Fantastic experience: My experience at Rodriguez Family dentistry was an excellent one. This had been the first time in a long time I had gotten a teeth cleaning. Both my dental technician as well as my dentist Maricela were extremely friendly and provided some of the best service I had seen, especially compared to previous dentistry practices I'd been to before.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Love my hygienist, Cherinda, and everyone on the staff is friendly and fun. Makes going to the dentist a pleasure. Dr. Rodriquez is fantastic. Also I’ve been having treatment by MJ for jaw pain using a special therapy called Emface TMJ. It has been such a relief after just 4 weeks.

Negative experience: I was hesitant to share my experience because of my profession, but I believe it’s important for patients to know about my time at this practice. I went in for a routine procedure and left feeling deeply let down by how my treatment was handled. The outcome has had a lasting negative impact on me both personally and professionally. Since then, I have tried to obtain information about malpractice coverage so I could address my concerns properly, but I haven’t received clarity. This has added even more stress to an already difficult situation. I have filed a formal complaint with the Tennessee Dental Board to ensure my experience is on record with the appropriate authorities. Patients deserve transparency, respect, and consent in every step of their care. I hope the practice will take this opportunity to publicly share the name of their malpractice insurance carrier in response to this review, because that kind of transparency would go a long way toward reassuring patients.
