Fantastic experience: These folks are great. Seriously. Best dental experiences I have ever had. I feel very comfortable. Very nice nice, highly skilled, staff. Latest technology makes treatment fast and easy. I have had several crowns and root canals, and always as pleasant and easy going as possible.

They can afford having only a contract with Delta Dental Premier, rather than regular Delta Dental, because they are so good.

Fantastic experience: I went to Saint City Dental for the first time today, and I honestly didn’t know a dental visit could feel this incredible—let alone luxurious. From the moment I parked and walked into the building, I was welcomed with genuine kindness and attention. The administrative staff, doctor, and hygienist were all extremely professional and friendly. My dental hygienist, Bonnie, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time, explained each step as she went, and checked in with me throughout the cleaning. She was thorough, gentle, and truly caring. This was hands-down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend scheduling your next dental visit at Saint City Dental!

Negative experience: Dentist is amazing, unfortunately he's supported by some truly unethical, poorly trained techs and the worst medical practice front office staff I've ever experienced. Hard to believe how bad the customer service is.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I lost a filling and was left with a very large hole in my tooth, possibly even a fracture. Coincidentally, I had a teeth cleaning scheduled two days later, but the cleaning itself felt outdated and poorly done — using a metal scraping tool and not even cleaning under my bridge. I began waking up at night with a dull, persistent tooth pain. I called the office in the morning asking if my appointment could be moved earlier due to the pain. I was told there was “no way” — all dentists were booked, no cancellations available, and not even a waiting list. I was expected to wait another 10 days despite obvious dental pain. I contacted another dental clinic the same day and was given an appointment for the very next morning. This experience showed a lack of concern for patient comfort and urgency, as well as outdated care. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office.

Negative experience: They can't get me in for a cleaning for 4 mounts. Go elsewhere - not helpful

Fantastic experience: Had my first dental appointmnent today since the start of the Covid pandemic and I was impressed by how well prepared the dental office was. Face masks and shields, sanitizer, symptom screening, social distancing, room air filtration, new aerosol vacuum machine, etc. I really felt that the staff has taken the safety of patients (and themselves) very seriously. No problem going back.

Fantastic experience: December 11th. That day was my opportunity to receive care in Saint City Dental’s brand new facility. Though I miss aspects of the prior site…the same personable people are now installed in a much deserved, bright and spacious site. The warmth of personal attention carries on. A building is just a building, otherwise. Sarah is my mainstay, and I met with Dr. Abrahamson, there on temporary fill-in duty… “Doc in a Box?” Congrats on your upgrade. Here’s to the future. And Congrats Dr. McCarthy…welcome to your daughter!

Fantastic experience: I had a terrible tooth ache which developed over holidays. I left a message and was promptly called back on the next business day. Dr. Thomas was able to see me at 2 pm the same afternoon and took xrays. The pain was caused by sinus infection. Everybody is always cordial and timely at this office. I appreciate that Dr Thomas is always thorough and not rushed. I trust him wholeheartedly as his advice has always been in my best interest

Negative experience: I brought my two teenage children for a check-up. Somewhat disappointed that no one from the dental team accompanied either one out to the lobby at the end of the appointment to let me know how things went. Everything was fine, but I still appreciate hearing that from the adult in charge of their care.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentistry at Saint City Dental. My hygienist was fun to talk to and we had some good laughs. Dr. gave me some tips on how to make my tongue less sore by using a different toothpaste. The whole thing was painless. I'm moving 45 minutes away and though I will change docs, I will stay with Saint City and make the drive. They are that good.

Positive experience: I have been going to SCD for many years and its been great up until the last two times and its making me think about changing Clinics. They are growing and getting bigger which means longer wait times in the waiting room which is very small and crowded, and longer wait times for the dentist and you don't always see the same one anymore. Two gals at the desk and I couldn't get a printed reciept for my payment, they emailed me a link to do it myself. Not a fan anymore.
