Fantastic experience: After a year going from dentist to dentist we finally found the best dentist family. They are the best people. My husband hasn't ate much in six month waiting for someone to give him to teeth. We had a chicken dinner last night and he had a bowl of cherrios for breakfast, hasn't had that in six month. We are so thankful for Dr. Steve Angell.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Steve. I had bit into an Apple and my tooth broke, vertically. My dentist said she couldn’t put a crown on it as to much broke. I found Angell family on google and had excellent reviews. I called and they said come in so he could see the tooth. After seeing the tooth Dr Steve said l will build up the tooth and put a crown on it. And he did! I will never go to my dentist again. He has great staff, l’m very pleased with the great job he did in just a few hrs. Thankyou

Positive experience: Just went once. Loved it. I wish I could go back. The only bad news is they said they were IN network and the found out they were OUT of network. Then they said they would discount the cleaning bill since it wasnt covered ...but then they didn't. Paid the full bill. Disappointing. My fault for not double checking.

They have the most incredible staff with such great customer service and ensuring their patients are taken care of by sending reminders for appointments and new openings. Fantastic experience: This has been one of the better experiences I’ve had at the dentist. The office is clean and cozy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It had been awhile since I went for a cleaning but they were kind with their approach and not judgmental. I also had to have a crown put in—I didn’t have to wait forever for an appointment and they design and make the crowns in-house. Dr. Steve walked my through everything they were doing. Additionally he was really good about giving me all options and explaining the benefits and drawbacks of them all—I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into the most expensive options, in fact his recommendations were usually the middle of the road options. I’m so happy I found this office and that it’s so close to my house!

Fantastic experience: Oh I don’t even know where to start!! I am terrified of dentists… finally I was in enough pain I scheduled the appointment. When walking in the door the front desk lady was also walking in and she knew exactly who I was. Then I was brought back with no wait at all. Dr Steve and his assistant were amazing they heard my fears and walked me through every process of what was going to happen. While doing the procedure he made sure to tell me every little thing he was doing. Who knew a root canal could be a good experience?! If you need a new dentist. I promise this is the place!

Fantastic experience: I am really happy with the care I’ve received at Angell Family Dentistry. The facilities are very clean and the equipment is clearly top of the line. Dr. Steven Angell is knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a root canal + crown done— the crown was made in-house by Dr. Angell so no waiting. The crown fits perfectly and looks great— much better than crowns I’ve had in the past. The front desk staff, Mariah, remembers you and goes above and beyond with her customer service. The hygienists and assistants are all personable and skilled. The billing team is also super helpful if you have any questions. I highly recommend making Angell Family Dentistry your primary dentist.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a regular cleaning and check up with Dr Angell. Kathy was my hygienist. The entire staff is attentive and professional. I believe they must have very high standards for cleanliness and practice. I appreciate that there is ample parking on a flat surface near the entrance and there are no stairs to climb. They take very good care of me and my teeth!

Dental cleanings are painless, attention to detail, and if you need something like a crown, it is made in house so no waiting! Love this dentist office!

Today I went in w an emergency, they've never seen me before but treated me like a lifelong patient. In my 40 plus years I've never had a better dental experience. Fantastic experience: From the moment I called to ask about seeing new patients until left, every person I came in contact with was friendly and nice. Was seen within 24 hrs of calling i am nervous about Dental visits and had put off going for a few years. No shame, just caring Dr. and staff. I have now had my implant fixed, cavity filled and cleaning done so updating review. Just do it, make the appointment. Awesome staff and I truly believe they offer great care.

Fantastic experience: Had have great experiences at this Dentist!! Been going here for 10+ years now found them when I moved into the area and didn’t want to drive across town for my old dentist office. Love that it’s a small private owned practice and not a huge conglomerate where you are just a #. They always know my name soon as I walk in. The front office lady Mariah is so sweet & helpful. My former hygienist Brittanie was a doll and so gentle. Never once a stabbed or scrapped to where I was in any amount of pain. My new hygienist I had this past Wednesday was just as wonderful - Brittanie decided to be a stay at-home mom … how rude she didn’t get my approval prior to her decision. Both Drs a have been great. Alway answering my questions in a language I can understand (non-medical speech) & always recommending things that are necessary & not just to increase their own pockets. Also never feel degraded or looked down upon because I don’t floss enough. Highly highly recommend!!

Negative experience: I HOPE YOU HAVE LOTS OF MONEY!!!! My main complaint is they would recommend one treatment after another. After spending many thousand dollars, they would just recommend more treatments of various things. One day, without warning me, or asking me, they switched me to Angel's son. Well, I was so upset with not being included in the decision to switch, I decided to go to my fathers dentist. In doing so, I took Angell's recommended treatment items to my fathers dentist. He did full exam and xray and said I do not need any of the items that Angell recommended. IT IS VERY SCARY THAT THERE ARE DENTISTS OUT THERE LIKE ANGELL FAMILY DENTISTRY. Ever since leaving Angell family dentistry I tell people in Heights about Angell and what my father's dentist said about the recommended treatment the billing lady at Angell gave me.

Fantastic experience: I found the clinic to be friendly and accommodating. They were very professional in their approach to my need(s) to get my problem(s) resolved..I felt I was in capable hands throughout the process.

Fantastic experience: Both doctors are on top of the latest in dental technology and meticulously plan the details for each treatment. Most of the dental prosthetics are produced in the office while you wait. The craftsmanship is top notch! The doctors are very personable and engage in excellent conversation while efficiently attending to the needs of multiple concurrent patients. The dental hygienists are knowledgeable and efficient as well as warm and engaging. The front office staff take care of all of the insurance billing transactions and always provide a warm welcome.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience! We drive from Otsego MN to go to them! They are wonderful with my kids! The staff is friendly! We found out last year our insurance wasn’t going to fully cover us anymore. We were going to switch, but we decided it was worth staying and having to pay a little! They know our history and have taken care of my kids from the beginning! Thanks for all you do!
