Fantastic experience: The staff is wonderful and treats you like a friend not a patient. I can’t recommend this practice more highly. Very professional and they go out of their way to include you in your care choices. They listen to the patients and try to help with the financial arrangements by giving estimates and not doing unnecessary services.

Fantastic experience: Came here from a referral at the VA and I had a great time during my appointment today. My dental assistant was really sweet and gentle with me that I fell asleep during the cleaning process. It was embarrassing but she was kind and respectful about it. The dentist was professional and helpful too. Would highly recommend. Oh and the goodie bags are so convenient!

Fantastic experience: I think we finally found a dentist's office we like. Been to 5 different ones in the last 10 years! Kind reminders of your appointment the week before and the day of. No "pushy" unnecessary expensive procedures. Personable, knowledgeable and kind people no matter who you talk to in the office. We don't have insurance so their Cedar Care membership was extremely helpful.

They have always gotten me in quickly to see a dentist or hygienist. The service has always been high quality, professional, and very courteous. I couldn't by pleased more by the Dentist and all the staff then the service that I have received.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist office! Great communication during every office visit this includes Dr. Lewis and the staff. Such a refreshing change from my last dentist. They always make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. This was the second time I've changed dentists and I hit the jackpot. Looking forward to a long time relationship. Now seeing Dr. Seltman and it's been a seamless transition. Always making sure to deal with any issue before it gets out of hand. Just a friendly group of people working here and accommodating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Appointment was with Rachel and she has been always very knowledgeable on my health history and easy to work with. She always has my best interest on her mind when making a plan going forward.

Fantastic experience: FFD has been our family dentist for several years, and will continue well into the future. Nothing but great things to say. Front desk employees are always welcoming. We love the ease of scheduling and the text confirmations and reminders. The hygienists are top notch with both quality, care, and the right amount of socialization! We always leave with our teeth smooth and shiny! Dentists are kind, professional, educational, and patient. They'll stay and discuss any issues in detail until you are comfortable and address any concerns. And they'll present you with options and recommended timing of appropriate. top notch team!

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to visit three times, first full set of X-rays second visit deep root cleaning on 2 quadrants and last visit last 2 quadrants. Im a 100% disabled Veteran so I usually go to the VA for all my dental care needs, but the VA offered my to used this servers. I was pleasantly surprise and very happy with the experience I had at this location. All staff were friendly and the waiting room and examining rooms were top Notch.

Fantastic experience: I love getting my 6 month checkup. It is so relaxing and my dental assistant Rachel is very gentle and thorough. She makes sure that I am completely comfortable. Dr. Seltmann takes the time to show me pictures of my teeth and answers all of my questions. He also is thorough in asking me if I have any concerns. They are professional and friendly and proactive and there’s nothing like walking out with clean polished teeth. I look forward to my next checkup!

Fantastic experience: Love all the hygienist and Dr Ensley. But the front desk lady Desiree makes me question every single time why I keep going back. Ultimately it’s because I love the rest of the team and you want to trust who’s working in your mouth. Unfortunately they gave Desiree the front desk and she’s the face of the business as far as who you have to interact with. Desiree just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I highly recommend this office for the dental care! You won’t get better care as long as you can hold your breath while dealing with Desiree! I gave a 5 star because the team is worth it!

Casey was my hygienist and was excellent, thorough, gentle, and really took the time to explain what she was doing and why it mattered. Fantastic experience: The dentist and assistant came in on their day off for my treatment. That means a lot to me. The work itself was thorough and comfortable.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would. We researched and chose this dentist for our children. Form the first visit we were skeptical of the way we were being treated. Dr. Endsley repeatedly stated the one of our kids has sleep apnea based on his exam. We visited our pediatrician and an orthodontist to discuss sleep apnea. Neither found any evidence of that. We returned and it came up again. The second time came with a referral to a friend’s practice that could help us with maxillary therapy. It came up again a third time. Our last visit included a change in insurance. We provided the information and staff stated that we needed to pay 40% of the cost of the preventive services. That was after showing them our coverages on the website we sign into. We made the payment in good faith. I talked to our insurance today and they stated that we should not have been required to pay anything, it should all be covered as preventive. I shared the numbers from our receipt with our insurance provider and they stated that they had different numbers for the claim on their end. I addressed it with the clinic and they said that they would just refund it, if we didn’t have to pay it. The whole process feels dishonest. And the yelling across the office to discuss insurance information was the cherry on top for us. We have decided to move on and wish we would have sooner.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so nice and caring. They turn a difficult or scary necessity into a pleasant visit. They also have high tech equipment and explain everything as much as necessary to help you feel comfortable.

Negative experience: I used to have dental fears until I came here. The staff are all amazing and really friendly. The techs are all so gentle and really sweet. I actually look forward to coming and talking to them. Only dental office I’ve ever looked forward going to lol. Edit - it pains me to reset this review and remove my business and other potential veterans business from Forestview, however I don’t think anyone should tolerate such disrespect over the smallest thing. Maybe Keary was having a bad day; I called in because I’m a full time dad and have no babysitters. Retired veteran - my little girls only 2 and she didn’t want to let dad go. I’m not the dad who yells at his kid so I talked her through it and mommy came home to watch her. That put me roughly 10-15 min behind. I fully understand that my spot can be given away, or even that they may say no. Which is why as soon as I got in my truck I called in. Keary awsnered the phone politely as they always do, cheerful but professional and it sounds like they are hard at work. However I told Keary sorry I couldn’t get my daughter off my leg lol. She said well how far are you away ? I said I’m 10-15 behind and I live almost 30 min away. This is where her tone changed and she said well, I have to give your spot away to the next person at 15 minutes because they have been waiting. I fully get that, I’m only coming in for a quick cleaning but hey, no big deal not the hill to die on. For me anyway. So me being just going down my street as I just called in, I said I have no idea what traffic is like, so maybe it’s best I just reschedule. She said “ up to you “, I said yeah okay well i just don’t knows on the road ahead so let’s reschedule. After all it’s just a clean. She scoffed and said “ Yeah “ and slammed the phone. You could quite literally hear the phone going into the receiver nice and firm. Well, I called back and spoke to Desiree, who was very polite and professional. However what made them lose my business was this - instead of taking accountability for her actions, she lied right to Desiree’s face to save her skin. Now, where I’m from and how I grew up that’s unacceptable. Veterans - I wouldn’t go here if you tolerate disrespect. 99 percent of the staff are great, but if you can’t even reschedule an appointment and have a civil conversation it’s prob not the spot for you.
