Negative experience: A waste of time if you’re going there for a tooth that needs to be pulled or if you have cavities because they will send you off to someone else and it’s up to you to find that someone else… Also, my daughter was getting an x-ray around her head from the machine and as they were doing this, the lady hid behind the wall as if afraid of getting radiation from the x-ray machine, but yet she didn’t care about my daughter or me!!! A waste of time and money and now I have to find someone else to do the filling and about a concerned of a tooth, The only thing they do is clean they’re not good for anything else. Again, a waste of time and money when you gotta go out and find someone else they can’t refer you to someone that they work with. It’s up to you to find somebody else to do the work so you have to go through all the paperwork again insurance information. A waste of time and money!!!

Fantastic experience: We had a dental emergency and was able to get in same day. My kid has a lot going on and they were unable to get the needed x-ray. The dentist was amazing. Did everything very old school. Was patient. Kind. I couldn't speak more highly of the place.

They truly care about each and every patient and truly have your best interest when it comes to your dental care And about you. Negative experience: please get rid of the shitty ai voice assistant. tried calling because i got a text about an appointment for someone else (wrong number on file i guess, but i dont want texts about this and the person should be getting their own appointment reminders) and couldn't get thru to a real person. when i called the ai kept me in a loop and refused to put me on with someone human. have people answer your phone or let people be connected to reception when they ask.

Negative experience: If I could give zero star I speak on my behalf partner “Terrance”. This is the most judgmental and racist place he has to witness. As a person in healthcare like myself treat all my patients equal regardless of race, gender, status, health condition and etc. got denied because the first time they take his blood pressure was high, but second time is was lower. Got told that they cannot cleaning his teeth and needed a doctor clearance to do this cleaning procedure. They did not take time and explain well. Rude attitude!!! How come you be in healthcare business and already make your customer feels like their not belong there. Hopefully you guys don’t have to experience this in your family or yourself.

Positive experience: The clinic itself is clean and efficient. It's a nice place and staff is nice too. I took off a star because the AI answering machine is trash, I needed a simple referral and spent 20 mins back and forth while the robot refused to transfer me to a human.

Negative experience: will cancel every appointment for no reason all my appointments keep getting canceled

Negative experience: I was only able to get an appointment at this location maybe once or twice before they became "temporarily closed" it is very frustrating because overall the service here is amazing but it's been closed for awhile now. Not just a few weeks, or a few months, we are talking 1 year to 18 months with no explanations to their clients on when they are expected to reopen. Yes, there are other locations but having to be bounced between locations is ridiculous. It would be nice to have some consistency and have people who you see regularly.

Positive experience: My children and I have been coming here for a couple of years now and we've always had a great experience. The staff has consistently been warm, welcoming, and professional. We usually feel well cared for at every visit. However, at our most recent appointment, I chose to decline the fluoride varnish treatment for my children and the conversation with the dentist felt a bit uncomfortable. I was surprised by how my decision was questioned, especially since I’ve done my own research and have personal reasons for opting out. It felt more like I was being challenged than simply having my choice respected. I later learned that this particular dentist may not be part of the regular team, as the clinic is temporarily closing until they bring on a permanent provider. Interestingly though, the dentist mentioned that both my children had no signs of cavities and that their oral hygiene looked good so I felt the fluoride push and questioning on my decision to decline felt a bit unnecessary. That said, every other team member—including the hygienist—was absolutely wonderful. They were kind, respectful, and supportive of my decision for no fluoride without any judgment. I truly appreciate that and hope the permanent dentist they bring on will continue that same respectful approach to patient care and the patient’s right to make their own decisions.

Negative experience: My review was recently deleted. This place is by far the most rude, unjust dental place I have been to. They scheduled my appointment wrong for a temporary crown and made the wait time for a permanent crown much longer. They did NOT help when my insurance changed due to the wait (because of their mistake). They did not follow through to help me. The receptionists were very rude and were unhelpful when it came to my needs as a patient.

Positive experience: Mostly had a good experience, but it would have been better if fillings could be done at the same clinic. Besides, when I tried to make an appointment with the referred clinic, there seemed to be some communication problems between the two clinics.

Fantastic experience: From my personal experience as a new Patient The front desk ladies were so nice to the fact that I had to bring my two little ones with me. Their entire staff was so welcoming also very nice to the fact that I had my little ones with me when I was getting treated for my for my cleaning. The hygienist was super nice. They didn’t make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. They were very helpful. Wanted to answer all of my questions. Also, the doctor was very nice. It’s nice to go to a place where you don’t feel judged from what they’re looking at more of wanting to answer your questions and trying to figure out what needs to get done. And I appreciated that so much because my previous dental work felt very judgmental and it was heartbreaking because it made me feel at fault for my teeth when it was actually a financial situation so I think you guys so much for all of your help

Negative experience: Not happy with how things were handled when I tried bringing in my brother who has dentist anxiety. He was finally willing to be seen & possibly get X-rays done. The dentists then refused to see him. I reassured them that he is not physically aggressive, but may use some colorful language. ( but at this point my brother was willing to get X-rays) dentists were Still not willing to even TRY. This world needs to do better and try harder. Put yourself in other shoes.

Fantastic experience: I have struggled to find a dentist I genuinely like up until now here at Clear Lakes Dental! I struggle with anxiety at appointments and these individuals have made me feel much more comfortable than ever before. Dr. Lova is great & very patient. I believe Anna is a hygienist, she is absolutely wonderful & very sweet. Rissa who I believe is a dentist assistant took my Xrays & is so reassuring & kind. All three of these people are amazing at their jobs, make sure to keep you updated throughout the whole process & explain each step, encourage you to ask questions, check in with you often to make sure you're doing alright, give helpful tips, are extremely knowledgeable & overall just have very good energy. So grateful for these people making the experience that much easier for me. Clear Lakes Dental is the place to go for your tooth care!
