Negative experience: This office doesn’t care about your child or their health. Due to a billing error, which is truly their error, they refuse to schedule a preventative cleaning. I have spoken with them about the issue, but they value their money instead of the health and wellbeing of children.

Negative experience: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience so other families can make informed decisions. This feedback is not directed at the dentist or hygienist, who were kind and professional. My concerns are strictly about the billing practices and treatment recommendations. We brought our son in for a cavity on a baby tooth he will lose in approximately 1–2 years. We were told he needed a crown, and the cost with insurance was quoted at around $1,200. We were also told sedation was not covered and that they do not offer payment plans, only CareCredit. Before we even left the office, the billing staff called requesting full payment upfront before we could schedule treatment. Only after pushing back were we told there was a hospital sedation option where medical insurance might apply — yet the estimated total was still nearly $1,200, making it difficult to justify that cost for a baby tooth. We decided to get a second opinion at another local pediatric dentist. That dentist was surprised a crown had been recommended at all. They simply filled the small cavity for $78 with insurance (compared to previous $250+ fillings here), and they offered less invasive sedation options like laughing gas, no IV sedation required. Months later, our son has had zero issues with the tooth. I understand treatment approaches can vary, but the combination of high pricing, pressure to pay in full immediately, and lack of transparent sedation options felt more financial than patient-centered. Based on our experience, I would recommend parents seek a second opinion before committing to treatment here.

Fantastic experience: We saw Dr. Jason for my baby’s lip & tongue tie revisions & could not recommend him more! All the staff at the office are so kind & friendly! We are switching to their office for my oldest daughter’s dental appointments because of the fantastic experience we’ve had with our baby being seen there.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to PDOC for about 3 years now and unfortunately had to utilize their after-hours service last night after my daughter face planted on some concrete. They answered our call right away, came into the office immediately after determining her tooth needed to come out, and gave us our options to get the tooth out… and didn’t make us feel guilty at all about coming in. A lot of medical professionals will be cold when you need their help during after hours and I hate that so much. My daughter left pain-free (and one tooth down), she wasn’t upset at all during the procedure, and everything was pretty quick. No one tried to upsell me on anything either, which tends to happen in these type of situations. They also tried to include my younger son, which they didn’t need to do at all but it helped me and my husband with our stress level during that whole situation. Definitely loyal to PDOC after that whole experience, it could not have been smoother and more pleasant .

Fantastic experience: We've been going here for years and have always gotten friendly and quality service. Today, my child had a bad toothache. They were able to fit us in fast and we got in and out fast, too. They were kind and really listened to my child and made him feel comfortable.

Negative experience: Our daughter had a procedure scheduled and we were told we had to pay for the anesthesia portion ($250 up front and the remainder on the day of procedure). We asked if the total we were quoted was before or after insurance. The office confirmed that insurance had been run. I compared my benefits to the itemized bill that I requested and the total did not make sense. It turned out that this dentistry has a third party come in for anesthesia and that third party does NOT accept insurance. This was not clear until there had already been multiple conversations and I requested the itemized bill. We went somewhere less than a mile away, received great care and SAVED almost $1000. In this economy, I thought it would be helpful to inform other parents. I pay a ton for insurance and would like to use it when possible. On a positive note, the staff are friendly with the kids.

Fantastic experience: Took my four year old here yesterday for his first dentist appointment. The staff was wonderful! Our hygienist was super patient and accommodating. She used appropriate language to explain to my child all the stuff she was going to use to clean his teeth, she let him explore the appropriate tools, and allowed him to lead the interaction at his pace. 100% would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a pediatric dentist!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love their offices! Very welcoming and everything looks so fun and non-intimidating to kids. Plus, the entire staff is so friendly and accommodating to their patients. Highly recommended their offices.

Dr. Jason is very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , I highly recommend Dr. Jason and his staff for your child’s next dental visit ☺️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pollack, Stephenie, Tiffany and Dr. Blair were so thorough in explaining and updating me and my husband through my daughters teeth extraction surgery due to overcrowding. I can’t say kind enough words about them all and how they took extra good care of our daughter and were wonderful with reassurance for my husband and I during this time of worry and uncertainties. Would definitely recommend them to take care of your child’s dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jason Blair was amazing in helping revise my daughter’s lip tie. His assistant, Julia, was so sweet and comforting. She did a great job explaining the procedure and the after care. Highly recommend this team.

Fantastic experience: We cannot say enough wonderful things about this entire practice. My son has been seen here for quite some time, and everyone from the front desk to the hygienists, assistants, and providers have been consistently awesome. Sometimes, my son doesn’t like the nitrous gas that’s required for certain procedures. Each team member always gives him grace to be little and they patiently work with him until he feels more comfortable about what needs to be done. If I’ve wanted, they’ve always let me accompany him to the back during cleanings or procedures. They explain what needs to be done thoroughly. They make themselves available even when they don’t have to. For example, my son fell and fractured a tooth last November. The first step was to begin with the least invasive option by bonding the fractured portions. Unfortunately, his tooth just didn’t respond the way we had all hoped. When I called this morning, they quickly got us in for a same day, at-need appointment so that he could be evaluated. It was decided that the next best step would be to place a crown to protect the tooth’s integrity. When Dr. Blair realized they were booked until May, he and his staff were willing to work through their lunchtime so that my son’s tooth could be preserved. Such a selfless sacrifice on their part. They are such a blessing. We are so appreciative and could not recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: Such kind people! The whole process of getting braces was wonderful from start to finish. My oldest daughter is happy with the results and so am I. My second daughter is next. Thank you Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics!

Fantastic experience: Everybody was great but Skylar was exceptionally great! My 7 year old son had to get a tooth pulled and was nervous. She eased his nerves and did a fantastic job throughout the entire process!

Fantastic experience: We had a dental emergency with my 6 year old today, we were seen right away and all taken care of. From the front desk to the dentist Doctor Zach, we had the best experience and my son is now resting! Highly recommend this office.

Positive experience: EDIT: I was reached out too to address my experience. ORIGINAL (and 1 star): Went in to see KC Dyer for consultation. As I left I said to the person I was with "that felt like a straight up scam". I waited 50 minutes in his office. He was with me no more than 5 minutes. Then he left and had his assistant talking numbers. Total cost, I can get on a payment plan, I can get a discount if I prepay etc. Are you ready to buy!??! The experience was poor. Me: *waiting" 50minutes later Doctor: "Yep, need braces. Bye" Assistant: "It'll cost thousands. You can break it down to just hundreds a month or save 3% if you prepay!" That was literally it. I tried getting questions out and stuff, but Dyer said so little there wasn't much to work off that to ask questions. Very little explanation. The guy seems nice. But the wait, I was literally about to leave before he came in. When he is asking $5k I'd expect a little more time and dedication to individual clients let a lone show up at least somewhat on time to your own meetings. First impression is completely negative.

Fantastic experience: All of my kids enjoy going to the dentist I have never had any issues! My youngest started going early at 1 and half and they were so sweet to her I went back with her for her first time and she did so good, the next time she went back on her own and did just fine! My other two children have been going here for some time and we just love all the staff! Such a great place!!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with my son's first dentist appointment today. The waiting area looks like a tree house (which my son loved) and everything was very clean. Our wait time was maybe 5-10 minutes from check -in till we went back for his cleaning. The entire staff was professional and kind. They also included my son in his care by letting him touch the dental tools which he really enjoyed and helped him feel comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure their patients are comfortable. I am very impressed with our experience and thankful we found a new pediatric dentist.

My 3 year old son has been going there since he first needed dental visits and although he is sometimes scared/nervous, the staff are incredibly patient and understanding with him.

Fantastic experience: This is the best pediatric dentist office in our area! My kids were anxious when we started going to the dentist but PD definitely made them feel a lot better. Even the waiting room is super kid-friendly. They have been very patient when my daughter was anxious. It took several visits for her to finally let them do a full cleaning but they never pressured her and made her feel uncomfortable. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: Great pediatric dental experience. My four year-old has been going here since age two. The staff is extremely kind, patient and creative when working with children. The dentists always take their time during the exam and when providing advice. When we drive by the office, my daughter always comments, “there’s my dentist! When do I get to go back?” She loves going; it’s the staff and the kid-friendly, fun environment serving as the reason why.

They are very knowledgable, and I love that they are trained to work specifically with children. The office is fun (jungle themed waiting area and TV's in the ceiling to watch during cleanings!). Fantastic experience: We have been using Pediatric Dentistry for about 7 years now and every experience we have had has been wonderful! We’ve had everything from dental surgery in the hospital by Dr. Chad to spacers, crowns, fillings, and cleanings. Out of 5 children, none have ever been fearful to go for any appointments! The staff was incredibly hospitable, making our son (and us) feel right at home. They did cute little tricks with the dental equipment to make it fun and relaxing for him. I had envisioned screaming, crying, and kicking on his first visit. So relieved to have a little guy who walked away smiling with his pearly whites sans tears. Thank you PDC!

We no longer have to fight to get our teeth checked and they let us schedule everyone for the same time so we only have to be there for 30 minutes!

Between the video games, a lifelike tree to play under, fun toys, kids toothbrushes, and flavored cleaning paste, this office makes for a wonderfully fun experience!

As a general dentist who regularly refers patients to this practice, it was great to see first hand how awesome they are when I took my little boy, Jack in for a visit.
