Fantastic experience: I was a patient of Dr. McKenzie’s since 2007, so I was understandably a bit apprehensive when I learned of his retirement and that a new dentist would be taking over. However, my experience with Dr. Bouz and his team has been outstanding. The entire staff is professional, welcoming, and attentive. I recently had two crowns completed, and the process was seamless from start to finish. The front office staff was courteous and efficient, and both Melissa and Dr. Bouz provided excellent care throughout my visits. I especially appreciated that my permanent crown arrived earlier than expected—they promptly notified me and offered an earlier appointment, which was incredibly convenient. Dental injections make me uncomfortable, and knowing I would be going through the procedure with an unfamiliar doctor made me nervous, but my first experience under his care put me at ease. The process was smooth and gentle, exactly what I needed. Dr. Bouz is very good at what he does and I know I can trust him with any future dental needs. I’m genuinely happy he has taken over my care. I highly recommend this practice to others. His assistants are wonderful, the front staff is very friendly, and Jessica has always done a great job cleaning my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and my regular dentist was closed. I called them Monday morning and they had me an appointment for that morning, referred me out to endo for a procedure and they called and got me in the next day and then back to them for a crown. All this done in 3 days and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Dr. Bouz and his staff are fantastic and take the time to explain everything in detail. Front office staff is amazing and super helpful with cost breakdown and financing.

Fantastic experience: 2025 1st Update, New Bridge! - 2nd Update, New Crown! 3/31/23 Update A Cleaning today. Finished all crowns, 16 and it took several years but it's done and looks great. A very big "THANK YOU" to Dr McKenzie & Staff. 12/19/22 Update Another Crown but my last silver filling from the 70's. Of course everything went great on the prep step with temporary crown. Dr McKenzie and staff are still the best around. Even on holidays they try to have a couple of techs on call just in case. Thank you to everyone that has worked on me because I feel fortunate to know everyone of you. 9/12/22 Update Xrays and a cleaning. The best people in the business and actually right down the road. Thanks everyone! 8/31/21 Update Deep Cleaning and of course the service and friendliness of this group is awsome. Thanks everyone! 6/24/21 Update Cracked the edge off a previously twice filled back tooth. Crown time and they had me in within 2 days for the temporary crown and mold. As usual, the whole crew is still THE BEST IN CHATTANOOGA! It does seem to take a week longer for the crown to be made, you know, since covid crap! 8/25/20 Update Deep Cleaning today. Always great care and the best Group in Chattanooga! Thank You! 5/8/20 Update Installed 3 more crowns to complete my plan. It took a few years but I needed it and am so glad I have this Dr and his group. I couldn't have tolerated all this work with any other dentist that I've had in the past. Thank you Dr McKenzie and staff! 2/25/20 Update STILL AWSOME! I look forward to my appointments these days. Yes, this group is that good! 8/22/2019 Update 5 Star Dentist and staff. Teeth cleaning today with care. More crowns to go. These people have helped me get my teeth in really good shape. Thanks everyone. THE BEST Dentist by far! I have used another in chattanooga and he was terrible. I quit going for a few years until McKenzie was found. Thank you Dr McKenzie and all great staff.
