Fantastic experience: Excellent in everything you guys do. Thank you so much. The first time in my life I actually enjoy going to the dentist!! Everyone is so friendly so helpful and let's not forget Dr Vanessa she's wonderful,!!!! I do not think I've ever had a shot that I could not feel. Especially in my mouth.. She's gentle, understanding and tries very hard to make you comfortable. My grandchild was scared to death to go to the dentist he is not scared after the first visit. He asked me the other day when he's going to get his teeth cleaned. They're so gentle it's awesome I recommend her to everyone! They are wonderful with kids too.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stats I would. Had my appointment with Dr. Drake today after not going to a dentist in about 10 years. I was dreading it, but they made it so easy. Got text reminders which helped me not flake out, and when I got there the office had a welcoming cozy vibe. The person who took the xrays was gentle and thorough. The whole visit was top tier start to finish, but what really got me was that nobody made me feel bad about the shape my teeth were in. Dr. Drake explained what needed to happen, and that was it. No lecture, no guilt, just "okay, let's get you fixed up." The front desk broke down the cost estimates for the work I'll need before I left so I'll know what to expect. The whole staff was kind, Dr. Drake actually took time to explain things, and I never felt rushed. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! Usually I leave the dentist with a sore mouth and bloody gums, but they were very attentive and gentle and you can really tell they care about what they do. They also made sure I was aware of any costs with my insurance beforehand. LOVE this place and I will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I just love going to This Dentistry of Chattanooga.Dr.Drake and Staff are one in a million.From the receptionist to the nurses everyone there makes you feel right at home they are so caring and if you have anxiety they always bring that anxiety or take that anxiety away. They make it more easier and make it more comfortable for their patients. I have never been to a dentist before they care so much for her patience Dr Drake is one of the best dentist around she is so understanding she listens to you she's concerned for your teeth she's concerned for your well-being and she's concerned if you're hurting or if your mouth is hurting the experience that I have had the last three times I've been there it's been overwhelmingly positive and I just can't think Dr Drake and her staff enough for what they mean to me and what they have done to help me I've got a long way to go to get my teeth right but I know that I'm at the right place and I have the right dentist. Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice and helpful. They answer all of my questions and even laugh at my terrible dad jokes. The visits are very efficient. No real downtime or waiting. It is nice to finally find a dental practice that makes me feel like a human and not a number with a bank account. Dr. Drake is empathetic, understanding, straight forward and very gentle. She can work on your mouth and you feel at ease and almost have no clue this fixing your teeth. She is amazing. Dental Hygienist J. French is very professional and is comforting and direct. I enjoy her honesty and how she communicates so you know exactly what is going on. The rest of the team is also the best.

On top of that - i found out they also accept children as patients so we are going to be getting our daughter set up with them since she almost has a full set of teeth now! 10/10 recommend.

After years of neglecting my teeth out of fear to visit a dentist office the team at DOC made me feel right at home. From Kristy at the front desk to Carrie and Dr. Drake. I couldn’t have asked for a better dental hygienist with Jessica. She has great taste in music btw. Never once did anyone make me feel like they were judging me in any way. The staff and Dr are very kind people and were extremely helpful in helping me find the right path to fit my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: So easy to get an appointment. Hygienist set me at ease immediately - so friendly and non-judgmental. Very thorough. I could tell they wanted to get everything as accurate as possible. Hygienist asked me questions about issues I struggle with such as epi sensitivity and previous reactions to things and noted them carefully to talk Dentist. Only spoke with dentist for a minute but she was kind and I trust her already. I’m not scared to go back and that’s a big deal.

Fantastic experience: I love the whole staff here! They are down to earth and good at what they do, I particularly had great experiences with Carrie and Dr. Drake. I have had many bad experiences with dentists in the past and Dr. Drake not only repaired the poor work that was previously done, but has made me feel safe going to the dentist again. They are transparent about costs and time so you’ll never feel like the rug has been pulled from under you. This is my new dentist office!

Then the in the chair experience is made great by Jessica who has cleaned my teeth for quite a while now. She really likes what she does and really cares about doing a thorough job. Dr. Drake then tops it off with her warm, calm, and professional demeanor that sets the tone for the rest of the office. I'm glad to be a long-term patient of Dentistry of Chattanooga and recommend that you consider becoming one, as well.

It has a playful atmosphere that is typically lacking in the medical field but it makes things more comfortable.
