Fantastic experience: Dr. Ryan Lembke is a hoot. He has a very good dental chair side manner. He explains everything he is doing, explains different options of care( letting the patient choose what is best for them), makes you feel very comfortable and he does not belittle you about needing dental care. I was a little hesitant about Dr. Blakeslee retiring but I give Dr. Ryan Lembke my approval and would recommend him to be your dentist. Don't hesitate give him a try.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than five stars I would.Ryan Lembke kept me calm and relax and help me through everything. The first time I went there he was extremely helpful and calming and relaxing but my anxiety got the best of me and I threw up. When I came back it all changed I got calming medicine to help with the procedure. I got the procedure yesterday morning and today I'm feeling so much better. I definitely will be coming back for routine check-ups.

Fantastic experience: I had an infection in my gum line over mothers day weekend. University Ave Dental was able to get me in Monday morning after calling several different emergency dental offices with no availability to help me. I seen Dr Logan & he was incredible! He had so much empathy & understanding. He seemed truly concerned & motivated to help. I felt no judgement at all. The front desk receptionist was upfront about costs before I was seen which helped lessen my worries. I got the infection flushed & a referral for my wisdom teeth to be removed. All within such a timely matter. The only issue I had was one dental hygienist seemed impatient with my pain during x-rays, but even with that considered, I would HIGHLY recommend University Ave Dental! I have so much anxiety & fear when it comes to dental visits but I can say with 100% certainty I will not be nervous or fearful next time I have an appointment here solely based off of the care & understanding I received.

Fantastic experience: I called before coming in. Natalie answered, and she was very helpful and kind. I had a few questions to ask beforehand, as it was my first time there. I came in a few days later. Sara was at the reception desk. She was also very kind and welcoming. I was promptly attended to, my appointment went smoothly and the dentist was friendly, clear, and comforting. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a dentist. Fantastic experience: Was looking for someplace nearby but truly am glad I found this place. Everyone was very kind, and talkative. They explained things well and gave plenty of opportunity for questions and what-ifs. Came up with a game plan and walked me through every step. They also asked about my comfort beforehand in case dentists made me uncomfortable for any reason. And no judgement-everyone was VERY kind.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of Dr. Ryan Lembke. He has treated me for the last two years. I saw him for an infection in my mouth that ended up with removal of teeth and a bridge. He is an excellent Dentist and I highly recommend him and University Dental in Blaine.

Fantastic experience: I had my initial consultation with them and I was very impressed. The staff was wonderful, the Dentist i spoke with was very knowledgeable and sincere in his evaluation of my situation. The place has a nice "homey" feel to it. Would definitely recommend!!!

Negative experience: I went in for a cleaning and was given an exam. They didn't say anything about doing just an exam and not a cleaning, when I scheduled the appointment. Waste of time and money.

Negative experience: I had called ahead gave my insurance info was told that they took my insurance and id have a small co-pay ! So this is a total spilt issue dentest was great pulled 4 teeth in no time did his job excellent went beyound what id exspect awsome ! Now as I left thinking a small co- pay i was hit with a 1000 dollar co-pay that's not small my insurance paid like 258 and wow so walking out the door work already done with no idea that id have a huge bill I agreed to a payment plan made primary payment that day 2nd a week or so later 3 payment they missed the date I set for them 3and 4 payment paid of the 4th month 28 day passed 3 scheduled pay date mean while they were trying to run it through my bank daily and had there collection company calling me sending me letters emails plan harassment for this bill I was not expecting considering I was told they took my insurance and a small co-pay im still not late per statue and they've started collections on me after I emailed them letting them know that informed concent means to give all prudent info including info about insurance and that 1000 dollars is not a small co-pay for someone on disability and that i was going to hold off on paying them untel we could renegotiate this bill they dropped me as a patient canceled the payment plan and turned it over to collections ! If only the staff was half as professional that place would be very profitable if they actually took my insurance id go back in a hart beat but sence they didn't tell me anything I should have known about them taking my insurance and that a small co-pay starts at around 800 dollars i wouldn't go back due to affordability mean while the infection that needs treated is getting worse and spreading as I cant afford a dentest at this rate or maybe stead of bitching about your job girls try doing it !

Fantastic experience: Starting with Sara who is the absolute epitome of the practice: kind, knowledgeable, and so sorry helpful and Debbie who assisted me in being relaxed and letting me know I mattered and so diligent in getting me into emergency oral surgery I am so grateful and Dr Connor for being such a gentle and kind professional giving me hope that oral health is now in my future. Thank you all for taking such good care of me when I seem not able to do it for myself at times.

Fantastic experience: 5/23/25 First time with Michelle, she did my cleaning today. She is wonderful. Took her time and took care of my teeth. Upbeat and polite. If only I can choose her all the time :) First time with Dr Connor, I was concerned about my tooth that was done poorly at another dental office over a decade ago. I felt assured after he took the time to talk me after the visit. I will be going back soon to do the recommended dental work.

Negative experience: Went here once and that was more than enough. I've never been to a dental office more confused than this office. They refereed me to their sister office and no one had any idea what I was there for. They took the wrong scan, plus never sent the scan to be reviewed, never put together a treatment plan for my insurance, than billed my insurance without a dentist name so it was paid as out of network. After almost 3 weeks of back and forth I found a new dentist. Submitted my release form, and they said my scan never saved!! Lol Run from this place!!

I have been to many dentists and dental clinics in the twin cities over the years and I can say the personnel and the dentists are exceptional. Dr Brendan Reich is one of the best in my opinion. He took time to alleviate my fears and answered all my questions with patience. He did an excellent job with my fillings and crown, exhibiting great skill and professionalism. I think he is great at what he does.I am extremely happy with the results. I am also impressed with the competent way the Insurance and fees were handled by Morgan who is the office manager, so I was not left to figure things on my own. Stephanie at the front desk and Valentyna the dental assistant are very nice and greet you warmly and make one feel comfortable and informed. What can I say, I had one of the best experiences and thus was compelled to write this review. The same day crowns and the attention to quality, aesthetics, Dr Reich’s expertise is superb!
