Fantastic experience: Receptionist Charlene welcomed me and I had no wait before Al came to bring me back to the chair. Summer’s cleaning and cleaning procedure was gentle and thorough. I also was seen by Dr. Pham, who alerted me that she is watching one particular tooth and to contact her if I had any problem. My experiences at this dental clinic have always been positive, thorough and timely. Good service from a team who obviously love their work.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment here this week and it was a delightfully pleasant experience. Dr. Pham was great and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Unlike previous dentist experiences, I did not feel judged or shamed whatsoever throughout the appointment. I felt joy from every staff member and felt welcomed. On top of the good appointment, they were the quickest and soonest availability after reaching out to about a dozen offices. Very thankful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pham is an exceptional dentist who takes a conservative approach to dental care and is great with calming anxious patients. I have complete trust in her work and expertise. The team always walked me through my X-rays and pointed out the areas that were starting to show signs of enamel decay, but could be preserved or reversed with proper care. When a filling was finally necessary, Dr Pham and Lenny were patient, encouraging, and expertly efficient. (Nitrous also available here by request.) All the staff here are delightful, highly competent, and clearly enjoy their work. Charlene is especially helpful at making sense of dental insurance! This is a modern, clean, and comfortable clinic. All the rooms have natural light, and they even put TVs on the ceilings to distract you from the work getting done. I love this clinic and was a patient for 4 years while living in Roseville before moving!

Fantastic experience: I had one crown repaired and one replaced on dental implants. The implants were completed elsewhere in the country. One crown separated from the implant and was reattached. The second crown broke on the abutment and was replaced. The dental care with Dr Pham and her team was excellent. They scheduled me quickly, the procedural care was superb. The planning for the repairs was fully explained. These two episodes of care could not have gone better. Both instances greatly exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: My dad is 92, and they catered to his aches and pains, took time with him and were patient with his slowness, adjusted his pillow, raised his back all for his comfort. When he left, he told me no less than 4 times, maybe more that "they were great", "theyre funny", " I don't mind going back now". Which is great as he needs 2 more fillings.

Fantastic experience: I was just there yesterday 2/27/24 for a cleaning, xrays, and check up. I still would not go any place else. This is an excellent and cariing dental practice. My last crown, last year, was done in office, same appointment, and fitted very carefully. My previous review three years ago...They got me in immediately for an urgent nasty toothache today and took care of it on the spot. I've been going there for decades and Dr Pham, who took over from Dr Bomberg a few years ago, has a really gentle touch. That is very appreciated when the novoacaine wears off. So far, for regular check ups, cleanings, fillings, an implant, and today's emergency, I am really happy with this practice.

Fantastic experience: I never went to Hamline Dental when it was Snelling Dental so I can only write about my experience at their new location on Hamline Avenue. I was hesitant to go there because I liked my old dental practice (which was only a few blocks away). Unfortunately, my insurances no longer fully covered my previous dentist so I had to find some place new. I'm glad I was able to find a dental practice that was close to my house and had wonderful dentists. The people are lovely, the dentists are nice, and I don't ever feel rushed, pushed to do a procedure, or guilty about my teeth. I highly recommend this practice and hope they don't ever move locations. Dr. Pham and Dr. Bomberg are great to work with and have wonderful beside manner. If you're able to get in, I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Everyone in the office is kind, professional and works hard to make sure my kids are happy and have great teeth! Recently my youngest fell and hit her teeth hard. Fantastic experience: I moved to Minneapolis last summer and did a Goggle search to find dental care. I’m planning on going out of the country for several weeks this summer and was concerned about getting an appointment for routine dental care and possible follow up care if needed. I was given an appointment at Hamline Family Dental and was told they would try to get me in earlier if something opened up. Today, they were able to see me almost two months earlier than my original appointment which leaves adequate time for the additional care I need. Everyone I encountered was excellent. Besides the excellent care I received, there was music and a massaging examination chair! I highly recommend this practice.

They are very fast and make scheduling and getting into appointments very easy. The dental hygienists are always very friendly and gentle, making sure I am comfortable during routine cleanings. Fantastic experience: Will never go to another dentist again, lol. Dr. Pham and Co. are very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding and proactive about dentist anxiety. I had some pretty serious dental trauma years ago with a dentist in NYC, it involved some botched caps, several root canals, and ten thousand dollars, so going to the dentist gives me literal panic attacks. I told them this story my first time in the office, and they went out of their way to make me comfortable. I've had two fillings and a couple cleanings done now at Hamline Family Dental and they have been as smooth and painless as could be. Dr. Pham gave me great advice about my teeth sensitivity (it's gone now!), and they are generous with the nitrous oxide. Also Charlene at the front desk is a wizard, she's so efficient it's like a superpower.
