I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism, down-to-earth demeanor, and easy-going attitudes prevalent here. I've never had such a relaxed dental exam and cleaning. They treat patients like human beings, even friends they are chatting with during the exam. Cannot praise them enough!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of the Hixson Dental Group and it's predecessor for over 30 years. I've had fillings, crowns and an implant. The dental hygienist is super friendly as are the dentists. I visit twice a year for cleaning and exams. If something unexpected comes up they manage to squeeze you in quickly. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I called last week with an emergency and Donna (a literal angel on earth) helped calm my nerves and set up a same day appointment. The dental assistants I dealt with (Allie and Hannah) were incredibly kind, accommodating, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Sydney was careful, deliberate, and was the first dentist I’ve ever been to that didn’t make me feel terrible about my oral health. If you’re considering where to go for dental work, this is the place to go.

They make me comfortable as can be for someone who can't have gas and needles are involved.

Fantastic experience: I been going to Hixson Dental Group since I was 6, except for a few years for insurance reasons. I am nearly 44. HDG has gone through a lot of changes over last 5 or so years, and significant growth. This usually brings changes that can be disappointing. That is not the case at HDG! Today, I was actually complimenting on how well they have achieved their changes and growth while keeping the small business feel and personal and very professional touches. While I haven't met the two newest dentists, I have a great deal of confidence in the leadership and personnel, and would always gladly recommend them given the opportunity.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lenz is the kindest, most wonderful dentist I’ve ever encountered. I have stage 4 cancer and in the midst of the fight for my life, I still have to take care of the rest of my body. Chemo can do a number on your teeth. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, but Dr. Lenz and all of her staff from front to back were incredibly kind and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Lenz put on a crown for me and she is so gentle, so knowledgeable, ensures you feel completely at ease and does incredible work. Dr. Lenz prayed with me before I left which made this the best experience ever in any service industry environment I’ve encountered. Thank you Dr. Lenz and staff! I can’t wait to see you again.
