Fantastic experience: Love this place! Started going in 1986 when Dr. Raines was the dentist.The sweetest person ever! When she retired and chose who she wanted to takeover her practice she chose Dr Randal. A perfect pick. Another sweet, caring person. 40 years later I'm still here

Fantastic experience: Dr Randall and his team work together to provide an excellent evaluation and outcome for each patient. It was necessary for me to have a full upper denture. It was made using high tech digital imaging along with other precision equipment to create an exact model for my denture. The team constantly insured my comfort. I had no pain, no injections. Now I have a new smile, and the ability to enjoy meals! I highly recommend Dr. Randall and his team at Tennessee River Dental.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist is excellent. Staff is friendly and accommodating and dentist, of course, is great. I’ve been to a lot of dental offices over many years, all over the country, and these are up to date in technology and procedures.

Fantastic experience: I arrived a few minutes early and was taken to an exam room right on my appointment time. Every step in the exam process was explained to me before any action was taken. Dr. Ken took his time in presenting his findings. He answered all my questions in a conversational tone. I particularly liked how he showed me how AI amplified findings from the X-rays. I left the exam feeling very confident that I was in great hands and that everyone in the office cared about me as a person.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr. Julian and Monica at Tennessee River Dental and they’ve been incredibly patient and understanding with my extreme dental anxiety. In the past I’ve been incredibly judged at other dental offices for having anxiety even for a simple dental cleaning, but I’ve received none of that from Tennessee River Dental. Leeza, one of their dental assistants, is also incredibly kind and personable and will come chat to relieve anxiety prior to my cleaning. I could not recommend this team more to adults who do not enjoy going to the dentist.

From the receptionist, to the one who takes you back, to the anesthesiologist, to the assistants, and the amazing dentist, we were made welcome and comfortable. My son is autistic and being in a new place with new people was very overwhelming for him. They encouraged him and tried to help him feel comfortable. They let me know that it was normal for me to feel emotional and upset to see my son upset. I say all that to let you know that they were amazing to everyone who came in. Five star service for sure!

Fantastic experience: At first there was a mix up with the appointment I made on the telephone, but that is partly on me for not calling back when I didn't receive confirmation. The receptionist (I can't remember her name) rescheduled. The very next day there was a cancellation and she texted me. She was so sweet I wish I could remember her name. When I arrived I was called before my actual appointment time which is wonderful. Madeline was awesome and walked me through every step. Dr. Randall was very nice. And T the lady with the paperwork answered all my questions gave me advice on dealing with insurance and made what could have been the worst part of the day (paying the bill) very pleasant. Over all a great operation, efficient, professional and friendly.

They are genuinely the heartbeat of that office. From the second I walked in, they greeted me with such warmth and positive energy that it instantly made me feel at ease. Checking in and checking out was beyond effortless — everything was organized, smooth, and seamless. They answered every single question I had with patience, kindness, and confidence, never making me feel rushed or like I was “just another patient.”

Fantastic experience: I had a crown replaced today at Tennessee River Dental, and it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Julian and his assistant Kayla were absolutely wonderful. First of all, I did not feel even the slightest pinch from the Novocain shot, which felt like modern sorcery to me. They removed the old crown, milled a brand new one while I waited, and placed it the same day. No temporary crown. No second appointment. Just efficient, high-quality care from start to finish. Beyond being incredibly competent and professional, they were also warm, engaging, and fun to talk with. We laughed the whole time, and as someone older than they are, I especially appreciated that I never once felt talked down to or dismissed. I highly recommend Tennessee River Dental, and Dr. Julian. Excellent care and genuinely kind people.

Fantastic experience: As someone with dental anxiety, I will absolutely never go anywhere else ever again. Kayla, Dr. Julian, and the administrative staff are all so kind and welcoming. They talked me through everything they were planning to do and explained everything, checking in throughout the process. While they may not “specialize” in treating patients with dental anxiety, they do a fantastic job.

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office. Believe me I've been in enough of them to know a team that dies their job excellently and professional, but is still warm and caring. I was a dental hygienist in the Army for 4 yrs and then practiced in the community for 8 years. Tebeesee River has a new office in Hixson that is state if the art and just gorgeous for a dental office. I feel at home I'm with this team...they do a wonderful job and work so well together. I would recommend them to everyone. They can make crowns right in the office so you don't have to wear temporary ones and can get them in the same day. Dr. Randall is an awesome dentist as well as Dr Jullian that has joined this practice. They are great dentists and some of the friendliest ones I've ever met. Their dental hygienist are really awesome too, they do a very thorough job!!!!! It is great to be able to go to this office that the VA has approved my work to be done at....so veterans are very welcome there!

When it turned out I needed a root canal from a broken tooth the got me seen by a wonderful endodontist, Dr Kevin Bryant. I would give them 10 stars if I could, which is saying a lot coming from someone who is usually anxious at the dentist!
