Had an emergency dental problem and dr pink saw me immediately and also got me into a great endodontist within a day. All is well thanks dr Pink.

Fantastic experience: I went in last week for a consult to have my veneers redone. Dr. Pink and his staff were very attentive and it was an all-around good experiences. Downside to Dr. Pink being so great at his profession... you may have to wait for an appointment. That being said, I can't wait until August when I get my new front teeth! Update 08-19-25: Went in to get my temporary teeth and the whole experience was phenomenal! I prefer to skip novocaine and Dr. Pink and Kelly (hygienist) kept checking in to make sure I was doing okay with the veneer removal. It was by far the most pain-free and easy experience. No zingers, blood, or sensitivity. Sadly my temporaries have had a mind of their own and prefer not to stay cemented in. Luckily they've fit me in to get them re-cemented. I appreciate not having to walk around looking like a hillbilly. 100% would recommend! Everyone there is amazing!

Negative experience: I've had two procedures done by Dr. Pink at crimson care. The first was a root canal and one of my front lower teeth and when I got home and took first bite of my food my tooth broke. When I went back in he said there's nothing he can do about it and I ended up losing that tooth. Second thing was he gave me a crone on a lower back tooth and within 6 weeks I had so much pain. I ended up going to urgent care and taking an antibiotic to get rid of the infection and I'm pretty certain that there is a crack in the tooth. I went back to see him. He said he couldn't find it. Although he never took x-rays where he had, he referred me to endodontic dentist in Maple Grove that told me in my appointment would cost $2,300. I'm a senior citizen and I live on social security and I barely make it through the month. I don't feel like he took any responsibility for either one of the incidents + I've been charged for coming back in and for the initial appointment. I would not recommend him to anyone

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pink and staff are friendly, professional, and courteous with their patients. From the friendly greeting at the reception desk, to the efficient hygienists and assistants, and finally Dr. Pink himself, the whole office makes a patient's visit comfortable and actually relaxing. I travel all the way from Ham Lake to have my check-ups and dental work done at Crimson Care Family Dental. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere due to the great all-around experience provided by this entire staff.

Fantastic experience: I have to shout out Dr. Pink and the staff at CrimsonCare Family Dental! Our four year old and six year old recently went in for their first visit (the pandemic put us behind when we wanted to start, but whatever at this point). Emily, the dental assistant, blew me away with her rapport with children. My kids were comfortable and at ease from the beginning of the appointment. Dr. Pink came in to finish up the exam and his manner mirrored Emily’s. Making sure the child is doing well and understands what is happening in age appropriate terms is their priority. It was great to watch. Today, my six year old went back to get two cavities filled. This time Kelly was the dental assistant, and she continued with the empathy and kindness we’ve seen with Dr. Pink and Emily. The entire procedure, completing two fillings, took sixteen minutes! Dr. Pink took the time to explain what was going to happen, show her the tools he was going to use, and asked her multiple times throughout the process if she was doing ok. I could not believe it! After going through some traumatic dental work when I was a child, Dr. Pink and his staff are a breath of fresh air! I’m so excited for my children to have a better journey with dental hygiene than I had. Update: I had a wisdom tooth removed with Dr. Pink today and it was such an easy and dare I say painless process! I truly appreciate how he takes the time to walk the patients through what is happening and is honest about expected discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a lot of various dentists in my life. And feel Dr Pink outclasses them all by leaps and bounds. It is to the point of a true artisan and master of his craft of repair, and problem solving. Great sense of real life humor and always professional while making one fully at ease, and relaxed. Would I greatly recommend him and his staff? I would recommend him to be the best man at one’s wedding, or godfather to the family. I think of him and his business as the best in the state in his field. I thank them for all their works.
