Fantastic experience: I am SO happy to have found Ramsey Dental!!! The most personable & professional dental office I have ever used. I am a "Customer for Life"!!!!

Fantastic experience: Very first day there I found it unique actually I enjoyed it seems very like a one-man operation that the gentleman that owned it and ran into I can't pronounce his name to the doctor I'm sure he's has helped but I know he has helped but how he sets up his appointments and all of that is very different on his own time takes care of things is how I see things and does it and a timely manner and tries to take care of people out as they're situation and needs are met mind you I was only in there for an hour so if I'm a little bit off on what I've seen cuz you bear with me but I think I got the rest of it I feel pretty comfortable there to be honest with you I've been the most comfortable I felt at a dentist in a long time I feel like a person people are very comfortable and nice and informative and helpful looking forward to doing business and continuing being a patient of his for a long time hopefully and hopefully not too frequently LOL thank you

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this office! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and completely nonjudgmental. Previous dentists have made me feel embarrassed about my teeth, but I’ve never felt that way here. The dentist took things slow during my first visit because he knew I was anxious, and that made a huge difference. Every appointment has gotten easier since then. If dental visits make you nervous, this is the place to go.

Negative experience: I posted a review a few weeks ago, the worst cleaning i have ever had, and they deleted it. Also recommended an oral surgeon that was terrible. I just had my second surgery on my sinuses. My last visit with ramsey my dental assistant who was cleaning my teeth tripped on the exray cord and the exray machine flew into my face. The cord kept getting wrapped around the chair arm and i personally entangled it twice because it would have happened again. They removed my post, unbelievable

Positive experience: I had a cleaning Friday. Lovely assistant. Was not asked to have a fluoride treatment. Did not have the pulse cleaner was manually done and seemed to be good. Received no care package. Mentioned this to the receptionist and the response was “It is hard to get good help.” Seriously, that is not what a customer wants to hear. If the assistant takes longer to give the minimum service then schedule that way. I felt the assistant went longer and just needed to get me out for the next customer. I could have been asked to come back for the fluoride but wasn’t . I was not impressed with my visit Friday. This place is so convenient for us but maybe it is time for a move.

Positive experience: Ramsey Dental is great. What I didn’t like was the hygienist humming while she cleaned my teeth.

Fantastic experience: We are new patients! We have nothing but good things to say about Ramsey Dental! We were dropped by another Dental office, and Ramsey Dental accepted us right away ASAP! They were very kind and very helpful and very patient with us! When we arrived for our first appointment for my 11-year-old son, they greeted us so kindly they answered all of our concerns and questions so promptly so that we can understand what is going on. They have amazing staff and hygienist and doctors working there! Everything is cleaned and sanitize! What a good place that I found on google. I recommend them 5+ stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
