teeth! Jake is the hygienist I see and he's wonderful. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: This is the first review I've ever written for a business, and for good reason—stay away. Dr. Endress denied me routine care and strayed far from the ethical and professional standards you'd expect from a medical provider. To be fair, I have been to this dentist before and found it to be a generally positive experience. This time was different. I arrived for a routine cleaning and after inspection by the dentist - without probing for cavities - I was told I would need to pay $3,900 for a deep cleaning, or only $1,300 if I purchased the Lakewood Dentists insurance policy. Sure. Come on. It's only $1,300... When I denied the additional procedures and requested to proceed with the routine cleaning, I was denied care. Dr. Endress explained that a routine cleaning would only be a "bandaid," and that such a cleaning would not be a total fix. She then explained that a routine cleaning would actually pose an immediate threat to my heart or brain because bacteria could be leached from my gums during a routine cleaning. This "medical guidance" is embarrassingly illogical. First, the dentist doesn't conduct the cleaning. Second, the hygienist who "deeply cleans" my gums isn't going to be extra careful because of $1250 in additional payment. Either a business provides safe, effective care or it does not. Dr. Endress's push for an expensive deep cleaning without a thorough exam, paired with her exaggerated scare tactics, more closely resembles a sales pitch than medical advice. When I asked for a further justification - she admitted that it was simply for liability reasons. The conversation ended there. I paid. I left. I will not go back. Neither should you.

Negative experience: I was a new patient checking out this new dental office for a routine exam and dental cleaning. They tried to upsell me to get a deep cleaning for a periodontal disease for $1200 and then three more visits at $500 each. They sent their assessment to my surgical Doctor and my surgery was cancelled. I went to another dentist and they did the same routine exam and they cleared me for surgery. The second dentist office said that unfortunately there are dental practices out there that just want money. Lakewood Dentists is one of those.

Negative experience: WARNING!!!! My partner went here in hopes of getting her teeth cleaned for her annual check up and things got uncomfortable when she was told about extra procedures she needed. She was told there was a credit card to help her pay off the dental work she needed and would need the procedures asap. Luckily she did not buy it and got a second opinion elsewhere which said her teeth were normal and healthy. It seems like this clinic has a history of preying on blonde women who seem gullible. This is not okay. Do not go here for your teeth cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Jake and Nancy are always so friendly and personable. It’s feel is like coming to your childhood dentist (unless that was not a good experience) then it would be the opposite.

Positive experience: Nancy Endress found that the bone around my 2 rear molars was gone. She told me those two teeth had to be removed immediately. I noticed in the x-ray that the missing bone was finely machined in the jaw bone. I was so surprized that it took me a couple of days to realize that the 'missing' bone was exactly where replacement bone had been installed about 15 years earlier. Now, at Lakewood Dentists, I do not find a way to ask, it is quite possible that the replacement processed bone graft that she installed is exactly the same as the graft installed 15 years ago. Is it not possible that the loss of the first graft is a type of bodily rejection that will likely just occur again in 10 or more years? Or is this considered acceptable level of rejection? Unfortunately, this time as a result of the removal of my 2 teeth several weeks ago; I am committed to accepting the new graft and the two posts to be installed and to the new teeth to be installed in late 2024. And now to realize that the newly installed is likely to be rejected in a decade or so.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Endress is fantastic. Her office runs on time, has a lot of great technology, and they're easy to reschedule with if something unavoidable comes up. I've been to a dozen dentists in my years moving around the country and she is one of the best. My PIL and husband also see her and have all been thrilled.

Negative experience: When I moved to this state, This was the first place I found. I didn't have any recommendations I just needed a dentist. This would be rated 1 star if everyone wasn't so nice and friendly. Plus side: the staff and everyone was very nice and kind. They have a lot of high tech too that my old dentist back home didn't have but they miss the one thing he did have - a sense of comfort and care. When I got my xrays done it just sounded like they wanted to nickel and dime me for everything they found. My dentist back home told me if it doesn't bother me I don't need things removed. Like I have an extra tooth that grew in and my wisdom teeth he patched up with fillings and told me I can preserve my teeth as long as there are no problems. I did need my wisdom tooth removed which is why I went here, and would you believe the awful experience I had!! I went in with local sedation and removing it was fine - however there were no stitches, no meds, no medical mouthwash like back at my old dentist. Basically they said it can just bleed and clot on its own and told me to take some over the counter pain meds. I never had so much pain and bleeding in my life once the numbing wore off. My old dentist prescribed me the medical mouthwash and did the disolvable ditches. Here they just take your tooth and let you bleed with the gauze. I was in shock. I didn't know this was how they treat wisdom tooth now. Anyway - if you're like me and just looking for a good dentist - read reviews first we have no reason to lie about our negative experiences. After that removal I never came back to them due to the trauma of all that pain i went through.

Negative experience: Unfortunately did not have a good experience here for a routine cleaning despite my wisdom teeth extraction being excellent a year ago. My teeth were not cleaned by a hygienist. I came in, was seen 20 minutes late, took X-rays, and then the DDS/DMD came in and poked at my gums to measure pocket depth. She informed me that I needed a laser treatment with antimicrobial irrigation (I think) that would cost approx $500. Of note, I have maintained consistent dental care my entire life aside from missing one 6 month appointment, I brush regularly and floss at least a couple days per week. My teeth/gums are by no means at immediate risk of deterioration. Very frustrating to say the least. I elected to not pay $500 for a dental treatment and will seek a standard preventative care cleaning elsewhere.

Negative experience: I should have read the other reviews on Yelp before visiting...I went in for a regular cleaning. It has been a year since my last one but all looked good at my last appointment. The staff that did my X-rays was really nice, but immediately after my x-rays the dentist came in to look at and diagnose my teeth, which I've never experienced. My entire life, the hygienist will do your cleaning first and THEN the dentist will come look at your teeth and diagnose/treat if needed. The dentist poked at my teeth, diagnosed me with "Early Stage Periodontis" (I'm 27 and brush and floss) and told me I'd need a $3,000 treatment ($600 after insurance) involving lasers. They refused to do my standard cleaning if I refused the treatment, even though they told me my "gum disease" is only affecting 4 of my bottom teeth. Why wouldn’t it be beneficial to clean my teeth and prevent any “gum disease” from advancing to my healthy teeth and gums, even without lasers!? I am ALWAYS on the rather safe than sorry side when it comes to my health but this felt really fishy and scammy to me, which is unfortunate because the office is beautiful and the employees come off at first as super nice and knowledgeable. I left after an hour and a half with no cleaning, no treatments, and super disappointed. Will be seeking a second opinion elsewhere.
