Fantastic experience: Fantastic. Very apprehensive at starting with a new Dentist. A root canal and two crowns later I couldn’t be happier. On both crowns after the Novocaine wore off I couldn’t tell you which tooth she had placed the crown on. Very pleased with the personnel there and the customer service.

Fantastic experience: No one likes going to the dentist. Luckily, I have found you a place you at least won’t mind coming to. Came in for an emergency and all the staff has been nothing short of phenomenal with taking care of all my needs in a short amount of time, from the providers to the front desk staff. Energetic and polite staff that explains what they are doing while they are doing it and makes you as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend coming here for any of your needs.

Fantastic experience: As always, my experience at Champlin Dentistry was above & beyond. The team is so friendly & welcoming from the minute you walk through the doors. I especially love seeing my Dental Tech, Stephanie. I m not quite sure if that’s her title but she is so caring, engaging & does a phenomenal job. My dentist is Dr. Bachani. He is also the owner of the practice. This guy… I can’t even find the right words to do him justice. He does the finest dental work! He has such a warm, gentle, laid back personality. His “bedside” manner leaves you feeling relaxed & any anxiety you might feel about going to the dentist simply vanishes. (I mean, who likes the idea of going to the dentist? NOBODY!) I’m always grateful that he presents you with options regarding any future treatments you may need. He’s honest & has integrity. Dr. Bachani has an impressive interactive style that makes it easy to have a back & forth conversation. He takes his time, explains everything & answers any questions you might have in a way that makes sense. I honestly don’t know how it came to be that I happened to choose this particular Dental Clinic so long ago, but I really got lucky. You want a great dental experience? Champlin Dentistry is theeeee place!

Fantastic experience: Great dental experience! I have been seeing Dr. Bachani for over 7 years, and he has been phenomenal throughout that entire time. Over the years, he has done fillings, root canals, crowns, and even dental implants for me, and everything has been done perfectly. What I appreciate most is how kind, patient, and knowledgeable he is. He always takes the time to explain everything step by step, answers all of my questions, and makes sure I am comfortable before moving forward with any treatment. The office also has some of the most advanced technology I have ever seen, which makes visits efficient and comfortable. The staff is amazing, welcoming, and always willing to help with scheduling or anything else you may need. Champlin Dentistry completely changed my perception of going to the dentist, and thanks to the excellent care I have received, I never miss my regular checkups. I highly recommend Dr. Bachani and Champlin Dentistry to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

Negative experience: First off Dr Bachani is awesome and has always been great for me. I give him 5 stars! I had a appointment today, had to leave work and lose out on OT for the appointment. Then I was told i was getting charged more than I was originally told for a followup for deep cleaning which I needed but because I cant guarantee I can pay the bill by the end of the month and while standing in their building they canceled my appointment on me so I was not seen. I cant guarantee paying anything by the end of the month because I dont get another paycheck til next month and currently broke. So im told I have to reschedule which I already did once, and was told from the start it was a series of appointments that I had to do in a certain time frame. So now im going over the time frame for the first followup for the deep clean done a few months back, on top of losing OT which I need because I struggle like everyone else with high costs right now. Not happy my time was wasted and couldn't even be seen. I dont plan on coming back ever after this!

Negative experience: ​I am writing this to warn others to trust their instincts if they receive a sudden, expensive diagnosis at this office when working with Dr. Kalluri. I have a 10-year history of regular dental visits and diligent home care. I only switched to Dr. Kalluri because of an insurance change, and the experience was unlike any I’ve had in a decade of dental care. ​The Red Flags: ​Aggressive Probing: During the gum measurement process, the pressure used was so excessive that every area of my mouth bled. I haven't experienced any bleeding during the gum measurement process previously. ​Contradictory Diagnosis: Dr. Kalluri claimed I had "early-to-moderate gum disease" with bone loss and tartar buildup between my gums/teeth, insisting I needed a $3,000 "deep cleaning" (scaling). When I questioned how my previous dentists could have missed this, he indicated that it is commonly missed. ​The "Scammer" Comment: Red flags went up when the doctor proactively mentioned that a previous patient had called him a "scammer." Professional offices usually don't need to defend themselves against that label during a first-time exam and it was very off-putting to hear. ​The Outcome: I immediately sought a second opinion from my previous dentist. After a full exam and X-rays, it was confirmed that I have zero bone loss and no significant tartar buildup. My previous dentist performed a routine cleaning and confirmed my oral health is excellent. ​If you are told by this office that you suddenly have "bone loss" or need thousands of dollars in deep cleaning—especially if you have a history of good checkups—please get a second opinion. While insurance would have covered the nearly $3,000 bill, it would be an unnecessary, invasive treatment.

Negative experience: My experience and opinion with this office. First time visit. Chose the place because of the review. Checked in for my six months cleaning. I was a little confused confused when the front staff said my co-pay was $33. This was actually for an optional cancer gum screening, But they weren’t very clear about it. They did full x-ray. I had to tell them that they took the wrong x-ray for the wrong side. I brought it to their attention twice, but I don’t believe they ever fixed. The dental assistant wasn’t careful or gentle either whensticking things in and out of the mouth for the x-ray. In the exam room, the dentist wasn’t able to pull up my x-rays. He left the room and then came back and said I have no cavity. Made me question my x-ray again. The dentist was also my hygienist to clean my teeth. I found that a little strange, but every place might do it differently. My actual cleaning I don’t think it was very good. All he did was use the water pick to clean my teeth. With all the hygienist I’ve been to they usually go back and clean and scrape, For a more thorough job. It took over an hour and a half and I was late for another meeting. I walked away from this visit, frustrated and questioning the quality of their work here.

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience with Dr. Sai Bharadwaja Kalluri. He was very kind, patient, and took time to clearly explain my teeth clenching issue. I really appreciated the practical suggestions he gave and how he explained the next steps in a reassuring way. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and confident about my treatment plan. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Completed intake paperwork online, only to complete the same information again on a hard copy moments later. No explanation from any staff members as to what they were really doing or why. It was an emergency appointment for a tooth with a hole. Saw the actual dentist for all of 3 minutes, whose only commentary was I needed to have all my wisdom teeth pulled. Was bombarded moments later by a staff member with paperwork noting it would be 2.5k to have all my wisdom teeth pulled. Had to call back to inquire about payment plan options they failed to send until I called to follow up. Scheduling a follow up was not discussed, only when I asked was I told 2 weeks would be the soonest but no offer to see a calendar or discuss options came up. MyChart has only an after visit summary which has no information other than I was seen for dental caries & tooth removal was recommended. My xrays/results are not available. The exam room walls were beat up & the floor was dirty. Theres no doors on any of the rooms, you hear everything going on in all the rooms. As someone with limited experiences with dentists, which i noted on my paperwork & to the staff members, this was an awful experience. Would not recommend this clinic at all.

Positive experience: I was just looking for a highly rated Oral Surgery Doctor to extract my #4 tooth. I found Dr Michael Johnson at this place. They insisted I had to come in for a pre appointment before they would schedule me with him. I've fought this abscess for 2 years I didn't need a " consultation ". I never take on debt I don't have te cash for. When the Office Manager of Champlin Dentistry started pitching getting a bone graft and an implant for over 4 grand I stated I'd have to ask my family and no I didn't want " financing ". So after typing up something I hadn't/ couldn't agree too she demanded a $100 deposit to quote " make sure I would show up ". I couldn't get the money so I called in advance of my appointment and clearly stated I'm just getting an extraction. After that I was suddenly informed that oh thst was a " consultation " not a reservation fee. After contacting Aetna my provider they said I'd signed something agreeing to that charge. They way she did this was by handing me a signature pad over a tall counter while she stated, sign this, sign that, facing me with her computer screen impossible for me to see, what I was signing for. My Provider manged to get $40 out of a hundred back. Now whatever you folks do never sign these pads without being able to clearly see what your signing for

Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing a nasty infection/toothache on a crowned tooth that needed to be extracted. Without an appointment I called Champlin Dentistry first thing this morning and the staff was able to get me in at 9:30 AM. I was home before noon with no more pain! Big thanks to all at CHAMPLIN DENTISTRY!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience! Every staff member was professional and welcoming from the start. This is easily the most modern, high-tech dental office I’ve ever visited. Dr. Bachani and Dr. Johnson were both fantastic; they were thorough and took the time to explain the process. I expected my procedure to be complicated, but it was completely painless and smooth. Fantastic experience: I recently had a front tooth root canal done. I was happy they were able to change my appointment to little later in the morning given I have about an hr commute, thankful they do their due diligence with insurance prior to the appointment (I check with insurance as well), the team for root canal was very pleasant and helpful with making the procedure very painfree. I had very minimal tenderness and they were relatively quick! Id definitely recommend them for dental care!

Fantastic experience: I'v been to more that a few dentists over the years and so far this place seems great.. Most places bribe u for a good review but this one did NOT.. The actual dentist actually did a lot of the the cleaning, Iv never had that happen. They spent double the time on my cleaning compared to other places. They didn't try to give me any unnecessary treatments or ad ons. This place seems very honest, up front and thorough..

Fantastic experience: This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I chipped my front tooth the night before a wedding I was in. They got me in right at 7:00am day of, make speedy work of check-in, Xray, analysis, and filling completed all within 54 minutes. That’s gotta be a record, right? The team is incredible - what made the biggest difference was how cohesive they are as a team - they each did their respective part but were all clearly working together vs. just passing me off to the next person and having to re-explain myself. On top of that, they were all super friendly, understood my needs and created an amazing experience along the way. I will absolutely be coming back here!

Fantastic experience: amazing experience!!! i loved the staff there, super friendly and felt right at home. dont even get me started on Dr. Bachani... one of the best and greatest experience I've honestly had with a dentist and trust me i'm one to know. I've spend over 4000 dollars in dental work the last three years, and i've had over 5 dentist operating on my teeth in the last three years, so take my word when i tell you this office is great and they are very advanced and have great staff and prices.

Fantastic experience: From the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was super kind and informative. I knew exactly what was happening and why, and it was clear what to do going forward. It was also nice that we scheduled my next appointment right away. As someone with ADHD, toothcare is a struggle for me, and they were very kind and understanding about it and helped me with advice. Also, keeping up with appointments is difficult so doing that the same day was a huge help.

Negative experience: I was told that my gums were receding and that I needed an advanced cleaning that would cost me hundreds. They would not even let me do a normal cleaning tell I did this cleaning. I refused and went somewhere for a second opinion and was told I definitely didn’t need the advanced cleaning.

Negative experience: This place is a scam. My first visit in they said I needed a deep clean that would cost me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I declined and they ended up doing the regular clean covered by insurance. 6 months later and it is now time for my next regular cleaning. They called me 2 days before my appt and said that they would only do a deep clean, because that is what the Dr recommended. I said i just wanted the regular cleaning covered by insurance, and was told that they would not do the regular cleaning. I told them that was unacceptable and would be going somewhere else. They also tried to pull this on my wife and 2 kids. It would cost us all over $2000 dollars just for a 6 month checkup!! None of us need the deep cleaning, this place cares more about upcharging people than actual patient care. Now I am due for a cleaning and have to find a new dentist. Don't waste your time with this place.

Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of work done here and a lot of appointments. They have always been willing to work with me on appointment times so I don't need to take off work. Dr. B and Stephanie have always been great. They work really well together and I can tell they really care. The manager Autumn has always gotten me quotes for the work really quickly and explained it all very thoroughly. There is never any push to do anything I don't want to do. Champlin Dentistry has always been great to me.

Fantastic experience: It’s been a year since I’ve had my cleanings and I couldn’t find a dental office that would take me in ASAP when I moved back from Texas. Most places were booked from 6-12 months out!!! I was fortunate enough to be able to get in ASAP and get taken cared of. Fantastic experience: From one day to the next I woke up experiencing extreme pain in one of my teeth. They got me in the same day assessed what I needed and then they were able to fit me in the following day to take care of the pain in my tooth. Dr B was super professional and extremely nice! I came in for a same day crown, fillings, and impressions for a night guard which is a few hours visit at best and they made it very comfortable for me. I think half of the time was just us laughing and passing the procedures by positively. Stephanie and Dr. Siraj are very personable and make a great team, which will make it much easier to get back into the swing of things post COVID. Negative experience: I made an appointment for what I thought was a cleaning. I arrived 15 minutes early to take care of any new patient stuff. I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before the receptionist came out. Then had to sit and go through their app to fill out my medical history. Feel like they could have sent that before the appointment date. I finally get in to have x rays then get into the room where I thought I was going to have my teeth cleaned. They came in and did the gum probe and said the doctor would be in a few minutes. Apparently this was just an initial exam. I was there a total of a hour and a half. What a waste of time.

Positive experience: Overall I am satisfied with this clinic; it's clean and the staff seem to be quite friendly. My last few visits have left me with the impression that if I am there for a post operative appointment, my time seems less valuable. I made my initial appointment on my lunch break and after 40 min of waiting I had to reschedule in order to get back to work on time. I was under the impression that the dentist would look at my tooth, fix what needed to be fixed, and I'd be on my way. I think what was frustrating for me was that I heard the dentist begin examining another patient during my appointment time. I'm not an unrealistic person and understand that things happen, that's when I feel like if it was communicated to me that there was a delay I'd be more understanding. I couldn't wait any longer so I rescheduled for the week after and made sure the appointment was after work. I arrived on time and had to wait 40 minutes again, again noticing that the dentist started examining another patient during my appointment time. When the dentist did come to see me, the work was done in under 5 minutes. I am a very flexible person but also feel like communication is important. I saw no reason why I had to wait that long and the experience was something that changed my opinion about the office.

Fantastic experience: I was very satisfied when I came to this clinic. The Dr. and the dental hygienist are so nice & knowledgeable on how they performed their tasks. I could not thank enough that I tried this clinic and not only do it’s convenient nearer to where I live but the execution & performance was excellent. Negative experience: Me and my wife schedule cleaning appointments a week before our wedding. Got in and they took x-rays and refused to clean either of our teeth. Best advice I can give anyone is to never go here. It will be the biggest waste of time and money you will ever see.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been pretty scared of the dentist to where I didn’t go for 6 years after a horrible experience. I found this place about a year ago for an emergency dental appointment where I ended up needing a root canal. Ever since then, this has become my regular dentist and everyone here from the front desk staff, dental assistants, Dr.Bachani, and Dr.Vang have been so nice and caring to me every visit! They really care about you and making sure your teeth are going to be in the best condition they can be! I trust their opinions and no longer fear coming to the dentist when I have any issues or for standard cleanings. Extremely grateful for the work you all do! Thank you!!

Negative experience: Even though other reviews are positive, I thought they put first billing you than caring for you. I had a dental examination like 2 months ago and got slapped with $700 out of pocket with an outside creditor if I couldn't pay cash. I requested for simple cleaning but they insisted on doing deep cleaning which to me doesn't make sense. I felt cheated. Think twice before visiting this place.

Negative experience: I felt very scammed by this dental office. I went in for an exam and cleaning after moving to the area. They refused to do a regular cleaning and told me (after waiting alone in a room for over 20 minutes) I needed to put a $100 deposit down on a deep clean that was 6 weeks away and sent me home with nothing. I've had two other dentists tell me I most definitely don't need that service(I just came from a great dental cleaning elsewhere).The hygienist that looked at my teeth was rude about the staining and moving of my teeth, and the checkin process was inconvenient and not overly friendly either. Fantastic experience: Best experience I’ve had, took out 2 of my temporary fillings and capped both of them. Procedure took about hour and an half, but it felt like 40 minutes. So it was quick and painless, I almost took a nap during; it was that easy. Everyone is friendly, with a relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Very family friendly times, anyone w kids and/or work, and I am amazed at the lovely customer service, as soon as you walk in you feel the warmth and comfort of the employees. Definitely a place to make ur new Dentist home.

Affordable pricing, wonderful service from the Office Team (Aundrea and Martess) the Hygenist (Kou) and Dentist (Dr. Bachani) I had the best experience with all of them. 10/10 would recommend. Whether you need an emergency procedure or a routine cleaning; this is the place to go!

Positive experience: First time, not sure of my impression yet. Way too busy and we waited 30 minutes after our appointment. Parking is terrible. I can see getting hit by a car walking to office due to the busy shopping area. Drive through coffee shop, chipotle and being at the begin of the entrance in the lot. It’s been a few years since my daughter when to see the dentist. Got an appointment in right away and that’s a plus. Clean and nice.

Fantastic experience: I used Champlin Denistry when the V.A. sent me out for community care for a dental implant. They are awesome. I constantly called with questions. They was wonderful each time. Wish they were my regular dentist. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Negative experience: I was very dissatisfied with the new dr and I almost got up mid cleaning and left. I will be changing dentist offices due to this visit

Fantastic experience: I've been here twice now and had great experiences both times. I had a deep cleaning done by Kou Vang and highly recommend him. He answered all my questions and gave me a lot of info that I didn't know about. My gums were not in the best shape so I would put my hand up when it hurt so he could focus on those areas and he would ask me if the pain was bearable. I went in for a follow up 3 months later (just a few days ago) to see how my gums were healing and to get another cleaning and this cleaning was much less painful since my gums had healed a lot. There was still some spots that had pain and sensitivity so we talked about my eating/brushing habits and he gave me some tips on what to do to make sure I continue to heal. If you experience pain during a cleaning it almost always means your gums are damaged. My first cleaning I had pain on almost every spot he poked at but during my second cleaning I only had pain in a few spots but the rest of the poking felt more like a message on my gums. If you brush and floss correctly and go in for regular cleanings you shouldn't experience any pain. It takes time to heal so after your first cleaning you need to try and avoid any food that causes crumbs or stuff that can get stuck in your gums because that will slow or prevent the healing. If food gets stuck it will prevent the healing and cause more pain during the follow up cleaning.

Negative experience: This used to be a great place, not any more!!! The original staff are all gone. Their hygienist is absolutely awful and has no personality. And he looks sloppy to say the least.. I had the most painful cleaning experience ever. I will never go back there! The actual dentist is great but it ends there. I don't recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: Please beware, they are out for your money. I was immediately met with concerns I have never heard before in my life. They didn’t clean my teeth because I required their deep clean. They also said I needed braces. I went to get a second opinion and they laughed at what I told them. My teeth were healthy and I do NOT need braces. The place that I got my second opinion from said this place has a reputation for up charging. My first review was blocked somehow… wonder why!?

Fantastic experience: Super great experience with the dental hygienist. He showed a lot of care with my teeth and gums. When I requested numbing gel, he was responsive and provided a pain free teeth cleaning.
