Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Metro Dentalcare since I was a child and I have never had a bad experience. Specifically today, I had a positive experience as I found out I had developed a cavity. All of the staff were really kind and I wanted to especially mention my dental hygienist Rachel because she was very sweet and compassionate.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing this group of dentists for over 20+ years. They are the most welcoming, informative, and do their job to the best degree. I have never had issues here and they are so wonderful to work with! Will continue going here always! Thanks for all you do for us!

Fantastic experience: Overall great experience. They are professional, good at what they do, and stand by their work. I have a small filling from a chipped tooth that they filled - there was a small cosmetic flaw , they didn't ask questions or try to dodge the issue, they simply said well take care of it for you to make it right.

Fantastic experience: Laurie the dental hygienist is great to work with. Very friendly and considerate. Check in was quick and short wait time. I didn’t have to wait weeks for my treatment to happen.

Positive experience: My dental care here is okay but my concerns are with their customer service. They have issues with billing correctly. They also don’t return calls when they say they will. Very frustrating to work with causing me to consider changing dentists!

Negative experience: I had scheduled my appointment six months ago, in January. I had to use time off, they canceled on me four days before the appointment, in June. They did offer the next day, but I’m busy so they offered in December. I’m not waiting another six months to be canceled on again. The receptionist was very nice about this.

Although it's getting frustrating that the whole industry is having a difficult time finding hygentists which is delaying cleanings, I understand. My dentist is Dr. Haas who is not only very professional but personal, I will miss him as he is retiring at the end of the year.

Fantastic experience: My Nugent was so so sweet. I have awful anxiety with the Dentist and she helped with being so kind and non judgmental.

Fantastic experience: I felt HEARD. My hygienist responded with trauma informed care. Not sure if her response was from training or organic, but it was effective, none-the-less. I have PTSD and have had traumatic dental experiences. I used to need a prescription for Xanax and valacyclovir for each dental appointment. I was experiencing gum sensitivity issues prior to the appointment. She used gingicaine during the cleaning and reminded me to be kind to myself when I forget to floss. This was EXACTLY the type of care I needed. My dentist was equally kind.

Negative experience: The hygienist Kate was great. However, the check in experience was not. Why was my insurance changed to an insurance company that I don't even have a clue about?!I never asked for it to be changed and nobody noticed me it had changed. It kinda freightems me the lapse in security that allowed for my insurance provider information to be changed - without my knowledge. In today's security concise technology driven world, this is not acceptable. Furthermore, it led the receptionist to comment that as a result, I would be responsible out of pocket for the full price of services.

Positive experience: The staff was friendly and helpful, but, it felt like the visit was very rushed and didn't have enough time.

Negative experience: My dental hygienist did the best job and truly took time on my teeth. My last cleaning appointment I feel I was totally rushed along . My only disappointment is I pay extra on my insurance for the 6 month cleaning and I couldn't even reschedule a cleaning for 6 months out even though I have been with Metro Dental for quite some time as a patient.
