I brought my auntie in for her appointment, and the entire team was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Dr. Elmi was amazing he was very kind, patient, and professional. Fantastic experience: Going to a dentist for me was never fun, so other than regular brushing, my teeth were neglected. I had a rear upper molar, that probably could’ve had a root canal a year ago, fracture on me, and became very painful over the weekend. I contacted the Saint Paul location on Monday , as it was closer to me. They were able to set a time for me on Tuesday at 11 AM. After my exam, it became apparent that we wouldn’t be able to save the tooth. They were able to accommodate my tooth removal on the same day at their Burnsville location. The extraction process was brutal, but it was performed with professional care and empathy. I was without dental insurance and they were able to work with the limited coverage that I had, without it being an issue.

Fantastic experience: I called this place randomly looking for a new dentist office since we moved and now that I moved away from the area I still drive 25 minutes to come see them.. From the services to the staff I LOVE IT HERE . The owners are amazing and have some great prices for the whole year. They also have an indoor playground for the kids 10/10 experience everytime I go & they actually care about your teeth and do follow up calls.

Fantastic experience: Perfect every stage of dealing with All About Dentistry. The Somalis who worked on me understood English fluently, which was a plus. I heard some Somalis working with a Somali client and it seemed to go well.

Positive experience: The staff is always kind and professional. But I only gave 4 stars because during a procedure (bridge w/crown) I had to be numbed several. several times which was uncomfortable and painful. The process of installing the temporary crown wasn’t bad however. I do trust these guys wholeheartedly and would recommend. My son goes to the Burnsville location due to insurance and I’m very happy with their services.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The office was clean and well organized, and the appointment ran on time. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit and would definitely recommend this office to others.

Fantastic experience: Front office ladies are so nice and willing to help in any way they can. All of the back office staff is so kind sociable making you feel comfortable. I come with a bundle of kids and they are always more than willing to socialize with them chat with them even if I'm their patient or one of my children or other patient they're willing to talk to everybody who is in the room during the cleaning. The hygienist to the doctors are seamless in their care. Bonus there's a little indoor jungle gym for kiddos to climb in to get their wiggles out while waiting. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: What I was looking for most in a dentist’s office after putting off care for a few years was a place that was friendly and caring. These folks absolutely hit that mark! The office manager absolutely stands out as a highlight, she problem solves with such care and compassion and has such a positive demeanor it made me feel calmer. I had an initial exam and then got 7 cavities filled here and would highly recommend them for anyone nervous about seeing a dentist!

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen a few dentists over the years, and All About Dentistry has been the best experience I’ve had. I’ve been in twice now, and each time they were friendly, quick to get me in, and made everything feel easy (at the dentist!). While I was in the chair, everyone was really kind, super considerate, and explained what was happening as they went. I’d never had a crown before, so I really appreciated the time they took to walk me through it The doctor and her team are wonderful people who genuinely care about their patients. From both a service and human perspective (i.e., charity work before hours for people in need), they’re one of the best in the Twin Cities. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

But here oh boy I hadn't realize how fast a dentist appointment could be! The people here are amazing and are so kind and wonderful. Fantastic experience: If I could give more than five stars, I totally would! My Five-year-old has extreme fear of the dentist! And they made him feel so comfortable and happy he opened his mouth so wide for them! The assistant and the main dentist Were so kind and understanding! I myself have always had a fear of the dentist in this place really changed my mind and gave me hope! They also have a place for the kids in the waiting room how extra and amazing! Fantastic experience: This is the best dentistry I've been to. They're very kind and gentle when working on all of my dental needs. I have had a facial cavity worked on today and I am extremely impressed with how near perfect the result had came out. They did a great job of numbing prior and distracting beforehand and during the needle injection. They're teeth cleaning and polishing was also quick and accommodating to my cares and concerns. I would recommend them to any family or friend and I give them a solid 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: I went to all about dentistry because there was a short wait time, and they accepted my medical assistance insurance. Following an appointment for a standard cleaning, I have been nothing but impressed. The staff took care of navigating insurance approval for extra services I needed to protect my teeth from night grinding. They have kept me updated every step of the way, and they have good hours that are accessible for most work schedules. All the employees I have met are professional and kind and make you feel welcome, even if you haven't been to the dentist in a while. Sure, it's a bit of a drive for me, but with the quality of care I have received so far, I won't be changing dentists anytime soon.

Fantastic experience: I've been looking for a dentist for 9 months because my insurance is through the government no dentists are accepting those types of people. Luckily I was able to find all about dentistry located in West St Paul, from what I gather this is a family dentistry, the customer service was phenomenal, The staff was truly amazing and the best part is if you are in emergency need of a dentist show up on Monday mornings be the first in line at 8:00 a.m. they take the first three people in line on an emergency basis regardless of your insurance. Yes that's right they will not discriminate against you and turn you away because you have government insurance. I did have to wait approximately 4 hours but I was able to get my wife and daughter seen the same day. And this wonderful playground built inside makes it that much easier if you are waiting with children. I was also served a cup of complimentary coffee while I waited.

Fantastic experience: All 3 doctors at this clinic have worked on my teeth and made me feel exceptionally great each time. I’ve been coming here since they opened a few years back. I have to shoutout to the new dentist on site, Dr.Fong who worked really well with my anxiety and helped me manage any pain. He explained thoroughly his steps each time which helped as well. Love love this team! My only feedback for improvement is that since the patient network has grown tremendously, I think the schedule needs to be managed a little more strategically so that the dentists don’t seem like they’re scrambling between each patient. From a patient POV, it can seem like they’re rushing and don’t have enough time to give the attention to details for each person. The care I have received has been great but I can imagine it can be frustrating or nerve wracking for patients that need more time and explanation from the dentists.

Fantastic experience: Have you had bad past experiences at the dentist?, do you put off the dentist out of fear of judgement? Look no further All About dentistry will restore your faith in dentistry. I went years avoiding the dentist for all the above reasons. Totally lacking in proper oral hygiene. My first appointment I was met with smiles, kindness, understanding and 0 judgement. I never imagined I would enjoy going to the dentist. Fast forward 3 years and I feel so much more confident in my smile and since I was given non judgemental encouragement and support I have much improved how I take care of my oral hygiene. Thank you to all the staff at All About Dentistry who have given me my confidence back!
