Fantastic experience: Updating this review: every time, these kind folks have done a great job. Thorough, efficient, very kind and funny staff from a variety of backgrounds. They don't do work if it's not needed, but when there is more to do, they have been very detailed as to why and what insurance will/will not cover. Very relaxing experience today. Updating to 2026, having been a patient for a few years now, these guys are absolutely fantastic. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and highly skilled. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Impressed! Nicest staff ever (big thank you to the front desk folks/Ikran/Crystal and both Dr. Safiya are wonderful)! This is not your typical, stuffy/carpet tile/office furniture kind of spot. It’s very clean, nicely lit— they even give you glasses to wear for the overhead light while cleaning. Positive experience: I needed an emergency dental visit I had a cracked tooth and it needed to be extracted? I hate dentists, I'd never go but this place made me feel comfortable and they extracted the tooth with such finesse I didn't even know they had finished. definitely going to go back.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of chronic health issues, and that includes dental. Feeling comfortable, and like i'm not being judged terribly helps me take better care of myself. Crystal clean was able to get me in next-day for an abscessed tooth i'd been living with, when it popped, i reached out. they had it extracted less than 24 hours later. the dentist, safiya, was so confident and made me feel like i was in good hands. her communication was incredibly comforting and it's healed up with no issues. aisha was so so naturally friendly and sweet and comfortable, and honestly she is a huge part why i will be returning.

Emely is a sweetheart and would make a fortune if tipping was appropriate she’s firm when needed, which I appreciate. My 3-year-old had a dental emergency right before bedtime, and even though she had never been a patient there before, they were able to see us the very next morning. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly gentle and child-friendly. Despite the stressful situation, this was an amazing first experience at the dentist for my daughter. Fantastic experience: This is the best dental practice in the metro and the best experience I have had seeing a dentist since childhood. I have severe dental anxiety and the hygienist was so kind, informative and gentle during my cleaning which is usually the worst part for me. The dentist was wonderful too. I moved to South Minneapolis but will still be returning for dental care here.

Front counter staff as well as the Dental assistant and Dentist answered any and all of my questions. The service was prompt and professional with a clean environment. After 6 years are my previous dentist & believing that my teeth weren’t being treated as good as they could, I finally went to a new dentist office, Crystal Clean! Surgi took her time with my cleaning and was very detailed orientated! I’ve never had a cleaning so well!!! It felt like a deep cleaning! My old dentist had never used some of the things she used! Negative experience: When I called to schedule my appointment the staff who I initially spoke to was unable to answer many of my questions so I was transferred to someone else. At my appointment, the dental hygienist seemed to be in a rush. Her cellphone continuously rang throughout my appointment and she left halfway through to take a call, again rushing to finish. At the end I was instructed to schedule an appointment for a tooth extraction. When I called the clinic a few days later to make this appointment I was told Crystal Clean never sent over my X-rays or referral…for all of these reasons I won’t return to this office.

Positive experience: They saved me from some of the most excruciating pain I've felt in my life, it only took 8 hours from me calling them to being examined. Even though it was a sinus infection, they handled it properly and I went back for a cleaning and Hamdi (if I'm spelling that right) was exceptionally polite and professional. But be aware: the second appointment I made was cancelled by them (or their system?) because I confirmed the appointment two hours later than their 3 PM day-before cut off and the person who came in right after me had the exact same experience. Not entirely their fault, and I was able to be seen after waiting for about an hour, but I was surprised they didn't notify me of the cancellation when it was in a sort of gray area. Apart from the front desk, I have no complaints and nothing but gratitude, I recommend them if you're in the area.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental clinic I have ever been to in my life! Dr. Muktar, Mulki, and Soua were all very kind and helpful. I had a filling done here. The numbing process was very easy and painless, the removal of the cavities were very easy, and the contouring process was also very easy. 10/10, best dental clinic I have ever been to in my life.

Negative experience: It wasn’t a pleasant experience with this clinic. I made an appointment for tooth refilling about a month or so ago and I was given the impression that everything for the refilling would be covered by my insurance. They never communicated ahead of my appointment that they had to check with my insurance first for the coverage or at least told me to check with my insurance. Which they never did. So I went in for my appointment and they told me my insurance covered the half and I have to pay the rest which could be the case. But they just didn’t care about their patients and they just want customers so they can bring them business. They never mentioned about my part of the payment while I was making the appointment because they knew I may not undergo the procedure and they would lose their business. Also the day of my appointment, they asked me if I could come at 11 instead of 12 (my original appointment). Which was so odd! Poor communication and ruthless to their customers.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. A family member had an appointment today at 12 PM and waited patiently in the waiting room for over an hour and 10 minutes. When he was finally seen, they said they couldn’t do the cleaning and filling because they “ran out of time”—even though it was confirmed just yesterday. That’s extremely unprofessional. After making someone wait that long, the least they could do is follow through with what was scheduled. Total lack of respect.
