Fantastic experience: I was getting ready for work early morning and my bottom denture cracked right in half as I was brushing them how horrible I was just frantic I called affordable dentures they were the ones that made them they said get here before 8:30 and we can fix them you will have them back by one how wonderful that was they were great there no charge I didn't have to go very long without them in my mouth how wonderful that felt and they were so super nice about making sure that I was important to them I'm so glad I had my dentures made there . They save the day thank you so much you guys are wonderful .

You helped me get through the toughest part of the whole thing, getting rid of bad and unhealthy teeth. You were there for me when emotion takes over and held my hand and reminded me things will be better when the journey is complete. The instructions were simple and easy to follow and your office was available to answer my questions when I was healing. Every adjustment with the temporary set helped me begin to eat right again. Now that I have had my final set I finally eat real food and I feel much better. At some point I will be able to go all on 4 and I know the process will be smooth because you will be the professionals I choose. Fantastic experience: Love ❤️ Leah....knowledgeable, friendly and a sweetheart. But I was very upset to find out my dentures; which costed thousands need replacement as wore down. I got them 1/21. The high quality I thought I was paying for is just the opposite. I used to highly recommend you but not anymore. I know people with the same dentures for many years.

Positive experience: This is the third time a tooth has broke free from my denture. It is under warranty, so it doesn't cost me anything besides having to take a day off from work, getting a hotel room for the night before my appointment so I can be there at 8am. I also have to drive my truck six hours. It frustrates me that, after spending $11,000, I'm having to go through this. I don't understand why I can't go to any, Affordable Dentures, to make the necessary repairs and still be under warranty.

I just had a budget for some small dental work done and that’s exactly what they did for me. They never pushed me into more dental work that I couldn’t afford. The staff is welcoming and genuine. Everything is clean and they have up-to-date technology and every step is made easy. There is no pressure and everything is explained. Fantastic experience: My husband very much needed an upper denture. He went in today for extractions at the office in West St. Paul. I thought the receptionist was excellent, So friendly, helpful and caring. Everything was so efficient, the nurse gave great post op instructions. The nurse was very caring and answered all our added questions. Dr. B. Sim was kind and friendly. If someone is postponing getting dentures, this is the place to go. Prices seemed reasonable. Negative experience: I was wearing a Trump bracelets rye surgeon came in twice asking the fella not there anymore what was taking him so long, he was intentionally torturing me. He took to long, over an hour, the horrible shots you get to numb had well worn off, I ran out of the office as fast as I could. Thousands of dollars, tens of thousands and I was intentionally tortured.

Negative experience: My implants were put in less than a year ago, I am lactose intolerant and less than a year ago X-rays showed no deterioration, my bottom right implant hurt like a cavity when it was drilled in and sat up much higher than the rest, it was paid for, now pulling my bottom teeth out to clean them terrified me, because that much higher sitting implant popped out, the surgeon told me my gaw bone was deteriorating, ya think he’d refer me to the partner he has that does permanent teeth, $30,000 teeth was paid for; but not caring about anyone but the money they get, he told me my gaw bone is deteriorating, blamed me and didn’t give me a permanent option, I can’t drink milk, and on my own I decided to take calcium with vitamin d, also they kept my implant and my little gold,top.careless ,if my gaw bone is deteriorating why leave me with teeth I have to keep taking out, that is only going to hurts worse

Negative experience: I went in to get my permanant set of dentures. I have not worn my temporaries for months because they wont stay in. I got my appt and was asked if I had my temporary set with me. I stated I was not told I needed to bring them or I would have. The tech was VERY rude and made me feel anxious and uncomfortable. The made it clear if the impressions she takes are not right it wont be her fault because I didnt bring my temp. Set with me. I was disappointed and also was told it was an hour appt. I drove an hr and 15 minutes to get there and my appt was 13 minutes long. UNREAL!!!!

Negative experience: Went there and explained that I need and said I would pay for what I want. But they wouldn't do it. It had to be their way even though I'm the one paying. So they're very poor on customer satisfaction.

Negative experience: Staff were nice.. but I drove an hour to see if this place was any more “affordable” than other places I had consults with. It was in a strip mall (no biggie) but I was handed a paper with a couple options for an implant. The guy left and I thought he was going to look at the scan to see what option I needed (the other places already did scans/ free of cost, and confirmed no bone grafting was needed). I was led out to the front and handed a paper with the figures on it. In order to see what option would be needed, I’d have to pay almost $300 to have the scan done. The price was basically the same for a nice/ professional building, who already did the scan for free. Sat me down in an office/ explained everything professionally to me. I just didn’t have that same exp. Here. Instead I just had the doc slug my arm after anything funny was said (nice guy), but I didn’t feel very comfortable there. I’d rather pay $300 more and go to a legit/ nice place who made me feel very welcome and made sure I understood everything completely. I keep hearing about “sales” on the commercials. No sales were presented to me either.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing business with Affordable Dentures for years and been very happy with the service I've received. This was my first visit to this location and, so far, I am pleased with the service I habe received. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating.

Negative experience: I got my dental implants here in 2019 this place has changed .. And not for the better . I did not get to see Bradley all , the assistant nurse takes over from the get-go decides what you're going to get and what you need . She was not very helpful, and also very r rude. After replacing the Rings in my implants she got very upset when I said they were still wobbly. She told me they were supposed to be like that. She got upset at any questions that were asked . I asked why she put the same size in that took out because I came to get the Rings replaced with smaller ones. The denture was still wobbly. She tried to convince me it was supposed to be that way . I was told I will need a new $4,000 denture every 2 years. She said that is the only way I am going to get stable dentures . Unless I go have screw in Dentures put in . This is for implants that I already have. She even told me to go ahead and find a different affordable dentures. I would not recommend this place anymore. In my opinion her attitude is ruining the business. I gave this place five stars in 2019 I only give them one star now because you can't give zero and the receptionist was nice. I have since found out that you can have the post and the e n b u n k m e n t s tightened you don't always just get the Rings replaced. This is something they don't tell you

Fantastic experience: I went in to have the rubber seals replaced. I hadn’t been to their clinic since I changed my phone number. I also seen a different dentist in the same system prior to my phone number change. So they didn’t have my current contact information. They tried to contact but were unable to. Long story short. I didn’t have an appointment to be seen yet I showed up. They worked me in when I refused to leave without being seen. I drive over an hour to see this particular dentist. He happens to be my absolute favorite. Dr. Sim is an amazing dentist. He is worth my time to drive a distance to see him.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service! The workers there listen to your concerns and are very helpful when coming up with options and they are honest about what you can expect. They do not try to push more expensive options on you.

Negative experience: In January of 2019, my father received upper dentures from this facility. At the time, my father was 69 years old and on blood thinners. I should've been more diligent as his daughter in asking more questions and ensuring this place was thorough & professional and not what they ended up being; which was neglectful. My Dad walked out of that appointment with a bloody mouth and dentures that hurt. As the day went on and my father's mouth continued to bleed, I called this facility three times and each time I was met by the rude receptionist who was obviously annoyed by my calls and continued the same rhetoric "some bleeding after the procedure is normal", no matter how many times I told her it was not normal. The next day my father was brought by ambulance to the emergency room with a giant blood clot in his new dentures (they called it a pancake) and his blood pressure bottoming out from the blood loss. The doctor missed a stitch in my father's mouth. My father who was on blood thinners. I'm writing this review today because I just received an email from this awful place, for my Dad, who passed away 4 years ago. I should've written this immediately after it happened. We should've sued too.

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist commented that my affordable Dentures were the most natural looking Dentures he's seen. I shared the price I paid and he said that was thousands less than the other large providers. The staff is friendly and patient. I feel I've made the right choice going with AD&I.

Negative experience: Make sure the doctor does your final denture fitting and your adjustments. The assistant is not supposed to be delivering your dentures or making any type of adjustments to your finals only your temps is she supposed to adjust. The dr allows the assistant to deliver finals for dentures implants ect while he is not in the office and do adjustments and she is practicing out of her functions as a licensed restorative dental assistant legally.

Negative experience: I went in for a consultation to get my dentures re-lined. I got called back 1/2 hour after my appt time. The nurse xrayed & looked at dentures & told me that the doctor would recommend replacement. I told her I had no intention of replacing them at this point & left. Not what I went in for. She did not try to stop me, so I do not think they would have re-lined.

Negative experience: I had appointment with they for 3 weeks i didn’t go the first appointment and i go on the 3 rd appointment and they where very rude they don’t let me in the nurse in front desk was rud and i pay 80 dollars for the taxi i come back to my home with out seeing the doctor

Positive experience: I guess 7:30 in the morning isn't a good time to arrive there. The receptionist at the front desk to the left was pretty dry. And it seems like she needed to just reset. Dr. Sims was great. A barrel of laughs And I told him about the receptionist and how she needed to just reset. He said thank you. I'll use that word going forward and we laughed. She brought the paperwork to my room and once again was very short. In the middle of me talking cutting me off. She was just unpleasant. If it was that I only was seeing the doctor I would have rated this five. But due to the interactions with the receptionist, I think I'm going to rate this three.

Positive experience: I had an appointment today to have my implants checked and completed, also had impressions done for my new permanent dentures. I was nervous, but everyone there put me at ease, and I appreciate Dr. Sims sense of humor! Everything went well. My only thought is, I wish they would give better advice as to when I get home what to do if I have discomfort, other than taking painkillers. Over all very good.

Positive experience: It’s taken so long to get my real dentures. 7 months so far and they’re running behind so it will take another 8 weeks or more. The girl that does the front desk and helps the dentist is terrible to work with. The dentist is very friendly but she needs customer service training. You can’t ask her a question without her getting snippy and jumping all over you. Bad customer service.

Fantastic experience: I went to affordable at the west St. Paul location in 2022. They are all very nice, make you feel comfortable and have been quick with my whole process! I had a crack and they were able to squeeze me in within 2 days, plus fixed it for me the same day! Will continue to go to that location for implants as well. Highly recommend this location!

Positive experience: The first time I was, there was a terrible experience with both the help and the dentist being very crabby and not much help. I knew what I needed so could basically Tell them what I wanted. The next three times I went there things were a lot better. Never saw the dentist again, but I had a young lady that was quite helpful. the receptionists that were there were exceptional !!The dentures I got fit great and look even better than the last ones I got there. The price and quality are both terrific and strongly recommend affordable dentures.

Negative experience: I believe the quality of the denture is good, but the quality of the technician is something to be improved on. After sitting an hour after my scheduled appointment I was finally seen. When I questioned her about the reason for the long delay, she was rude and seemed to talk to me like I was a toddler. Positive experience: I love the staff, they are very friendly. Only issue I have so far is that my teeth always show when I talk. My old teeth were covered by my lips when I talked before. Hopefully it can be just adjusted, otherwise I'm not sure if they would charge me to re-craft it so the teeth aren't so exposed.

Negative experience: After one week of new dentures I needed an adjustment on a part that was rubbing and very painful. After multiple requests they refused to help me until 3 weeks had gone by. I avoided leaving my house because it was Too painful to have the dentures in. Knowing what I know I wouldn’t go here .

Negative experience: They won't treat my aunt because she was in a wheelchair and couldn't stand up for the x-ray of her teeth. They don't have the equipment to treat people like her.
