Fantastic experience: Perfect dentist office to bring the littest members of your family! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a warm smile, plenty of things to keep the littles entertained while waiting for their turn, knowledgeable hygienist and Drs. We have always had a great experience at Maple Grove Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Both of my kids young and older had the great experience at Maple Grove Pediatric Dentistry. Dr Matt is very kind and thoughtful, takes his time to talk to both kids and parents. I never felt rushed. The set up is comfortable for kids (rooms can be connected for siblings) and waiting area is very entertaining for kids. Also very clean throughout the office. Highly recommended! Forgot to add that we got free kids meals from Canes for having no cavities!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has always been anxious at the dentist. Dr. Matt and staff have such a calming presence that she just sat back in the chair and got everything done without any negations or anxiety. 100% recommend.

Negative experience: This place is terrible. They take forever to respond to any requests. Tell them you have a child.thar is in pain from a tooth, 2 weeks later you might get a response. When you finally are seen, they find any possible reason to not treat the patient. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! We are traveling from out of state and when our child began experiencing dental pain, we didn’t know where to go. This office got us in the following day and were able to complete a needed tooth extraction the same day. We are SO appreciative of Dr. Matt and his staff. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Fantastic experience: An Absolute Lifesaver for Toddlers! (5/5 Stars) After a not-so-positive first experience at a regular dental office, we brought my almost three-year-old son to see Dr. Matt. Impressed is a massive understatement! It was well worth the two-hour drive from our home. Easy Scheduling: The online booking process is an absolute breeze, and we were able to get an appointment quickly. Amazing Environment: Dr. Matt and his team have created a welcoming, positive, and incredibly clean environment where my son felt instantly comfortable. Compassionate Care: When a few toddler tears inevitably happened during the exam, the staff remained calm, patient, and deeply compassionate. Great Communication: Dr. Matt is highly personable and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Needless to say, we have already scheduled his 6-month follow-up and will be bringing his little sister here too! Well worth the two hour drive one way from our home!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, so far we love it here. We attempted to do the laughing gas when our kiddo needed work and it just didn't work but they were so patient with our highly emotional daughter. We ended up doing anesthesia and it went so smoothly. Everyone communicated with us from start to finish and she had no complications after the work was done. We will continue to visit this office.

Fantastic experience: We have tried for YEARS to get our terrified newly tuned 5 year to sit in the chair and have an exam. Finally, today he didn’t with this dentistry! They did amazing and the were no tears and a few hew toys.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! I just brought my 15 month old for his first dentist appointment. The environment was very calm and had lots of toys for him to play with. I was very impressed and loved that he got a certificate for his first visit.

Fantastic experience: They did a good job. I brought all three of my kids at the same time and it was only about 1 hour 10 minutes with X-rays for my older kiddos. They are 19 months, 10 years and 13 years old. My older kids hadn't been to the dentist in over five years because of traumatic experiences previously. I will definitely be going back. Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience bringing our daughter in for her very first dental appointment today. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and the whole process went so smoothly. The office is extremely welcoming for little ones — the toys in the lobby and exam rooms are perfect for tots and made the visit feel fun instead of intimidating. Our daughter loved it, especially the pop-it toy she received from Dr. Matt! We’re already looking forward to her next appointment, and I’m so excited to add her first dental visit certificate to her baby scrapbook. Highly recommend for families with young children!

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about this dental office! They saw my 8-year-old, my almost-7-year-old, and my almost-5-year-old, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. They’re incredibly transparent and upfront about everything—they even checked with my insurance before doing any services. My son needed sealants on his molars, and they made sure it was fully covered before moving forward, which I really appreciated. What meant the most to me was how they treated my middle child, who is neurodivergent and very sensory. He has had a bad experience at a different dentist a few years ago and was really anxious. He wouldn’t sit in the chair, and instead of forcing anything, they let me hold him and worked with him however he felt comfortable—even in the funny little positions he chose. They gave him constant positive praise and truly met him where he was at. The entire staff was patient, kind, understanding, and just amazing all around. I couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about kids and families, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Searching for a new dentist can be a daunting task especially having 2 littles who are equally excited and scared. I called and less than 24 hours had an appointment for our daughter who had been having some teeth trouble. While at the appointment the super friendly staff calmed all the emotions. They communicated very effectively to the kids in what they were doing and to me at the end. They had the ability to squeeze in our two year old ! Everything was great and the kids enjoyed their little toys and stickers!! Dr. Matt and his staff made a daunting task enjoyable and rewarding! Thank you so much for leaving such a great first impression to this lifelong experience! As you can read, this will be our new dentist hopefully for as long as they will have us! My daughter has a rather complicated dental and orthodontic situation and Dr. Matt was the first to identify the need for a comprehensive plan between him, our orthodontist, and an oral surgeon. He has made sure to keep this pre-teen girl feeling confident about her teeth and her smile. My kids look forward to their visits and I’m thankful for his expertise!

Fun play/waiting area and tv screens on the ceiling in the treatment rooms that made it enjoyable and unique for my kids. Dr. Matt is great with kids and I’m grateful we found him.

Fantastic experience: I love how welcoming the whole staff is! All of them call us by name and very inviting and friendly. Mr. Matt is very gentle and kind. He listens before he speaks and very supportive. Thank you for all that you do!

Negative experience: This is a nice friendly office and it’s fine if all you need is your yearly cleanings. The dentist doesn’t want to do any dental work. My son needed two baby teeth pulled and after 3 separate billed visits for this issue he made a lame half attempt and then just gave up. The dentist we brought him to was able to do the job in about 5 minutes. If you need any actual dental work Dr. Matt is not up for the job. He wants to do his 45 second check ups and not much more.

Fantastic experience: They are very welcoming and make an effort to see all four children closely together, so I don't have to wait too long between each appointment. This makes it a lot easier, and I appreciate this very much.

Fantastic experience: So pleased with the care my two sons received at Maple Grove pediatric dentistry! We have been coming here for nearly 3 years and the quality of care and appropriate treatment of kids never disappoints! This visit Ms Dana and Ms Mindi teamed up to get X-rays on my boys and completed their cleanings at the same time. Dr Matt came for the exam and always has such a calming presence and explains things to parents thoroughly. Can’t recommend enough!

Negative experience: We took our 1 month old here for a tongue tie eval. After our 12 second appointment, we were told that she had no issues and were sent on our way. She continued to have feeding issues (leaking milk from the corners of her mouth, mouth breathing, clicking while feeding, and a really bad gag reflex. Brought her to a chiropractor that recommended getting a second opinion after she did a thorough exam and thought there were some issues. Our second opinion dentist took a lot of time to evaluate and determined she had a posterior tongue tie and lip tie as well as a really high pallet.Fast forward to today and we also discovered bilateral cheek ties that were very easy to feel. I’m irritated that we wasted time coming here and getting inaccurate information. Thankfully, she had no issue gaining weight or I would be even more upset. We will be moving forward with the other dentist and won’t be recommending maple grove to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We love it here and recommend it to anyone and everyone! So kind to our children and patient with them. They don’t even take our insurance but we are happy to pay out of pocket for the best dental care! Having tvs on the ceiling seal the deal and I wish my adult dentist had that! I have seen another dentist/dental techs get visibly frustrated with my children while trying to get them to cooperate, which of course didn’t help and they left crying- so we are extra grateful to have found maple grove pediatric!!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter gets really nervous with any appointment, and immediately after walking into the office, I could tell she would have a great experience. As soon as she walked in, she got to pick out a little fidget toy, then we got to wait in the family room filled with fun toys. We got called back and she got a little nervous, but the dental hygienist was patient, calmly talked through and visually showed what was happening next, at each stage. We so appreciated a welcoming environment and ended up walking away with a happy 5 year old! She’s actually looking forward to her next visit. Thank you!!

Everything was calm and gentle and at my daughter’s pace. My daughter was never scared and was calm the entire time. Everything was explained before they actually did anything. Fantastic experience: Dr Matt and his team are great! They are so good with kids and their office is so welcoming to kids. My son never wants to leave whenever we have an appt. and we end up staying an additional 15-20 minutes playing in their lobby. My son has bad teeth, and they've always worked with us for the best and quickest resolutions. I previously went to a pediatric dentistry in Monticello who gave bad advice which ended with my son needing a tooth extraction. They wanted me to wait 1-2 months for the extraction. I switched to Dr Matt's office and they were able to fit my son for an extraction within two weeks! I highly highly recommend this office, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: My son had a melt down before going in. They were very kind and social trying to help. Didnt get mad it was a few minutes after the scheduled time we finally got him to his chair. The staff are all amazing. He had another melt down after his new "prize" broke, they gave him another one. 100% recommend. Great place!

Fantastic experience: Love this office so much! Everyone is so kind and treats my babies so well. My 4 and 5 year old literally look forward to their appointment. My daughter just asked if we could go back so she could tell Dr. Matt something lol. I feel like this type of experience each time they go to the dentist, is going to create such a good relationship with them and their teeth as they continue to get older. My 1 year old also just had his first appt and they treated him so well. As parents you always want what is best for you kids wherever you take them-and we found that here! Highly highly recommend! Updating this review to say how much we still LOVE this office. Our kids have literally looked forward to their appointment for 2 weeks. I’m sad I never experienced a dentist office like this when I was a kid.

Negative experience: This dentist completely dismissed me when I by sight diagnosed my infant grandson’s tongue and lip ties. He told me and my daughter “that’s what all babies look like” and “he’s just fine.” After five months of trouble nursing, leaking milk out of his mouth, excessive gassiness and mouth-breathing, we took him to a knowledgeable dentist in Wisconsin who diagnosed him immediately and did the releases right there and then. I’m really unhappy with my grandson’s lack of care and I hope they read this review so they can brush up on their knowledge and skills. It’s sad when the general public can know more than the professionals.

Fantastic experience: Brought my 3 year old to his 1st dentist appointment. The staff was so friendly and showed him every tool they were going to use and let him use/try some of them. They asked multiple times if we had any questions or concerns. When it came to the floss my son was not liking it, so they stopped and did not force it. Definitely found the right dentist for my son to go to for years to come. They made him feel comfortable and he left talking about brushing his teeth with the new tooth brush he got from them. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: We just got back from our almost 3-year old daughter's first dentist visit, and we were very impressed with Maple Grove Pediatric Dentistry! The facility is great - clean, bright, and very kid friendly. Dr. Matt came out before our appointment to meet us, make sure we had a chance to ask any questions, and explain what was going to happen. During the exam, Dr. Matt and our hygienist Casey were great with our daughter, making her feel very comfortable and I think they even got a few laughs. She got a slinky and certificate at the end of the visit which made her day. We'll be returning and highly recommend if you're looking for a place that will make the first dentist visit easy and a positive experience for your kids!

Negative experience: My child has never been but I give it 2 stars only because of the rudeness of the individual who answered the phone. When asked do they accept walk in she responded nasty with “no we do not and we aren’t accepting new patients”. I glad I experienced that because I wouldn’t want my child any place being physically seen by someone with such nasty manners. So service wise I can’t rate but social wise not acceptable

Fantastic experience: We have loved kicking off our Dentistry journey with the MG Pediatric Dentist crew! Our kids can't get in the car fast enough and going to their dentist appts feels like a fun family day. Never imagined it going this well. Our kids are even more excited about brushing their teeth because of this crew.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience! Our 3 year old was a bit reluctant and nervous heading into our appointment but quickly warmed up because the entire staff was so welcoming and patient. It is the perfect place to take your kiddos.
