Glad I finally found a dentist that cares about her patients and the outcomes.

My wife and I have been going there for many years and are very happy with the care we receive. My wife has some very specific health issues that has proven to be VERY challenging for any dentist to deal with, but Dr Bebeau takes her case personally, and has proven to be a very good, wise and caring Dentist and person.

Negative experience: I was a new patient and I set up an appointment with them for cleaning. Unfortunately, my dad ended up in the hospital for the week my appointment was due. I wasn't so sure when he will be discharged, so I couldn't cancel or reschedule my appointment cuz I needed it so bad. I called the clinic a day before my appointment to reschedule, but a lady with the name Vanessa who told me she is the manager said I have to pay $ 75 if I cancel or reschedule the appointment which I did. She gained $ 75, but she lost a patient who would pay hundreds of dollars a year. So sad.

Fantastic experience: Always professional and above and beyond level of care.

Negative experience: Dr. Bebeau brings in the latest dental technology into the practice, which I appreciated and stands apart from other practices. That being said, you as the patient need to be on it from an insurance perspective before the visit because the administrative staff doesn't do a great job supporting that process. They declared the patient to be responsible, even with really poor communication on the Blaine Lakes side when they transitioned insurance companies. If it wasn't for this incident that left me footing the bill, I would praise the clinic. However the administration could be improved and could be higher integrity so patients aren't left with hundreds of dollars of bills.

Negative experience: Dr Bebeau called me this morning (8/28/24) to YELL at me because I refused to answer some questions on their medical forms that I felt were invasive and not relevant to my dental history. My family stopped seeing her years ago because she used guilt as a motivator. I have now stopped seeing her because she was rude. She just lost a patient that she has been seeing for over 10 years.
