Fantastic experience: My crown popped off at midnight Sunday night. I wrote an email at midnight hoping they got it first thing to try to work me in not realizing they are closed on Monday. Well it turns out the Dr. was at the office doing some routine maintenance stuff and fixed it for me because she was already there. This is an amazing level of customer service you just don't see much anymore Thank you soooo much for getting me in to get my tooth issue fixed on your day off!!!!!

Fantastic experience: From the receptionist, the hygienist and the doctors, these people are wonderful and take care of you every step of the way. i’ve been coming to this office since I had gotten my braces off when I was a teenager and I am halfway through college now! I truly feel like family when I come here just because of how well I’m treated. Will always recommend this clinic!!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Today was my first visit and WOW everyone was so incredibly friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My hygienist was Brittney and she was an absolute dream. She really made me feel at ease with my dental anxiety and made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the entire process (as requested) Dr. Egan was fantastic!! Very sweet and you can tell she really cares for you and her staff, she was so genuine and helpful. Jami and Lindsay also were very, very kind!! Thank you ladies!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Egan was not there but Tina was very knowledgeable and did a great job! She was empathetic of my physical limitations as a disabled person. I have always found consideration at Premier Dental for my “tinkertoy” neck and the severe stenosis in my cervical and lumbar spine, Then there is the foot/ankle, bilateral knees and right shoulder issues! Tina really “gets it”. Plus, she took in stride the fact that I am unsteady on my feet with severe vestibular issues. I requested her in the future for continuity of care. The only constructive criticism I would offer is that they notify patients ahead of time if Dr. Egan is not going to be there. Now I have to drag my carcass back for her to check a suspicious spot which is difficult for me now that I am elderly. However, on the flip side, I appreciate their caution. It is my personal problem that it is difficult to get around now but in the future it will help if there is better communication and consideration for disabled persons when scheduling. Return visit: 1 week later… Lindsey was able to fit me in for both the exam and possible filling if there was time. I really appreciate Jamie’s and Dr. Egan’s kindness in getting both done on the same day as I am really unstable on my feet these days…

Fantastic experience: I arrived at my appointment as scheduled, and the assistant was very prompt in setting everything up and preparing me for the treatment that I required. Dr. Egan came in and took great care of of my dental treatment like it was second nature to her; therefore, she did a great job to say the least, and she was very professional with outstanding skills as well as very knowledgeable and accommodating in regards to answering all my questions and concerns about the condition of my teeth and overall dental health. I don’t think I’ve ever in my life been treated this good by a dentist. I highly recommend Premier Family Dental. And thank you, Dr. Egan, for your hard work and dedication. Fantastic experience: The office is cleverly designed and equipped to accommodate ergonomics for both patients and the dental hygienists. Little things like the protective sunglasses to keep bright light out of patients' eyes make a big difference. But all the people who work there make it great! Fantastic experience: Relaxing environment. The attendant tells you what to expect before they perform the procedure. They let me brush my teeth before the appointment which makes me feel much better. Mrs. Eagan is a professional with much knowledge. I've been to many other Dentists and hers is the most relaxing. Sometimes I fall asleep during the procedure. Big AL says that's a big 10-4 Good Buddy.

Going to the dentist for me was a nightmare, I was a lifelong " scared to death" dental patient, it kept me from going to my annual exam. This practice has changed me. Dr. Egan and her entire staff are truly delightful! The staff always make you feel taken care of. They listen to my concerns and always make me feel at ease. I like that we always go over my health history and check my blood pressure. I feel that this practice cares about your whole body wellness and I feel so confident in my care at Premier. I now have ZERO anxiety prior to my visits!!! The only dental practice I would consider for me and my family.

Fantastic experience: So amazing in all areas. All staff are very friendly, welcoming, efficient, and professional. The scheduling process, communication, and digital pre-registration information are certainly user friendly and the facility atmosphere and location are perfect. I am thankful for the high level of skill and competency offered by Dr Egan and staff. I couldn't ask for a better hygienist than Tina as she consistently provides such great attention to detail and excellence in care. One would have difficulty finding better dental service anywhere.

I rarely have to wait before my appointment time, the office is clean and the music is great. Tina does a great cleaning on my teeth. The doctor remembers who I am and is very thorough. They embrace technology and use various methods to remind you of your appointment and confirm. Recommended.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed in Premier - I have never had such a poor cleaning before, but went back again after 6 months for another (thinking it may have been just that one time) and had the same experience with another. I was also suppose to receive call backs, they were checking on insurance etc. for a possible crown - I never received those call backs and had to be the one to call the office myself. Never again - my husband had the same experience. I am not one to share reviews often, but I was so disappointed.

Negative experience: The staff at the front desk are rude I was there for a tooth to be pulled it had infection she prescribed narcotic medication for the pain I had to ask for it the front desk acted like they forgot about it and there attitude was horrible I didnt leave a review thinking maybe it was just me two weeks later I needed two more teeth pulled she would not treat me had to find a surgeon ok that's fine what reallly makes me mad is my neice just had an infected tooth pulled she would not prescribe pain medication I watch my neice in severe pain overnight I'm tired of these dentist and doctors automatically thinking you are a drug abuser cause you need pain medication its i nhumane I would love to pull her to pull an infected tooth out of her mouth then refuse pain medication she will lie to you anyway one star and my whole family made her our dentist not anymore totally discussed this is the third time this had happened to people I know useing her as a dentist funny thing the surgeon who pulled my teeth after she refused to do it prescribed 6 pain pills enough for that day and the next day I didn't have to ask seems to me this is a pattern at her practice
